I had a tire alignment scheduled for a later afternoon appointment, called the same day as my appointment at open hr and they were able to move me to an open morning appointment which was perfect! The appointment was on time when they took my truck back and was done with in a very timely manor. If you have a big truck and need service for it, this is a place to go they can handle the job with ease. And not far from your back yard. Everyone was friendly, and helpful. Price point for the service was right on point of the quoted.Thanks Again, I will be a return customer for any other needs, I cannot take care of my self!

My experience at Tandem in Potosi was amazing! I teach locally and noticed my tire was going flat. I called Tandem and they drove to school, picked up my car and had it repaired and returned to school before I left for home! I wasn t surprised because I ve had other things done there and the customer service, price, and work is always top notch! Thank you!Service: Tires

Didn't change my tires because they didn't think my car was safe to drive. I put new tires on it and have been driving it since. Tried to charge me 2.5k for parts I dint need. Other than that. There great.

Had to have my vehicle checked because I was having problems with it. Explained to the guy everything that I was experiencing when driving vehicle and we got the appointment set up. Dropped vehicle off the day of appointment and within a couple hours had gotten a phone call. He told me what they had done so far and then let me know that I needed a wheel bearing replaced and wanted to know if I wanted them to fix it. I agreed. Couple hours later I got phone call letting me know vehicle was done. From making the appointment, to then calling and letting me know what was going on, to picking up vehicle... the guys were great to deal with. Don was amazing, we popped a fuel line in the parking lot! They were willing to repair the fuel line, charge the battery and fix the tails lites for pennies compared to what was quoted me in Lancaster! All around great experience! The cost for parts and labor for the issue I was needing fixed, didn't destroy my bank account! They didn't make me feel like I was bothering them with questions during the whole process! Have been going to them for years! A+ These guys saved our holiday camping weekend! We had a blowout on our rv on the road. They were able to change out the four back tires in just over an hour had us back on the road safe with no worries. I had noticed earlier in the day a bolt head projecting from one of my tires. We were passing through Potosi and noticed Tandem. I pulled in on a whim, hoping they could work us in before my tire went flat. Fortunately they were able to work us right in and promptly fix the tire! Great service very quickly! Hands down best place for an oil change around the Tri-State area! We always get really good service at Tandem in Potosi WI. Customer Service is great.I was taking my car to a local dealership a few years ago when I first bought it. The dealership was telling me I needed tires and brakes. I went to Tandem to get pricing. Found out I didn't need tires or brakes after all. It was a year before I needed to replace tires and another two years before my brakes needed replaced at Tandem.It really matters where you take your vehicle for maintenance and Tandem is where I go.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I love using Tandem! I ve gotten tires on both of my vehicles from them and they just repaired my truck and did a fantastic job. They helped me get the welding done locally and then finished the repair very quickly. Had an alignment completed on my truck and a set of tires mounted and balanced for my Audi. Tire balance feels spot on, and the truck goes dead straight down the road. My family has been taking our vehicles to Tandem for probably 20 years. I don t trust anyone else. Unlike most dealership shops, they won t try to scam you into getting unnecessary things fixed .
