Wow, where do I start. My son brought his jeep in for service. Had several issues with not starting. This place went over and above. Fixed the problem, plus found some other things that needed attention that a jeep dealer did not do correctly. Thank you for taking such great care and concern for him. I appreciate it so very much. Would highly recommend this service center. I did not personally meet the owner, but my father was a auto mechanic his whole career and could fix any car. This place reminds me of him. And that is saying a lot. Thank you again

Truck overheated on the first full day of our trip, called Monday morning and they were able to get it in, looked at, and fixed all before Friday. Awesome work and courteous staff. Truck is used for hauling a machine as it is my work truck and everything is holding up nicely. Thank you guys!

Locally owned business that treats you like family. Friendly, honest and fair - traits that are hard to come by.

My go to place when a repair job is outside of my skill set, which is pretty frequent! Honest work and prices, and friendly to boot. I m glad that I live in a town with a shop like this.

Trustworthy, friendly, service with a smile. They are highly knowledgeable, have fair prices, great people to do business with. I will only bring my vehicles here as long as I am in the area.

Here s my experience with this business . . .I tried to save money having a friend and shade-tree mechanic replace my brake pads. He got into them on a Friday. By Saturday night, I left the car in the lot at Phillips Service Center and left a message for them to call me with an estimate. My wanna-be mechanic had gone through brake pads, wheel cylinders, and other parts and could not get the brakes to stop leaking. I got fed up and just took it to the shop.I got the estimate and it wasn t unreasonable. They gave me an estimate for both doing a comprehensive job (brake lines and calipers) and doing a job that would get me on the road, but the next issue could be 5 or 500 miles down the road. Since my brake lines were not in terrible shape, the owner was willing to do the other work and not replace the brake lines. The short brake lines did require replacement.Just under $400 later, I had new hardware kits, short brake lines, a new wheel cylinder, and the rest of what was necessary to get my car back the 3.5 hours to where I d come from. It may have been a little more than I d hoped to pay, but I don t think it was higher than what I would have paid elsewhere in this area. The gentlemen also took a lot of time to explain the issues and alternatives; worked with me to fax and email estimates to get the work started; and seemed willing to go above and beyond to do good work. They did not seem to place a high value on internet reviews, however, which is their prerogative, but did worry me a bit.The moral of the story: these guys could have tried to take me to the cleaners. They knew I came from out of town; knew I d tried to save money and had a botched job on my hands; etc. They could have said, We need to replace all of this stuff at a cost of $700 and if you don t like our price, you can have it towed out of our lot. They did not do any of that. Instead, they worked with me from long distance to scan and fax quotes for different alternative fixes, thoroughly described the problems to me, and did work that appears to be a quality job.I would recommend this business. Finally, I waited to file this review to make sure the work was going to not immediately go bad. Also, the business owners explained to me that the bad review on this site by someone was the result of her wanting to have a dangerous brake system only partially fixed. This would have resulted in a liability for them and a danger for her. Her brake lines were terrible, but she wanted the $200 version of the job to get her back on the road, and the owners were not willing to do that knowing a brake system failure in another part of the braking system was eminent. That upset that other customer, and she went and got her shade-tree mechanic job elsewhere. For me, that tactic didn t work, and these folks made it right, and I thank them.07/01/20 Update: I needed four trailer tires but was only in the area for a very limited time. They had them in stock, but due to their appointment schedule, wouldn't install them after 3pm. To waitwwait have cost me an additional $70 in hotel or an additional 7 hours to return to the Prentice area another day. Because the tires were $70 cheaper in the Dells at Wal-Mart and i got to sleep in my own bed,. I had to do business elsewhere. You try to support the Mom and Pop, but it's hard when they can't be flexible for non-local customers. Their prices we're $30 under other locations as far south as Medford, however.

Charged me 21 bucks to jump my battery. My car was literally across the st. Dudes walked over, took em 10 min. Didn't tell me the price beforehand. Called to politely inquire about it and this guy Dave, I think his name was, literally started shouting at me and cussing me out.

I would not recommend this place for no one they are a joke the lady was rude Said it would take 3 weeks to change one tire even if I brought the tire and rim And every time I tried to set an appointment it would take a month or more an wanting to over charge people because they know they can because it's a small town I recommend you find a new mechanic this place is just a joke

Not good front end, was given 3rd degree when asking information Michelle ranted on about everything included for asking for a ball park figure to repair standard issue (brakes) exceptionally rude, never will hand my hard earned monies overto that business there are others around
