Did the job quickly and had my cylinder back to me in two weeks. My only complaint is a little sloppy on the clean up. Had to dig piles of sand and oil out of my threads. Other than that was happy with the service.

They did an amazing job refinishing my jug. But I was never updated about the process, I shipped it out and that was the last I heard until I got my parts back.

The cylinder looks good and the turnaround time was good. However I asked to have the cylinder base milled. They didn't provide any proof. No math worksheet and no evidence of machining on the cylinder. AND no change in port location relative to piston crown OR deck hight. How can I believe that the work was done?

Great company to work with A+++. Not the cheapest cylinder re-platter out there. However, the fact that they lump everything into 1 flat rate cost, IMO, is way better! Some other company's advertise a very enticing price on their website to replete a cylinder but we all know that "extra" fees/cost always pop up. A little welding here and extra honing or machining there. In the end it will cost you the same price as Millennium anyway. They had it turned around in about 2 weeks without any kind of expedite fee. The Cylinder looks amazing! They did a great job, the process was very simple, order form was easy to fill out, there was NO hidden fees/cost just like they claim. The return shipping is also included in the flat rate fee, so it truly is one upfront cost and that's it! Definitely the go to place for my in the future.

Extremely happy with my KX250 cylinder repair & plating. The cylinder had serious damage in the core area. What I received back within 12 days was a like new cylinder at a more then fairprice.Awesome job MillenniumThank You,Troy Smith

Brought my old bike back to life with their cylinder service. It was coming up on the 50th anniversary from the 1974 model year and the bike had a huge gouge and several smaller ones in the cylinder bore from the old ring breaking loose about 25 years ago. Sent in a NOS piston and my damaged cylinder and Millennium Took care of everything from the cylinder repair to the ring end gap, new liner and honing. These folks know what they are doing! When I heard my old Rickman-Zundapp fire up again it brought me right back to being a kid again. Look forward to your next project - I am glad I did and so happy my first motorcycle is out of the shed and running again. Sorry the before and after photos got mixed together, but it is easy to tell which is new. Beautiful work!

I had a good experience overall using Millennium Technologies to replate my KTM cylinder. The process of completing the online work order and getting the parts to them was straightforward and easy to understand. The work they performed was completed in a timely manor for the quoted cost. No surprises. They emailed a tracking number when completed so I knew it was coming back to me. My cylinder was in perfect condition when I got it back and would not hesitate to use their services in the future. Thank You!

Fantastic job! I was recommended by a friend to contact MT regarding my kx85 cylinder. Upon contact, the sales representative was very friendly and energetic. This company was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone is very friendly. The work is a 10 out of 10. I happened to receive my parts bad in half the estimated time. What I thought was a scrape kx80 cylinder head, they made look brand new. The cylinder work was perfect. I am very very pleased and have another happy boy!

Sent my cylinder to get a refresh and slightly bored out. Came back looking brand new. Piston didn't fit that I told them to bore it to.. NO BIGGIE I sent out an email and they had given me a shipping label so I didn't have to pay to get it shipped out, and they re-did the work under warranty, quick communication and great work! I'm 64 years old and have been in the powersports industry a long time. Over 52 years. I've seen specialized shops come and go. Some were over 80 years old! I'm glad Millennium is offering their services. I've sent a few things to them over the years, in no way am I a *BIG customer* doing 100 engines a year! BUT, they treat me as if I did! My customers expect a lot, and perfection is one of the things we are known for. They keep me looking good as their work is top-shelf, and has never failed me or my end-users.Simply Put, The best deal to be found, not the cheapest, but the best. The BEST last much longer than the CHEAPEST!

Sent off a head for a RMX 250 that I have restored. As you can CLEARLY see their work is amazing. I ordered the top end and all my parts through them and they showed up in the mail in exactly 4.5 weeks after I shipped it to them as promised during their busiest time of year. The head arrived in perfect packaging that could have survived the apocalypse. The bike runs flawlessly and i absolutely cannot wait to send the bottom end this winter for them to work their magic. You get what you pay for and they did a great job.

Bought a blown up Kx100 for my son, cylinder had a good size gash in it. Millennium Technologies repaired and re plated . Used them a few times.

Millennium Technologies staff was very courteous and helpful! I started my sons CR85 build (moving up from a KTM 65SX) from 2 basket case CR80's that contained 3 different cylinders. I sent them the cylinders and they provided detailed info to what would be needed to use them for the build. Thank you again for the help! Build is coming along great!! Will use them again in the future!

Jeff was awesome to work with. I called to inquire about having a pair of vintage snowmobile cylinders nicasil coated and he set everything up for me within minutes. I simply packaged and shipped the cylinders and about 3 weeks later Jeff called to inform me that they were finished and were being shipped to me.

They illegally inform other employers about my time there. Legally, they are only allowed to talk about the position and time employed. I sent my 2 weeks in, not my fault you had so many safety violations that I was forced to quit for my own safety.

25 year anniversary rebuild of my dad's ElectraGlide. He passed away and left this bike to me in 2021. It was well ridden had 55k miles. Well you lost my cyl to head pins and never called me back about them so I had to buy new ones, but what really makes me mad is that my compression is only 120 lbs and that is with oil on the cyl walls...that is what my old compression was when i sent the cyl in to you...so that is Not good.and i checked the rings for proper install and also the two o rings on the head are seated right, and I never overheated the motor so I know the surfaces are flat.I have been sending you my cylinders for about 12 years and have never had a problem before, but now I feel like I just wasted over $400 plus shipping plus my labor and gasket set.I am thinking of looking for another company to do my cylinder work in the future.

Only place to send in cylinders, have been shipping cylinders to them for longer than I can remember, they always come back better than new! Great communication, great work, fair prices.
