Awesome service! We were having problems finding a local windshield repair company and coincidentally, ran into one of your technicians at a local sandwich shop who was servicing someone else about five minutes away from our home. We spoke and he was able to work us in that afternoon! Technician was efficient, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable about his trade.EDIT: Odd... wonder why "This review is no longer available." when friends and family try to access it. Have had semi and pickup windshields replaced, and they got it done in a timely fashion. They made time and were very friendly. They've got my business.

Novus- Platteville did an amazing job on my windshield. They have the best customer service around. They go up and beyond to make sure your work is done correctly, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Outstanding service, called at about 11am for initial consultation, by noon the next day my Jeep had a new windshield with no hassles. They handled everything with my insurance company so all I had to do was drop it off and pay the deductible.

Very happy with the service and help I received. I go to UW Platteville and needed to get my windshield replaced before I drove 3 hours back home so I took a chance on Novus. I couldn't have been more happy, got my truck finished in less than 2 hours and gave me a loaner car to get back to campus for class. Would reccomend for any college student in need

I've had a windshield repaired in the past and had a rock chip repaired here today. Professional and reliable. No charge to me for the rock chip thanks to insurance.

Dropped the truck off and got a ride to work. Truck done by noon! Looked outside to find the truck dropped off at work! How's that for service?!?!? Keep in mind, they don't just fix cracked windows. They can outfit your vehicle with ad-ons like running boards and deer guards. Awesome.

We were from out of town ans our back glass shattered they not only fixed but vacuumed all the broken glass fixed and repaired as promised it don't get any better

Great service, product and price at this Novus repair center in Platteville. The technician (I think his name was Greg) was awesome. I would recommend their shop to anyone who has windshield repair needs.

I have had a number of windshield chips fixed by NOVUS in Platteville and I was always treated well and the quality of work was great. Now that I have a pickup I selected NOVUS in Platteville for spray on bedliner, mud flaps and a tonneau cover.
