Walmart has great deals on good tires but the install centers are no good. I had an appointment with a window from 8-9am, arrived at 815, and they told me I would have to reschedule cause I was late.they only had one car in the shop and they didn t look busy. I kinda of expected this based on the negative reviews. I just took the tires and had them installed at a Goodyear.

Came in to get my car serviced. No complaints. As I was shopping I overheard two women .. 2 different African American women complaining about the employee covering self check, it sounds like they had to explain that they had money, was Not stealing .. 30min later I m checking out and this same lady and she has an accent, came over to me, meanwhile it was 5 other ppl, that didn t look like checking out, she immediately came and unbag my items and start rescanning them. Then she STAYED 2inches behind me until I was done. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I wanted a manager, but I ll just NEVER come back. Go rewind those cameras. Very disgusting

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered 4 tires to be installed at their service center. I received an email a few hours later saying one tire was refunded. Although, I was able to order another tire immediately after. Unfortunately, it would arrive later in the week. So I rescheduled my service appointment. Unfortunately, on the day of my appointment, the tire would not arrive on time. So I rescheduled it for 3 days later. The morning of my appointment, I received a refund notification for my original 3 tires were refunded back. I called the service department and they were no help. I am frustrated as I have wasted so much time trying to keep my appointment and my tires were still sent back. I will take my business elsewhere.

Just had 4 brand new tires installed here, and now my front end is shaking like all hell. It's 4pm, I just tried to call the Walmart auto center, and nobody is answering the phone after waiting for 3 minutes, 3 times. I tried customer service, but nobody's answering there either even after waiting for 5 minutes. Boy am I glad I didn't just replace the tires because I have to take my car on a VERY long drive tomorrow. Oh wait. I did have to, but now I can't. I will update my review based on what happens, and if they fix this problem or not.

Honestly I don't like this Walmart but I love this Walmart Auto Center. The service manager Shawn did a great job taking care of both of our cars this year with tire replacement etc. I would recommend this Auto Center

Takes forever. Understaff (not their fault). Cheap Price tires. Idk what else you wanna mention. Either get an opening time or prepare to wait numerous hours. Just buy the tires and go elsewhere lol

I had purchased a set of 4 tires to be installed on my daughter's Civic.We arrived for the appointment and was told by counter staff that they were short of staff and may not be able to install the tires.Well thanks to Eric the lead person, he was able to get the staff needed and were able to install the tires in about 45 minutes.Thanks Eric, great leadership in turning a potentially very upset customer to a satisfied one.

I was there for a short period of time waiting for my vehicle. Shawn and his buddies (I apologize for not remembering their names) were quick to work on my car (Tire issues). Excellent service and overall 5 star Customer Service. I would recommend and I see myself coming back for other auto maintenance.

Called yesterday to check to see if 2 tires that I need were available. They are already off the car and need to be fixed . I was told sure no problem we have what you need I will put them on hold. I was told to just drop them off and we will give you a time for pickup. Drove there first thing this morning to make that happen and was greeted by a very rude man. The first thing he said to me after I explained my situation was Well, that ain't gonna happen today best I can do is Monday at 11:00am. Not helpful or courteous at all after I explained the tires are already on hold for me. Probably not best to have that representation of your tire department first thing in the morning. We went elsewhere and won't be going back.

Terrible and I am typically not one to write negative reviews, but if you are debating on using their services for auto I would avoid. Had issues on two separate occasions where they were not able to help us after purchasing tires online and scheduling an appointment through the their site. On both occasions, they gave us every reason why they cannot accommodate our vehicles. Mind you this was two years apart. Most unmotivated, unwilling, rude and mismanaged place I have been to definitely fits the perception of Walmart. Again terrible experience avoid at all costs. Lesson learned cheapest is not always best.

The employees at Walmart Auto Care exhibit a lack of knowledge and competence in their roles, often appearing disinterested and unengaged in their work. They are indifferent to providing good customer service and seem to waste valuable time, instead of efficiently addressing customer needs and concerns. Their behavior is not just limited to lack of knowledge but also lack of initiative and motivation to provide customers with the best service possible. They seem to not care about customer satisfaction and rather just go through the motions of their job.

