What wonderful people at Mid State, called about having an inspection done, they were able to accommodate very quickly and were very responsive in their communication. They kept me consistently informed of what to expect and have continued to be very honest and trustworthy. Highly RecommendEdit: I wish I could give the folks over at Mid State 6 stars. Candy and Samantha at the front desk in the service dept. are two very hard working, honest, and friendly customer service reps who deserve so much credit for the job they do keeping the customer informed of any updates and changes to your service. Josh, the service manager will go out of his way to walk you through EXACTLY what you want done to your truck or RV. He won't try to jerk you around with any nonsense, a very straight shooter. Finally, but most importantly, Jason, the mechanic did an impeccable job, and his electrical work was very impressive to say the least. Everyone at this place I've had an interaction with has been nothing but positive. Thanks again guys!!

Not happy with service on apu unit. Took in for complete service on apu. When picked up inline filter was on floor inside cab. Called & they said they'd install whish they did. A week later had trouble running & too garage in Milwaukee they found the fuel line they put on was twisted . I think mid state in plover wi. Lost a cash paying customer.

I need a mudflap put on for my trailer. I called and said I would be there in five minutes. They got me right in. very friendly people. Fantastic service. Thanks again.!!

I'm from Illinois and had a truck break down near Coloma, WI. After making several phone calls to nearby Diesel Shops with no resolve, I was relieved when I finally got in touch with Mid-State. They were very helpful in suggesting a reliable towing service and we got the truck to the shop in Plover. 2 days later, truck was fixed and back on the road! THANK YOU MID-STATE Truck Services!

The drivers lounge is a wonderful place to be, just as you get comfortable they are done with repairs. Definitely will be back if I'm in the area and need repairs.

Matt and everyone in the truck service department is fantastic! He went above and beyond to help one of the drivers broken down during the extreme cold weather. Fantastic shop and awesome customer service.
