We just left this place and if i could give it zero stars, I would. Credit cards were not accepted at the pumps so we had to go in and prepay which meant guessing how many gallons we'd need instead of just filling up. The bathrooms were so filthy as to be creepy. We chose this gas station due to the normally fine, reputation of BP. Shame on them for allowing this management to soil their good name. We'll go to the Kwik Trip across the street next time that also, as it turns out, has cheaper gas prices.

This is the first gas station that has held $125 on my card for (so far) 3 days. I travel a lot and buy a lot of gas so I am not new to gas stations holding deposits on cards, but this 3 day long (and counting) hold is ridiculous.I did contact my bank and they have nothing to do with this hold. It is completely out of their hands, leaving my available balance reduced until bp releases the hold.

Charged $42 for 2 POSH when sign clearly states 2 for $36, cashier refused to let me return and refund my money, I hadn't left the store or opened the product. Never Again. I see why this gas station is always empty. Very disappointing

Worst experience ever. Went to pay for diesel and the card readers were not working. I had to pay cash or get nothing so I took nothing. Move on: I recommend you find a different gas station.Update to my review 3 months later: nothing has changed. The diesel pumps do not have working card readers, which quite honestly is a major problem. I would recommend nobody shop at this location if they can avoid it.

Has the distinguished privilege of being both the worst, and the comparatively most expensive gas station i have ever had the displeasure of using. They subsist solely on unfortunate souls hopping of the interstate who dont realize it is regularly 20 cents cheaper, better stocked, and 100% cleaner on the other side of the road. It's so offensive that even Ron Johnson would endorse making a hard left. Make a left at the intersection, and it will be one of the best left's you have ever made.Edit: i must apologize for being wrong. Drove past the bp yesterday and gas was 4.39. Gas station literally across the street was 3.99. so it is 40 cents more expensive, not 20, sorry.

I stopped here on my way to IL because the price on gas buddy was too good to be true. Obviously it was fake. I drove on and gladly paid the IL gas tax in addition to their tolls. IL gas was still cheaper than this BP without even researching prior to stopping.

This place is disgraceful to even be in business. Wait until Kwik Trip is built across the street. Sorry BP, you're disgusting and will be driven out of business unless you get your store in order.First, it must be under new ownership or something because there is no pride of ownership here. Restrooms are beyond a health inspectors nightmare. Like previous posts, not a drop of hand soap. There was an empty bottle strewn about the sink with the top removed because the previous customer was that desperate for some soap.The coffee station didn't even look safe to consume any hot beverages. The soda station was half operational. Lid and straw area was dusty and disgusting. The coolers were poorly stocked with products. There's an empty station that was probably once operational with junk stacked on it.Gas was at least 40 cents overpriced than other places. Like another review stated. If this is the first impression of the nice city of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, the city needs to get involved and demand some improvements of this place.

Oh myWorst bathroom experience ever, I had to run in and use the ladies room. I could not even bring myself to sit on the toilet, if it wasn t for the fact that I really had to go I would have left. My husband said it was disgusting in the mens room as well, and he refused to use the restroom. Upon walking in there was roach spray on the counter he said no way.

We just stopped and the driver used the mens restroom. It took 5 minutes of driving with the windows down in 20 degree weather for the smell of bleach to fade off of him. As the person who didn't even go inside, I almost vomited from how strong the bleach smell was, and he could hardly breathe. You cannot use so much bleach that you almost make your customers pass out and get sick. Irresponsible.

Driving into the gas station, it seemed like a good place to stop, go to the bathroom, and continue on with my trip. Upon entering the bathroom, matters took a turn for the worse. If you were to be blindfolded and told to guess what you were smelling, only a small percentage of the population would be able to guess that it's a gas station bathroom. It practically smells like a zoo. Besides the smell, the toilet in the men's stall looks like there's been a man-made mountain (Mt. Toilet Papers and Waste). All of these things along with a few anime stickers placed on the mirror made for quite the experience.

The man at the checkout counter didn't say a single word to me during my transaction. Very unfriendly. Also, they only had sodas, a few shelves of junk food, and overpriced beer. Drive a few miles further to the kwik trip for a much more friendly and well stocked gas station.

