We took our car in tonight to get new tires put on. We had an appointment and had to wait in line to check in for a bit, but the gentleman at the desk apologized for the wait and helped us as soon as he found out we had an appointment.We advised them that the car currently had a donut on it and the tire was in the trunk and was full of fix-a-flat. They were super understanding and didn t even show a bit of attitude due to cleaning out fix-a-flat being such a hassle. The technicians were also kind enough to put the spare back where it goes underneath the car which we were not expecting them to do at all, but greatly appreciate the extra effort from them.We shopped while we were waiting for the tires to get replaced and they were kind enough to call me and ask if I wanted the white tire lettering to face in or out on the car. The previous place we got tires at didn t even ask so it was nice to have the option this time!!We had a 5:00 appointment and they were very busy so we did end up being the last people in the store. However, the service manager (I think that s who he was) came out and provided us with a small list of things about the car and recommended an alignment. These things we were aware of, but your average car owner may not be, so it was very refreshing to get that input. He then said we could bring the car back in and they d torque everything down for us again.Overall, our experience at this Tire Center was one of the best ones we ve ever had. My husband and I are both very grateful to be Costco members and will only buy our tires from Costco going forward.

I ve waited through 3 different car tire purchases for our family vehicle s before posting a review. I was hoping it would get better. It doesn t. Each interaction is painful. Make an appointment for install and show up 25 minutes before appointment. I m told 60-90 minutes. Ok fine. At 95 minutes I check in and I m told 35-40 more minutes. Every ..single ..time. I love Costco but I m done buying tires here.

Had a huge screw in my tire and I called them to see if they could get me in. The guy I spoke with told me if I could get there before 6pm they could have it done. I got there at 5:30 and told them I would have to wait seeing how it was my only car. I hung out and waited and 2 hours later they call me to tell me that he couldn t do it. You knew what your work load was when I showed up, if you can t do it then just say so, don t make people sit and wait around when you say you can to then not be able to.

This full service tire center is part of Costco Warehouse Center, selling Goodrich and Michelin branded tires for all popular cars, trucks and other vehicles. At any given time at least one brand has promotional discount of around $70 if you buy four. The purchase price includes mounting, balancing, nitrogen filling, warrantee, repairs and rotation for the life of your tires. Even if you didn't purchase tires here, you can get it serviced at this location. Great service personnel. They encourage buyers to come back for torque and pressure retest. Additionally, they sell batteries for automotive and marine applications.

Awful service. Yes, the tires are good quality and cheap but the service is terrible. Ordered tires online and scheduled and appointment online. I arrive at my scheduled appointment time and was told that only 3 of 4 tires have been delivered. Made another appointment a week later for the last tire to be delivered. Showed up for my appointment and it took 2 and a half hours for them to install. Overall terrible experience.

My car appointment to get my tires changed was at 12:30 I asked the guy if my car is almost done at 1:30 I literally seen through the window that they were just pulling my car into the garage so there telling me make an appointment to wait an hour to start my service? This company doesn t care about your time . Doesn t make much sense to me ..I won t be coming back. What a waste of time. So I left and came back at 2 so it really only took 30 minutes to change my tires .They obviously need better time management thank god I asked or they probably would of forgot about me hoenstly

Bought new Michelin tires in November in December I needed a flat repair cuz I had a nail in there they said they could get me in in a week or two That's not very good when you got a flat tire. So I took it to my local dealer got the tire repaired and then I brought the bill back to Costco which they finally agreed to pay. The next time I brought it in to have the tires rotated and balanced which is part of the warranty, I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks out and then still had to wait 2 hours for them to get done.When I drove off I noticed that there was a slight vibration that I hadn't noticed before I decided I'd give it a little bit so that I could verify that it actually is a vibration on various roads not just the one that happened to be on and sure enough the tires needed to be rebalanced because they didn't balance them very well the first time. So I called the tire center to see if I could come in and get the tire balance checked they said sure they're scheduling a week out That's not acceptable so I spoke with the store manager and he finally figured out how to get me in at 4:00 which was an hour and a half later currently I'm sitting here waiting we'll see.It's clear that this service center is understaffed and the management doesn't seem to be able to willing to do anything about it. They cannot provide the services they promise when they install your tires.

I got very bad experience today. I went there to fix my tire. The staff there told me they cannot fix it.I told them that I did there one time so I came back. They tried to force sell instead of fix it. I asked them if they cannot fix please replace it with my spare tire in my care. They replaced with the one different brand and totally different from my car tires. They also were very rude to me who was their customer. They wanted to force sell the new tires. In this situation I would be appreciated if they only fix it. Then finally I needed to buy the new one to replace the one totally different from my car. I felt very bad. The last word when I paid to this bad store cashier you got mine only one time. I will not come back again .. I more like to go to Sam s Club tire store for my next service.

Stopped in a few minutes before closing with a flat tire on a Saturday. The staff in the tire shop told me not to worry, they would get it taken care of and send me on my way. They removed the nail from the tire and repaired it quickly, getting me back on my way. I appreciate that they worked past closing to get me running again, and will go back for tires in the future!*NOTE* A Costco membership is required to use the Tire Center

They were about 20 minutes around closing and the tire place still took us due to the unsuspected snow and our bad tires. They still took the time to send us home safely and were not aggravated at all with the situation. Even the people cleaning after close were very kind and tried making us comfortable while we waited. It was my husband, three kiddos, and I. Thank you Costco, for your amazing hospitality!!!

Management should be changed to improve customer experience and technician communication skills. If you guys are short staffed, plz hire more to meet the Costco expectations

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Not only were the staff completely unprofessional and not helpful but they are also AWFUL at their jobs. My boyfriend and I took his car there for a tire rotation and we were told it would be about an hour and they would call us when the car was done. We waited two hours with no call and finally decided to check why it was taking so ridiculously wrong...it had been done for 52 minutes and they never bothered to call. That was bad enough, but when we got in the car they broken the center cap of the rim off and never even let us know. They also did not change the sticker that informs you of when you need the next tire rotation and when my boyfriend questioned them about all these things all they had were bad excuses. We will never go back again.

Highly dissatisfied with the service I received from the manager and multiple others. I hate leaving bad reviews I really never really do any, but this one needed to be done. Compounds even more when I almost only get gas from here, plenty of grocery. But I won't ever with with their automotive. I've been told by many that they receive a lower quality tires and batteries, they are good enough to carry the brand name but not their best products. If they dont make A quality, they go to walmart/costco/etc. I went in looking for a specific battery, and after 30 minutes of trying and being ignored by the manager, after calling him out directly, we decided not to give them anymore of our time.

Every time I go there there's something wrong and the warranty never actually covers what's wrong with it. Then there's supposed to be free tire rotation and they tell me we can't do it because it's too dangerous. Then they try to get me to buy new tires.

Tired to sell me new tires 3x despite me telling them they don't even have ones I'd want. Took 2 hours even though I had an appointment (wasnt started on time). Plus, left a grimey handprint on my visor. I'd rather take my chances elsewhere.

Great job and was in and out in less than 2 hours as a walk up customer. Ordered the tires online and my ride is now much better.

I'll ONLY go to Costco for my tire needs. Tire Shop Mgr Craig, on my return trip, got to the root issue of my new truck tires vibration and now rides great! THANKS!

With membership number, I got my tire plugged for $11.95 in just an hour on the way to the airport which was a relief!

Hassle on hassle with more hassle! I need a tire plugged and its 20 questions, pages of paperwork and then I have to pay before the repair! Take my tire-fix it then I'll pay the $11 just boiling the ocean to fix a flat! Smh