Made an appointment for 3:00 PM, nobody was available, auto center lights were off. Found an employee and technician said he was on lunch for another 20 minutes, service desk worker didn t seem to know how to use system. Once they began work it was completed quickly.

Friendly courteous staff. I ordered tires online at Walmart at a great price. Delivered to me in a few days. Made appt with tire center, drove there with tires they had it done in an hour no probs. Ive read neg comments that they couldn't get them in etc. They're busy and by appt only just remember. Would recommend. Thanks!

Managed to roll in here with a flat tire. They told me I don t have an appointment so they can t help me. I don t think anyone schedules a flat tire in advance. I would ve waited 2 hours but that wasn t an option. Why offer the service?

Gross incompetence at this store - mainly management. Took 25 minutes to speak with someone in automotive regarding tires for vehicle. Another 14 days to schedule an appointment. On the day of our appointment, we received a call 3-hours prior to our appointment time that the shop compressor had broken down 5 days prior and that Walmart would need to cancel our appointment. We rescheduled and were told the tire install would take 1 hour. We did some grocery shopping while waiting. When we went to pick up our vehicle, we were told it would be an additional 2 hours. All frozen and cold items went bad and the management at this location was able to offer even the simplest solution, such as putting groceries in a cooling area to stay cold. Absolutely unacceptable and will not be returning to this store. Recommend staying away at all costs.

There are a lot of bad reviews and I would disagree with a lot of them. I had to take a battery in and test and and they were super nice. They helped me figure out what battery I needed and the best deal for replacing it. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me.

If possible, Run away from this location The hourly employees now seem to be in charge. Taking extended lunches and refusing to answer the phone seems to be their best way to avoid any actual work. Visited three times already, and called 4 times, so far, to find out how to order a replacement tire and when it might be installed. The store phone operator and manager seem to be unable to help.

Hey! you there! Wondering if this Walmart Auto Care Center is decent and checking reviews online before you actually book an appointment?? I've got the answer for you. No! Any negative experiences you've had previously at Walmart Auto Care will be replicated here!Details...Booked an appointment by phone to mount tires and confirmed it with front desk employee for '8:00am, Thursday August 12th'. The day comes and I drive 45mins here and the first thing they say to me as I walk in smiling is, "Sorry we can't help you, there's no one here to do the job. Our first appointment is at 10:00am and you cannot be helped today unfortunately." Funny, I thought to myself, I have a confirmation for 8:00am silly guy! I understand if you're understaffed no one can mount tires but there were more than enough technicians I saw as I walked in! Why was I not given a notice prior to coming to get serviced? They then proceed to lie that I never booked the appointment in the first place and grow eerily silent when I produce a confirmation email!In summary that day...My tires got mounted after I argued and justified my case to the store Manager for 10mins. I guess there WERE enough guys there in the first place just maybe too lazy? 5+ people ended up working on my car when I was told no one was available. Crazy.Never again, but at least they got the job done(I mean it's your job that's the least you can do)

Perhaps I caught the workers here on a bad day but I did not find this Auto Care Center very helpful. I was in search of someone who could check my tires because my Low Pressure light kept coming on even after I filled the tires at gas station air pumps. I waited in the lobby entrance area (meaning inside the Walmart right at the threshold of the Auto Care center opening) for a few minutes for the man behind the counter to acknowledge my presence. When I told him what I needed - a quick tire inspection- he said it would be at least 5 hours. It seems someone had called in sick so the poor guy was slammed. Not his fault, but that's why I didn't find this place much help. The man did apologize though and told me where I could find a gas station with an air pump. I ended up going to Tires Plus across the street, and had a much better experience there. No hard feelings, just a watch out for those needing tire help on busy days.