This place is Horrible the bathroom was disgusting Dirty water running all over the floor in the men s room was disgusting andPee all over the place toilet paper everywhere and the owner ignored us was rude when I asked for plastic bag he said what for he saw why I needed one wasn t nice about the place being so dirty! Health inspectors needs to come see this Disgusting dirty place

This is terrible. Searching for a gas station that was open then I drive to this location (since it says it s 24hrs) my car is literally on E so i got super happy that there was one 2 miles from me. So of course I waste the little bit of gas I had left to find out it s closed. Now I m currently parked by a pump waiting for them to open (god knows when that will be) because I can t move anywhere. And to top it all off it s 23 degrees outside and now I m freezing. And some of you might say well she s dumb for letting it get that low I live in Chicago, I had an emergency and had to come this way, of course it s going to waste gas coming from the city. I m not the type that complains but this is extremely unprofessional and it explains why the location has a very bad rating.

So I'm rating at the doubletree by hilton. I walked to your gas station because it says you are open 24 hours. It is currently 1:42am and all your gas pumps are dark so I assume you guys are most certainly not open because the inside is dark too. You should really change your hours.

SO GROSS! Men's bathroom at 12:49pm today. My husband tells the man working behind the counter that there isn't any soap or hand sanitizer or paper towels in the bathroom. Man says they are going green and there's a hand dryer. My husband says ok but there still isn't any soap. The man says the soap delivery was coming at noon. My husband says the sign states employee's MUST WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE returning to work. The man says he's waiting for the soap. So, this man uses the bathroom, D0ES NOT WASH HIS HANDS, goes back to work with dirty hands. Ummm that is illegal and so gross!! He did not offer to take a hand soap or hand sanitizer off their shelf that they were selling to solve the problem . For people going to the Premium Outlet Mall this is their impression on what Pleasant Prairie is like!?Not right at all. Where is the health Dept.? ??

Awful. As others mention, several pumps are often broken, so driving in is a sort of roulette of gas pumps; you never know if you'll have to drive to another pump.If you're unlucky enough to stop by when the outlet mall is experiencing a busy day, you'll find the BP parking lot is a living hell to drive out from, as many drivers leaving BP, McDonald's, or Culver's will snarl traffic trying to make left-hand turns into the mall area. Avoid the area the week before Christmas, the weekend before school starts, etc.Just horrible all around.

Horrible service, prices were 13 cents more expensive than all nearby gas stations.So go to a different station down the street.That's not the worst part, mom bought something ($80 worth) for a friend in the car, friend said "you got the wrong brand." Came back to return it 20 minutes later, package was NOT open and she had a receipt. It would've been extremely easy to give a refund but the guy at the counter refused and lied saying he told my mom about the refund policy. My mom's not an idiot and he never told her about any return policy and lied. So I'll be calling BP tomorrow to check on what the actual refund policy is and hope things go right. I won't be lying to make a few bucks like the owner/employee of this place.

Wow. This place used to be decent. Must have changed ownership. Gas was overpriced, the bathrooms were third world, no place to hang a purse, toilet paper everywhere, just a mess. I left and went elsewhere. Won't go back here again.

Horrible gas station. It's a great location, too bad it has incompetent owners. The place increasingly looks run down, broken card readers, no washer fluid outside. I almost ran out of gas waiting till the next station...but I'd do it again.

Stay away!! The worst gas station I ve ever. They have this really overly loud high pitched noise outside to keep birds away. It literally hurts your ears. It s genuinely painful to get gas here. All should stay away!

I should have left when I saw 2 pumps out of order (two that I could see; I didn't check the other half). Second warning was no paper towels. And, of course, the receipt printer at the pump didn't work either. Forget this place; use Speedway or Kwik Trip.

If you stop here to buy spotted cow or any other new Glarus beer don't waste your money! Go across the street to the kwik trip and pay 10 dollars less and also get it cold!!

This gas station is RIDICULOUS! Shut down at 8:30 p.m. while we were trying to pump gas! All of a sudden all the lights go out and the owner/employee leaves. NOT 24 hours like Google says.

The bathroom was LAUGHABLY bad the hand dryer looked like it was used everyday with someone with muddy hands and there was no paper towels and the doors to the stall would get stuck and would barely lockI have used countless gas station bathrooms all over the country this one is by far the worst one I have ever seen!

I work third shift, only gas station I really pass thats not out of my way. How is it right on the interstate and closed until 8am? What a joke.

Fuel is overpriced. Soda fountain tasted like it was spoiled or rotten or worse. Bathrooms are SCARY. Be warned!
