I just stopped in today after seeing a "low tire" warning on my dashboard. The guy happily guided me in the bay and checked all of my tires for proper inflation and away I went. Quick and easy friendly service just like I get when I get an oil change.

It was -4�, -20� wind chill, and I stopped by hoping the guys would put air in my tires. Logan immediately came outside with the air hose and filled all 4 tires for me....and was happy to do it! This while it was not only cold, but painfully cold.Hard to find customer service like this, and the owner should be grateful to have guys like this. They know how to treat people.

*** PLEASE READ ***I was a regular visitor of this oil change location since early 2021. For the most part, I had no issues outside of experiencing long waits in line (even with no one ahead of me) and the service taking much longer than the Menomonee Falls location which I went to prior to 2021.HOWEVER, most recently (November 2023) I visited this location and they grossly overfilled my oil (by around 3-5 quarts). Within the first 10 miles of driving my vehicle, I could tell something was off. Within the next 10 miles following the oil change, my car was driving horrible, so I called up this location and went in to get the oil checked. The manager on-site was very nice and admitted my oil was significantly over filled it (likely 3-5 quarts) and that the drain plug was never pulled during my initial visit (which was later disputed without providing evidence). The manager gave me a new oil change, however, it didn't help as my car stopped running the next day.NEXT, I used customer care to submit a claim following the incident, requiring the area manager to perform an investigation and respond within 2 days. The area manager tried reaching out the next day, but I was on a work call and could not answer. I called back 20 minutes later, no response. 2 hours later, no response. 1 day later, no response. All this time, the customer care individuals were leaving him messages on his phone. Finally, after a WEEK of trying to get ahold of him and threatening to go to a higher level, I was able to get ahold of him. Made it be known, he never tried calling my back this entire time.When I finally got on the phone with him, the area manager not only admitted that the oil was significantly overfilled, but had the audacity to say that overfilling the oil had nothing to do with my car dying. ALSO, his reason for not calling me back was that he performed an investigation and dismissed the claim. This was never communicated to me. I would avoid this place at all costs, because if something does happen, they are clearly unwilling to take any ounce of responsibility.Although I cannot sit here today and say 100% that my GROSSLY overfilled oil was the only thing that led to my car dying (thus totaled), my car was driving amazing before the visit and I drove less than 30 miles after the oil change. However, I will gladly admit that outside of the manager on-site, I would not trust ANYONE else here performing my oil change.To recap, my vehicle is totaled requiring me to buy a new one, Valvoline negligently overfilled my oil, the personnel here are clearly inexperienced, if something happens and you need to make a claim - they will be unwilling to work with you, the area manager is anything but understanding/respectful, they will dismiss your claim without notifying you, and LASTLY, if they do have "evidence" they use to negate your claim, they are unwilling to share details. I will NEVER go back and nor should you.

Went in Sunday to get an oil change for the first time using them. Upon leaving I noticed a sound coming from my vehicle but didn t think anything of it. The sound persisted for two days so I stopped back in and spoke with the manager. Manager basically blew me off stating it was normal wear and tear and was of no help to try and resolve this issue. Seems suspicious the normal wear and tear on my vehicle popped up right after getting my vehicle service. If you do not want any issues with your vehicle after a routine service I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.Service: Oil change

OUTSTANDING! I went to the Silvernail location in Pewaukee and they were fantastic! Courteous, considerate, kind, easy to talk with. Informative when speaking with me about my 2000 Jeep Wrangler which I love. They went above and beyond. I liked how they communicate amongst each other to get things done. I am so happy I went to this location. Thank you so much!

When I got there it was obvious disorganization. No one walked up to my car, told me what was going on. They just waved me in. For them to tell me the computers were down but I was assured I could be serviced. After service the card reader wasn't working and I was treated like it was my fault. I was told I couldn't leave when they had me in the bay even though they had my address on file and refused to send me a bill in the mail instead the horrible employee named alexsandra told me "this is how things are done" standing with her arms crossed extremely rude when I had a pregnant girl waiting on me. It was a horrible experience, absolutely awful. Do not go here.