This is my second horrible experience at this location with the same disgruntled employee. I purchased four new tires from walmart online with a very pleasant phone call with delivery to store. Called auto care for tire mounting with wheels off vehicle and was promised an instant install. Drove to Pewaukee while my son was in critical care at Children's Hospital only to be turned down by an abrasive old man with a confrontational attitude. I wound up carrying tires back out of store for the second time...after biting my toung from a very deserved fist fight with this associate. Today; my Wife's phone lost signal in the store for over two hours and in a panic I again drove frantically to the store looking for her because she was to have an oil change in 20 minutes or less at this location. My same nemesis was encountered and this man told me he never saw her or serviced a Chevy of any type all day. While calling for a missing person report, I turned around to confront this horrible person and after a truck was moved; .. I found my Wife's car hanging unattended on a lift. After having an absolute meltdown, the rest of staff and manager had the human decency to apologize but that grey haired punk conveniently disappeared again. I can't say my family will ever visit this location again...unbelievable!!! Fire this guy!

I've been here a few times and will probably not be going back here again. Every time I go in, the employees never seem to know what's going on. It always takes a while to get their attention, and when I do they are not very polite and just seem to have no interest in making your customer experience delightful.I went here to get new tires for my car. I wanted the cheapest tires and the worker told me the cheapest ones they could get were about $75. I told them I found ones for $50 on their Wal-mart website that would fit my car. Then I was told I would have to go on the website myself and order them and have them shipped to the store. The worker had no interest in helping me or doing this for me.I was very annoyed.

First, I was on hold for 45 minutes to speak with someone in automotive services to purchase a battery. Next, the automotive services manager told me that they do have a battery for a 2013 Ford, but that they can't install it because it's under the seat. I called the dealer and was told that the battery is located under the hood in plain view. I immediately recalled Walmart and reached the same manager, but was told that although battery installation is done on a first come first serve basis, they can't install today due to tire appointments, and they are booked with appointments until November 12th. The first come first serve basis process need several dedicated people to handle installations that do not need an appointment.

OMG!! The only reason I gave this place one star was because I couldn't give it ZERO stars! I had some tires shipped to the Pewaukee store and set up an installation for 11AM on Sunday, an appointment I set up four days in advance. When I arrived at the Tire Center there was no one at the service desk, FOR FIFTEEN MINUTES, and the phone rang the entire time, and NO ONE ANSWERED IT! There was one car being serviced in at least a six bay garage. Needless to say, when someone did show up, I got my tires and went to Firestone to have them installed!

Took car here to have tire replaced, after the tpms light wouldn't shut off. They refused to take responsibility and said it was like that when they got it. Do not take your car here. They will break something and not fix it.

Called on Monday for tires and they said they are busy the whole day. So I thought I would wait till Tuesday. I called an asked how long the wait looked and they told me about a hour. I go in about 30 minutes thinking I would only have to wait 30 minute to get tiers on.. little did I know when I walked in the guys told me they couldn t do it at all today because they were low staffed.. that would of been nice to know when I called a hour ago.. so I went across the parking lot to tiers plus!! Would recommend them 100 times over that Walmart!!

So I go to the pewaukee walmart location to get my tire that someone slashed replaced on my front driver side, now they replace the tire the first time, ok no problem, I pay for the tire and services, come to find out they put the wrong size tire on. So, I call today, manager Mike tells me to come in and they will swap it out no charge. So I go in, takes me 10 minutes standing in the automotive service lobby to get assistance, then the guy proceeded to either act or honestly not know what I was talking about how I called earlier and my right tire was put on hold till I came in. They go to check my car and what tire I said I need, they try coming back saying the right tire is on, I explained again the correct tire size, which he didnt hesitate to look again and came back and told me he will take care of it. Now. When it came time to collect my car, the guy looked at me to pay the 108, again. When. I explained what manager Mike told me, he got a slight attitude, handed me my keys and said just take it while keeping to himself and not acknowledging anything I further said even when I said have a good night. Not to mention they were fiddling around in my trunk and back seat area when there was no need regardless if they were checking the spare since I didnt ask for them to anyways. Probably never coming here for a tire again. #thankswalmart.

I waited in store for 2 hours to find out that they finished looking at my vehicle 40 minutes ago. They never called me or informed me in person. I only found out because I looked out the window and saw my car parked outside instead of in the garage. I won't be coming back. The one in Germantown had great customer service when I went before, so I'll go there instead.
