My alternator died while we were a couple hours away from home. These guys got my vehicle in almost immediately and got us back on track. Y all saved my day thank you.

Service is great! Had a couple issues with the vehicle I bought. One was mechanical and one was operator. They dealt with me pretty well and took care of the mechanical problem. Anybody that can do with me I give him props.

Bought my first car from them and I ve had nothing but issues with it, it s been in and out of their shop since I bought it(and I got it this month on the 9th) yes they may be trying to fix it but it still has the same problems every time I leave with it. Not to mention the loaner car they gave me smelled like straight up cigarettes.I ve had maybe a few good solid days driving my car and that s it, not to mention they sold me my car with a bigger tire on my front passenger side and one new tire on the front driver side and the other 3 where bald tires, chip in the windshield that wasn t filled, and broken windshield wipers, and when I asked for the chip to be filled and new windshield wipers replaced and new tires they said they would fill the chip in and replace the wipers and they didn t and they only changed the tire that was bigger then the other 3. This was my first ever car I ve bought I m very disappointed and upset, my first time buying a car and it was the worst experience ever.

My wife bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from here. The vehicle had over a hundred thousand miles and had minor scratches and dents. when everything was said and done she paid almost $12,000 for this car. $3000 of it was for the warranty that they signed her up for. The vehicle's value itself is only around $4,000 so why pay $3000 for a warranty? She paid basically $9,000 for a $4,000 car and then added a $3,000 warranty.In my opinion that is a complete rip-off and they should not be allowed to take advantage of people that never have bought a car from a dealership before. I will no longer recommend Auto access to anyone nor will I ever buy a car from them again.

Unless they have changed, when I went there they had something wrong with every car I test drove. One wasn't bad but I wouldn't pay over 5 grand for something with body damage and sounded like suspension had issues with clunking and noise

over the yrs I've bought two cars from him and the experience was pretty awesome. A trade in and 500 cash got me a decent car. It seemed to have some issues on the test drive. They fixed it all and I bought it the Impala a week later. Didn't seem to have any real issues with them or the car. I'd suggest this place for at least a sit down to see what he can do for you..they are 1000x better than most I have experienced

I bought my car here and although I hear a lot of complaints about the place I really don't have any and I take my car there when needed for oil changes $35 and tires mounted $13.50. That's public price and not a discount I get. In and out in no time even when I replaced a rotor and wheel bearing. Highly recommended and easy to get an immediate appointment if you call first.

Scammers! Daughter bought a car from them and it had been in a major accident, after inspecting it the Radiator is broken and a/c condenser are not even mounted. They just covered up the damage. Now it will cost upwards of $5,000 to fix the car correctly. Check engine light has been on since drove of the lot and they refused to fix it under warranty! Stay away from them at all costs!!!

I've now had two vehicles from here. Both have worked wonderfully and any minor issues I ended up having were taken care of fast and efficiently. I definitely recommend there services. However, be mindful that they do sell used cars so not every car is going to be great, but that's the point of a test drive.

They have a pretty wide selection of used cars for sale for a variety of price ranges. Some prices can be a bit high but that's why you try and talk them down just like any other car dealer. Reasonable sales people willing to work with you and if you are on a budget, I recommend going here to at least take a look around. I have purchased two cars from this place and I don't have any complaints really.

I had such a great experience here! Tammy was so helpful and determined to get me into a vehical! She worked with the finance comoanies for over a hour by the time she was done I went home with my new impala which I love! Thank you so much!

The vehicle had issues during the test drive, which I felt should of been handled prior it to even being on the lot. I then returned it two more times after for issues, and they still were not fixed. I was also never given any type of documents showing what they did in those two times.I have since taken it to a different repair shop to find the multitude of problems it has. I am going to be thousands of dollars in repairs, for something that I bought like that and shouldn't have to pay for. I bought a vehicle from them, because my other vehicle was starting to have issues, and unfortunately what they sold me had more then what I got rid of.

Me and my boyfriend Daniel Nickerson got two vehicles from jerry never had a problem with them and Tammy she was so nice. If we had to get a another vehicle from that car lot we would!!

Bought a 2012 GMC TERRIAN, DECEMBER 21st 2020, only has it 4 and a half months and it broke down on me in Oklahoma coming from Texas to Wisconsin. Had to have the engine replaced. Several people told me this auto sales business, new it had engine problems before selling it to me.

If I could rate 0 I would bought a 2012 GMC TERRIAN IN DECEMBER 2021, ONLY HAD 4 AND A HALF MONTHS AND HAD TO HAVE ENGINE REPLACED, NOW I DISCOVERED THE FRAME IS SEVERELY RUSTED AND TOLD IT IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE! WISCONSIN LEMON LAW STATES , RUSTED FRAMES APPLY TO THE LEMON LAW! I FEEL I SHOULD BE GIVEN A CAR OF EQUAL VALUE, WITH A GOOD ENGINE, TIRES SINCE I JUST BOUGHT 4 NEW TIRES AND A SAFE FRAME! I'M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DEALERSHIP. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

I was in a real bind. Hit 2 deer then went head on into a tree which totalled my Truck. I live 8 miles out of Pardeeville/Montello with no vehicle to get anywhere!! My wife and kids had just left me for a seperation and supplied virtually no help. Ya 4 years of marriage and you can't pick up a few things?? Geees!!! ( ya a real hillbilly story so far right)How do you shop for a new vehicle when you cant even get to town??? " its a bird...its a plane..no its super Tammy to the rescue". Ya Tammy worked with me and combined with the phone calls & online shopping for a new Truck and the pre approval for the loan which put me in my vehicle in 2 days!!! Tammy and Jerry even did me a solid to help cover some of the down payment!!! WAIT..WHAT.If that doesn't convince you that these folks at Auto Access care about there customers... well you get the idea!!!Hurray Auto Acces you made my day..week!Thanks G.D.S. - Pardeeville
