Awful experience, they spilled oil everywhere in my engine bay and then when removing my slip plate they stripped two screws and I needed to get it fixed. I wouldn t trust them with a safety scissors, let alone my new f150. Not worth the quick and easy oil change. Just added more to my list of things to take care of. Not at all convenient!

I always get my oil changed here, and have always been serviced with care and respect. These folks are honest and trustworthy, and never try to push sales on me. After getting my oil changed today I d asked the gentlemen in the pit if he d noticed a guard on my undercarriage hanging down. He said he had, and that he even fixed it for me! If I wouldn t have asked I m sure he never would have even told me. These folks really care about their customers.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

If you re not doing state emissions testing then perhaps you should update your website to reflect that. That s customer service so the customer doesn t waste their time driving there to see a sign.

My son and I went for an oil change on 06/29. I told the lady taking care of me that my son was behind me in line, and wants the conventional oil not synthetic. She argued with me stating it would be better for his car to have synthetic, I said I don't care. This was AFTER she tried to sell me everything in the book, and I told her 5 times I ONLY want the oil changed. I left, and when my son got home he was upset because he was told they did not have conventional oil, only synthetic. Per the website they have conventional oil, and the lady knew that is what we wanted. This lady lied to him so he had to pay the higher cost. I will not be returning, and neither will he.

It's been a few years since I've been to Valvoline in Plymouth, WI. My husband has been changing our oil but, was too busy this time. Staff were courteous, knowledgeable, gave me options with clear pricing but, not pushy. The team leader was great at directing during a busy time, kept things going with multiple customers and my service from the time I entered the driveway until I left was only 20 minutes. I definitely feel like I can trust this team. I'll be back and I recommend it to others.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I went in for an oil change for my Jeep on 7-9-23 and today 7-17-23 my change oil message came on so I looked and my oil life is at 6% and the oil pressure is 0 so I m going to guess that there was no new oil put in. Usually they have you look at the dip stick when they re done and that didn t happen this time. This is not a good situation.Service: Oil change

I would give you zero stars. If I could one day went in to get a oil change and a tire rotation and told a african american man I don t remember his name he never introduced himself to meor my boyfriend before he did the oil change, told my boyfriend how to take one of the cases off the Lugnuts and told him to do half the job himself and then bring it back in the morning, because he wanted to finish this morning coffee and it was too early and hot outside for him to do anything. I find that lazy workmanship. I am not your boss. I do not control what temperature your work spaces and I do not need to hear you complaining about it . And that he was not wanting to do the job he signed up for. My boyfriend stayed up an hour and a half after he was done with work, to do what this man asked him to before we went back for a rotation the next morning, and when we come back in the morning when he tells me that it s too early for him and he wants to finish his coffee. I don t care if it was a joke or not that is unprofessional and I pay money for business not for laziness. I would not waste your money if you would like to have a service because all they care about is sitting down and doing nothing. I told Walmart auto center the story and they are doing my rotation for $20 instead of what they charge which is $30 so after he pointed me away from getting service from them, he told me to have fun at Walmart I did I saved money. All I have to say, is poor workmanship, and not worth the money.Services: Tires, Oil change

Guys are great. I'm deaf and they remember me and when there's a new guy looking at the computer talking away from me another guy will come over and quietly tell him. Very respectful. And timely.

I had a transmission fluid change for a CVT transmission .The staff was great and I especially like Christian. He went the extra mile for he had to loosen rusty bolts on the pan to get access to the drain plug.. he was professional and pleasant . We have used Valvoline for all of our oil changes and have been pleased. First time to have my jeep serviced for the transmission. Excellent jobService: Transmission

This time I came here expecting to receive the same service from the same crew that I received in my last visit there. That previous crew was great and so was the manager. This time there were new younger personnel there and they seemed to want to wisk me through and did not know what my needs were, which the previous crew already knew my needs and recognized me when I pulled up. The new crew were good and provided me with great service but did not know my needs, except when I said i need an oil change. I also noticed the price for an oil change went up for my Ford Edge. Dissappionting. Also the lead tech showed me the oil stick level and it did NOT show that the oil level what full but he said it was. Also why was i not charged the extra $5 for the extra quart which had been added to my previous visit. I will come back but expect them to make sure my level is to the full level on the oil change.Service: Oil change

