I dropped my phone, damaging the screen, leaving it blank. I bought a new phone, only to find out that the screen had to be working, to verify all of the transfers. The new phone was $600 already spent. A friend told me that Battery Plus fixes phones. Sure enough, $170 later, my old phone was fixed, on the spot! They have the parts in stocks, which was music to my ears. I returned the new phone immediately. The technicians at battery plus were phenomenal, courteous and very knowledgeable. Furthermore, it's amazing of the products they sell in their store. NOT just a battery store!

Brought in a phone with a dark screen to be fixed. Very friendly, prompt, and honest. Would highly recommend. Ended up being an easier fix than first thought and they were very honest about it.

Excellent experience! Needed a new battery for my truck and found it easily on line and made the purchase in minutes. Scheduled an appointment for installation and the manager had it done for me in 15 minutes. Very helpful and nice person. I have bought from this store before and they are always great to work with.

It was a very cold day and my mother in law had a dead battery. We got to the store, and they replaced the battery quickly. Very friendly service. The battery had a year longer warranty than other places I looked for the same price

Good place for batteries + bulbs. They are kind of pricey. They have almost every kind. Power tool batteries are iffy but they can order pretty much anything. They also do key fob programming and cutting as long as they have the keys in stock, again they can order it if they don't have it.

Terrible customer service. Refuse to warranty 1 year old battery with 2.5 yr warranty. Will never do business with this facility.

Mr Bob was wonderful and very helpful. He was full of info, he was pleasant and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me good solutions and I appreciate how timely he was with his service. He told me about other issues that needed looking into. He was very knowledgeable.

When I picked up the batteries that I had ordered on-line, the staff at the Pleasant Prairie store let me know there was a better in-store deal and issued me a refund for my on-line purchase so I could take advantage of the in-store offer instead. Nice job!

Really great experience. Easy to schedule and appointment. Nice text updates. Friendly and quick service. Team member was super helpful and actually saved me money as I needed a cheaper service than I thought. I really appreciate that kind of honesty and see that as important for driving repeat business.

I have a pixel 3 with a faulty battery (known problem). Went to Verizon but they just wanted to upgrade me. They recommended a Google repair facility but they couldn't get me a battery due to their Google contract. They recommended batteries plus. Went there and they ordered the battery and installed it in under an hour. Worked perfectly. And they gave me a$10 discount for scheduling my repair

Paul was such a great help he provided me with excellent service. Installed my car battery my windshield wipers changed my batteries out of my key fobs and installed my license plate lights. He was very helpful and had a great attitude the entire experience. Even though it was cold outside he really made my day I hope he has a great holiday and is blessed.

Superb service! Helped me locate two special batteries. 5 star customer service! Able to multi-task. Waited on two people simultaneously, operated the cash register and assisted a co-worker with answering a customer phoned in question. All done calmly and with a positive attitude. Smiling and genuinely enjoyed serving the customers.

TL:DR - After an initial problem with a battery replacement, the phone was repaired to like-new condition within a short amount of time and I also received $20 off the battery replacement for my hassles.Mgr John Sanchez took great care of me. During the battery replacement on 11/27 a small tear occurred in the ribbon cable, causing the cameras and flash/flashlight to no longer function. Didn't realize this until after I got home that evening, but my daughter noticed right away. This morning, I spoke to John on the phone and explained the situation. I brought the phone back to the store, where he promptly investigated and fixed the issue. On top of that, he gave me a $20 credit towards the initial battery replacement for my hassles, which was unexpected but a very nice gesture. The phone works great now, and I have a happy daughter once again. Tragedy averted! ;-)John, thanks for going above and beyond. Give this man a raise, Batteries Plus!Fred

Detail oriented and good at finding solutions.I had to bring a battery in that was under warranty from a previous purchase and verify if it was defective. The staff at Pleasant Prairie discussed what would happen and verified that the warranty was valid. After charging the battery (or trying to) it was determined to be defective and a replacement was delivered promptly. I appreciate the store handling the issue quickly an communicating completely and I was able to verify that the vehicle was not problematic. I am very satisfied. It is nice to know that I can pickup what I need at a local store and that they will handle any problems that arise. Thanks-

Daughter's car battery died overnight. Checked on-line and my local Batteries Plus Bulbs had one in stock. Ordered (with 10% off) and picked it up 20 minutes later. Installation is easy with the included lift strap! Returned the old battery for a core credit and was done with the whole thing in 3 hours including driving time. Staff at my store are always friendly and easy to talk with. Battery was a perfect match.

After an unexpected dead car battery, I was able to buy a new battery online and have it installed within two hours. Great service and affordable prices!

Would love to give a 10 because they are friendly and willing to help. However they are somewhat understaffed and I'm not so sure that some of their batteries are worth buying. Made an appointment to have a battery replaced but had to wait about 15 minutes to see someone. They did have the replacement done in about an hour but that battery drained faster than the 2 1/2 year old battery that they replaced. Three days later they replaced the battery again. Manager again was very friendly and apologized. Had it done in 45 minutes. Now this battery is little better than the first replacement but is about the same as the phones original battery after 2 years of use. Must not be using a quality replacement battery. Very disappointed. $70 later and 4 trips to the store and I'm pretty much in the same boat as I was before I started.

Great selection of batteries and bulbs. Not the best prices but worth being able to get merchandise the same day. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.I had purchased the wrong item on line for pickup but the staff was able to get me the correct battery. Great experience.

I had a cracked camera glass on my phone. The store didn't have the piece but suggested I order it from Amazon.The piece was very inexpensive and I got it within a few days.I brought my phone and the piece back to the store. John Sanchez, the manager, quickly replaced the broken glass and did it for free.Outstanding customer service! Thanks again!

Great store, knowledgeable associates. Ended up purchasing more than I came in for - they have led light bulbs for $1 and they had a really good sale on aa and aaa batteries.As an associate was helping me, I watched another employee go out to do a battery install in -20 degree weather. They don t have a heated garage so I was surprised that they would stand outside and do this in that temperature. He was still out there as I left about 15-20 min later. I made a comment to the associate that I hope he at least gets a tip and the associate said usually not. I can t believe people aren t tipping these employees!!I m just as surprised this company would allow their employees to work outside in weather like that. I would never allow my children to work there!

The man who helped us was amazing. Kind caring and helpful. I believe his name was John.I went today 8 22 21. Matt was wonderful. He was interested in my troubles on tge phone. When I came in, he remembered me, and solved my problem in less then 5 minutes. This is a magical place. Thank you Matt

John answered all my questions and was able to give me insight as to the best product and services he had for me at fair Price. The staff is always knowledgeable and able to give me resources in alternatives which I never considered. They help me save money and make my life a lot easier with their products and services. Josh helped fix my boyfriends phone screen and was incredibly helpful and understanding while doing so. It was very late and he still helped us until the very end of his shift and even afterwards, with a great attitude too. He gave outstanding customer service and I would personally recommend anyone who needed their phone screen fixed or even any types of light bulbs, batteries, or power strips to come to this store due to how they treat their customers.

I've purchased from them several times. The people are friendly and helpful. Ordering a car battery online was a breeze. They had it charged and ready to go when I arrived less than an hour after the online order.

Battery Plus Bulbs Store# 561 in Pleasant Prairie, WI is EXCELLENT. Their technician Cody is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He replaced the battery in my Samsung cell phone and my Amazon Kindle. Cody is AMAZING! Thank you Cody for your EXCELLENT service!
