I can't say enough how thankful and grateful we are for the service we received. We have been servicing our Jeep at Van Horn Dodge service department for awhile now. This time around, Karrie helped facilitate our trade appraisal and Christian and Gabe picked up seamlessly. From start to finish when we decided to trade our previous Jeep for our brand new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee, everyone involved made this a quick, easy, and painless experience. Jean made sure the vehicle was cleaned and ready to go, explained the features flawlessly, and went the extra mile to ensure all questions were answered. Gabe was straightforward with numbers and worked with us to find a solution that best fit our needs. Jason killed it in the finance box where we felt no pressure to buy anything extra and we were in and out in under 20 minutes. From service to sales we have nothing but shout outs and great things to say.Thank you, to all of you, for making this a positive experience!

Patrick G. at Van Horn Dodge Plymouth was the easiest salesman to work with. We highly recommend him, he was not pushy in any way and accommodated are needs, he knew exactly what we were looking for our next family vehicle. Great experience with him all around. Then Sarah D. in financing made our final steps of the deal so smooth and easy, we were in and out of there very fast and driving home in new vehicle in a jiffy with no complaints. Overall Excellent Experience!

David made purchasing a vehicle with 2 trade-ins very efficient and easy to complete. Definitely worth the trip to WI to purchase a Ram TRX that cost $8k less than the cheapest model in MI.

well where should I start! I guess customer service was the best I have ever experienced with a car dealership, they left no stone unturned we had Cody as our salesman and he did everything we needed him to do to make sure we were satisfied, I just can't say enough about his level of dedication to anyone that walks through the door ! with all the dealerships in the Oshkosh/Appleton area why would anyone go 1 hour away to buy a vehicle well you can buy a vehicle anywhere but then what, well you need customer service and that is why we went to the van horn group in Plymouth. you can certainly tell they are employee owned and there top notch service department is awesome. so if you need to purchase a new or used vehicle this is a must before you make a decision. there is absolutely no pressure with these guys. I recently had the pleasure of working with Cody at a van horn. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He provided detailed information about the Ford escape and features that were available with it.Cody was also very friendly and courteous. He was patient when answering all my questions, and made sure that I was happy with my choices. He made sure that I was driving away with the right car for me, and not just one that was the most expensive.Overall, I had a great experience at the dealership. Cody was a great representative of the company, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Drove up from the Northern suburbs of Chicago on recommendations from friends to the VH Plymouth Jeep dealership. The experience was outstanding from beginning to end. I worked with Patrick Greene on the purchase of a vehicle. His attention to detail and customer service helped the process along greatly and made for an overall enjoyable experience. I just purchased a 2024 Ram 1500 Limited from Van Horn and I have to say it was a great experience. Cody was outstanding to work with. He listened throughout the process, answered all of my questions and followed through every step of the way. I drove 250 miles to do this deal and Cody had the new truck ready and waiting when I got there. I will definitely go back to Van Horn for my next truck. Thank you Cody.

Do not go here if you are a first time car buyer and do not have any credit history. My son went there today with a good down payment and good job but because he has no credit history they told him oh we do not have a first time buyer program. Well obviously they do not want to sell cars. I have bought a car from them in the past but never again so you just lost 2 customers my son and me. Do not waste your time with them.They do not even know what they have for sale on their lot.

Salesperson, Austin, at Van Horn in Plymouth completely changed my long held negative impression of the Van Horn car dealership in Plymouth.I had never had first-hand experience with this dealership but I personally know of one couple who understandably would never buy another vehicle from or use the Plymouth Van Horn service department again.Yes, very bad experiences can happen, and I generally would not base my decision to avoid a business on hearing just one verifiable very bad experience.This car dealership, however, has a very well-known terrible reputation in our small community. Because of that I, personally, would not take the chance on buying a vehicle from them.I did however go along with someone who had made an appointment to test drive a vehicle there yesterday.We met with Austin who went above and beyond to build credibility and showed honesty and a moral code that was refreshing! I shared with him my concerns as soon as he introduced himself to us when we arrived and when we left I also told him that he single-handedly changed my impression of Van Horn in Plymouth. I would not hesitate to work with Austin if I were looking to buy a car. Thank you, Austin!
