Randy and crew put in a complete timing belt kit on my Toyota Sienna,6 cyl,,a few years back and it runs great at 234,000 miles.When they put the kit in there was 145,000 miles on it.Thanks for your quality workService: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys are a family run business. I brought a vehicle to them for an inspection as I drove 5 hours to buy a vehicle. They took me on short notice and we're very kind and professional. I accidentally left my wallet in the vehicle and went to get breakfast a few blocks away and turned to notice the vehicle I brought to them coming toward me. They even drove my wallet to me! I couldn't have asked for better service!

How does this place not have a review yet? Seriously, everyone recommended them to me. Everyone. They do high quality work, and gave me some good advice on my Toyota. I won't ever go anywhere elseUpdate: 5 stars is not enough. They perform pre-purchase vehicle inspections at no cost because "I don't like seeing someone buy a car with any hidden issues". Awesome.

Check engine light on. Vehicle sat for 5 weeks before they even touched it (drove by almost everyday and watched grass not get cut around it). They only work with NEW manufacturer parts. They blew out my battery (made me buy one of there's). Cut out old spare tire mount and refused to install a new/used one (not a new one from manufacturer). Had to return a week after job was done because it was STILL not fixed. $3200 later and the check engine light is still on. NEVER go there.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

Without a doubt, the only place I'll bring my vehicles to any more.I use to take my vehicles to whichever company I bought them from and trust that they knew best... until they (no need to sling mud) tried to tell me that my Camry had an oil leak... any Camry people on here? You know as well as anyone that that's the last thing that is going to happen outside of a total freak incident so... i went searching for a second opinion and was pointed to Import Minded.To say it was a positive experience is a total understatement!An aside; it's an auto shop run by auto people who love what they do.My only hesitation to posting this is its already a busy place...

My car's engine died and needed to be replaced, along with numerous other components under my hood. After someone else's initial repair attempt left my car a disaster and quite literally in over 100 pieces, I had my car towed to Import Minded. Randy is a miracle worker. Despite the size and scope of the project, they were able to piece my car together and it runs like brand new. I can't say enough about the quality of service I was provided. I highly and whole-heartedly recommend Import Minded.

Import Minded solved a problem that I thought would cost almost $1000 and it was really only $50. The dealership would have charged me much more for the same repair. Import Minded also diagnosed and fixed a squeak that I had coming from my wheel-well completely free. I will always go to Import Minded for my repairs. They are very honest and their prices are better than most other independent repair shops.

Randy and his crew know their stuff. My previous mechanic wouldn't work on my Honda Accord Hybrid. No such issues with Import Minded. Fair prices and high quality work!

I have gone here for my import and they are THE most honest mechanics I have ever met. Im glad that I found a nice shop to do extremely nice work to my vehicle

Randy knows his cars and knows what to do. I take in my 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid without worry. He doesn't "create" issues to work on like my local Toyota dealer does.
