This horrible place literally scammed me out of my truck and fined me for $120! Must be nice to be able to pick on poor college students! They towed my truck from my apartment building which I pay parking fees just because my badge was backwards! My roommate had the same thing happen to him, so do not purchase anything from this sham of a company, they only care about scamming college students! Do not even go to the apartments that they manage, BECAUSE IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU PAY FOR THEIR PARKING!!!

Roadside assistanceCollege daughter was heading home for the weekend and a piece of her front bumper became loose on the freeway. Called SOS and they went to her location and removed the piece lickety split and got her back on the road. Thank you Josh and SOS for taking care of the situation and providing piece of mind. In sept 22 i was on a road to trip to get my Daughter i hit a dead deer and rim in the middle of high way at 4am. My insurance didnt help i was paniked and not sure where i was . a police officer called The tow and when it got there Josh from SOS took the time to help me with everything He went way above and beyond and showed me that there are still kind caring people in this world. I dont wish for anyone to have car problems but if you do SOS ROAD RESCUE are the ones to call I can never thank Josh and his team enough for all the help and kindness shown to me .im very sorry its taken so long to write this review but its been a rough year

I spun into the ditch during some snow and searched for a 24/7 service place and these guys were the closest.When I called and mentioned that I was a student and they were very understanding and gave me a student discount.Once they got there they pulled me out and helped me check my car to make sure nothing had been damaged before having me test drive it. Very friendly, understanding team. I've recommended them to all of my campus friends in town.

SOS Road Rescue saved my day. They showed up extremely quickly and removed my vehicle from the roadway. Additionally, extreme care was taken when loading my vehicle onto the tow truck. I was given the choice of what shop to have my vehicle delivered to. Overall great experience from SOS Road Rescue.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

My car battery was completely dead this morning after sitting for two days in the arctic cold. I have roadside assistance through my car insurance and they got SOS Road Rescue on the case; Josh was super friendly and got my car started in about ten seconds! Thanks so much!

I m fresh out of college and frankly, I have no clue what I m doing in the real world, half the time, but these guys were super polite and helpful, didn t try to up sell me on anything, and were super understanding of the situation. They were also super patient with me and explained everything, so I fully understood what was going on. Hopefully, I won t need my car towed, again, but if I do, I m calling these guys back.Service: Car towing

Son was driving home at 11 pm on a winter storm, drove off the road cause he could not see it anymore and got stuck in the snow. A nice gentleman by the name of Terrance came to his rescue and drove him to safety, I rate this company 5 stars only because that s all they give you = ).Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Our 2010 Chrysler T&C had broken down (radiator hose) between Soldiers Grove and Boscobel. Good Sams Travel Club could only get us as far as Boscobel. However, being a Saturday the only place that was open did not want to give us the time of day. So, Josh took it upon himself to make sure we got down to Dubuque for my Uncle s Birthday and Christmas Party. Josh took us down to Platteville (his shop) and had a mechanic waiting for us when we got there. The mechanic looked it over and ran a test and found the leak. They got the replacement part and got us up and running in an hour and a half. All in all Josh went out of his way to make sure we were going to get to our destination. If I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would.

SOS did a great job towing my flood damaged car and junked it for free. Josh was always courteous and helpful along the process.

SoS did a wonderful job towing our 1959 El Camino. Great guys to work with. I would recommend them to anyone to transport their precious vehicle.

My vehicle was towed by them from a traffic accident. It was at their lot for less than 24 hours and I was charged nearly $600 to get it out. Also, almost $200 was missing from my vehicle when they finally released it to me. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Stated on Google open 24 hours. When I called at 2am they stated they didn't have anyone scheduled. Sorry that's not 24 hour service.