Hands down the friendliest Valvoline I have ever been to! These guys are great! Never felt pressured to purchase extra services, although I ended up getting some filters replaced because it was long overdue . Had a great conversation with staff as they got my car all tuned up. I have a mechanic, but I might cheat on him and just go back to Valvoline in Plymouth for any further services needed :pService: Oil change

I absolutely love the staff at this location! They are very personable and friendly. I had concerns that there was a larger issue with a leak coming from my engine. They diagnosed and solved this issue during a routine oil change. 10 out of 10 would recommendService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Quality service at a quick pace. Technicians who are competent at what they do. Very conscious about your time and how they can be of assistance to your car care needs. A very clean shop. Fair prices as well. Emissions testing is available as well.

I think it was Dec, 11th 2019 I visited valvoline for an oil change. My younger brother (Mykael) works there so of course I was expecting excellent service, but before he came back from lunch and told them who I was there were two other employees helping me and they were fantastic. The whole crew was professional, fast and thorough. Attitudes showing they love their job! Always keeping me updated in regards to services being performed and what I most appreciated was when I declined a service they did not try to coax me into buying something I didn't want. I will be visiting them again!

I have been a loyal and happy customer of this place ever since we moved to town four years ago, so when I saw "Come meet our new team" on the sign outside recently, I felt mildly alarmed but decided to go back anyway. I wish I had not. The new manager was officious, constantly distracted and dismissive, calling me "young lady" (which is demeaning to any middle-aged or older woman), rattling off the descriptions of recommended services so rapidly that I could not understand him, offering no helpful insights, keeping me waiting for more than 40 minutes with no apology and twice scolding me. The worst part was that after I asked to have my tires rotated, the manager told me it would take 20 minutes or so and would have to be done outside, so I asked if I could go someplace warm to wait and he said that would be no problem. I went to the McDonald's across the street and watched to see when my car came out, but when it did not, I presumed they must have worked on it in back. After 40 minutes, my cell phone rang as I was leaving and I could see that it was Valvoline, but my batteries were so run down by then that I could not pick up. When I re-entered the shop a couple of minutes thereafter, the manager greeted me with, "You did not leave us your keys, so we could not do a thing!" I asked why he had not called me earlier since I could easily have brought the keys back, and he ignored the question. Another mechanic told me later that they had run into a problem with someone's wiper blade getting broken, so they had not been able to start working on my car anyway. When they were finally done, after they opened the garage door so I could leave and I started inching forward ever so slowly, the manager yelled, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, you have a hole in the floor underneath you and have to wait for me to direct you!" instead of, uhmm, just going ahead and directing me. Getting one's oil changed is seldom a fun experience, but this was excruciating.

On our trip across country needed an oil change and pulled into this Valvoline Center the gentleman for terrific. Very polite and professional. It was Saturday morning we were in and out in no time thank you very much

These guys are lazy! Stopped in for a simple 10 minute emissions test two days in a row and I was turned away both times. They weren't busy at all! If you dont want to do it dont offer them. Plain and simple.

Came here on Saturday afternoon to get an emissions test, but the guy said he wouldn't do it! Said maybe if I wait around a while he might be able to get me in. There were a whole two cars there, and the guy acted like people were knocking the door down to get in there.Don't waste your time and gas on this place like I did!

Do NOT go there!! Took my daughter's car in for a $150 transmission flush, not even two months later the fluids were EMPTY. Took it back to them and they refused a refund and told us they would service it again. Yeah...no thanks, you should have done it right the first time. Very friendly staff, not pushy, very helpful. I don't know cars, and they walked me through it. I would gladly come back for all my future oil changes, they're quick, well priced, and do a very good job.
