Ordered a part online, waited2 days, waited 5days waited 7days! Ordered from oreillys and received it in less than 4hrs! Called napa to cancel order 1 week after it was supposed to be in, Napa said oops are bad, it was in last week! What in that acual hell is going on! Nothing more than a apology and a bye. Napa used to be dependable, key word, used too be. WILL never use again

I've went to Napa for over 40 years. Probably less and less each passing year, they have fallen behind their competition.I was charged $26 for a condenser(minus the points), a $4 part at online supplier.No guarantees I'll be back!

Didn't have my part at 3 PM but got it to the store by 7:30 the next day. Excellent service. Dan I think was the guy that helped me out.

22 mins from closing on Sunday per the hours on the door. Door locked. Closing whenever TF they feel like it then? waste of time

Nice clean store, all I needed was a compression fitting for a fuel line, they set me up without having to purchase a complete set, kudos!

Love getting in out with new wiper blades for any vehicle we own and they put them on for you while you wait at no charge.

Mediocre at best. Staff tries to tell stuff doesn't exist. Only way to get a 3inch bolt with threads the entire length is to buy a threaded rod and make it yourself. And that's from management !!