I had a very positive oil change experience. They were fast, efficient, courteous, didn t try aggressively to force extras on us like some places. Blake was super nice and helpful. We will definitely be back.

After leaving valoline I thought everything was sound and proper great service they chatted with the driver. After a couple weeks my car started having trouble with acceleration. I brought it into a shop in town and they told me the filter wasn't screwed in tight and caused oil to leak. The only thing they couldn't have known was the oil switch was going also leaked oil. But the big thing was my filter. Bewarry my friends.

Saturday Morning I went over to Valvoline to get my oil changed and for them to see if they could change out the right tail light. Everyone was super friendly there! They even chatted with my son who is obsessed with Harry Potter and they put the BIGGEST smile on his face. He asked if we could go back there soon, because it was one of the best days of his spring break. So HUGE Thank you to Keoni, Paul, Gavin, Owen, Josh, Your conversations and friendly attitudes made a kid very happy and thankful to have great customer service! Were unable to enter the fleet data to proceed with the oil change. I left, and will try again another day. The Technician tried diligently, but my experience with fleet companies makes this result understandable.

Tires plus let our car sit for 2 days- no one was there with expertise to check the refrigerant level of our car .. I called Valvoline - Paul told me to bring it over and he'd give me an answer pretty quickly. He and Joshua worked together to check it out and also offer other suggestions. They were very accommodating when I asked if they could check the filters. We left very happy that they did all they could to help us out. Thank you!!

Very disappointed in this location. I arrived at 645pm for an oil change. Yes I know they close at 7pm. There was a car in front of me which they did not turn away. The worker came up to my car and asked what service i was there for. I informed him i was there to get an oil change. The worker informed me they would not be able to provide the oil change as I would have to wait until 710pm. My response was that I was glad to wait as i was going out of town and needed the oil change. In addition i drove all the way from Sussex to the Pewaukee location (Sussex is the usual location I go to for all my oil changes did not have the oil filter needed for my my car). I was still turned away. I would highly recommend putting up signage on site and on your website to inform customers that you will NOT service customers after a certain time so your customers won't be disappointed when they get turned away.

Staff is friendly and look out for you. I use to go to other places as well, but I appreciate their service and conversating about my mustang and other cars, so I have just been going their exclusively lately. This place is great! I come here every single time I get my oil changed and they do an exceptional job! The staff is super respectful and really helpful and don t ever pressure you to make a decision on something more expensive just so they can get their money. They always want what s best for the costumer. Alex was super amazing and respectful in helping me out!

I've been here about a dozen times since I got my first car, and had wonderful experiences each time. Friendly workers and quality service, as long as you keep in mind that they're going to try and up sell you on everything. I started doing my own oil changes to save money, but I've been there twice recently because I couldn't break free the lug nuts on my tires to change my breaks. They were able to do it for me both times. The second time I was there they went out of their way to check my air filter and top off my fluids while I was waiting for them to find the right torque setting to put the lug nuts back on.

Great location and fast service. A gentleman called Lian was great with costumer service. When it comes to price though, they are very expensive. For a Kia van it was $110 ($89 with coupons) and that was just for the oil change, it didn't include any filters or anything, while at the dealership you can get the full works, including the tire rotation for $59. But it was convenient to do it on a Sunday morning without an appointment.

8 Months ago I had an oil change and they didn't fully secure the oil cap. Most of the oil drained out of the car, potentially taking years off my engine. The crew was apologetic and stopped over to help deal with the issue, and the company send a coupon for a free oil change. I wasn't planning to use the service again, but I figured I would at least use the free oil change. It turned out that the coupon the send me was already used.I consistently have a bad experience with this place and won't be using the service anymore.Service: Oil change

These guys were awesome and it really was instant. Dan and the crew were the bomb the whole time even though I put him through the ringer. I felt awful. It took more time for him to get in touch with my warranty coverage provider than it took for them to change my oil. Fast, quick, thorough and pretty cheap. One of the best oil changes I've had.

My husband was in line for over 45 minutes at one point they said it would be 5 minutes they then turned away 2 other customers and finally told my husband it would be longer they are changing the battery on a van and are having a problem removing the rusty screws not good practice to turn away 3 customers to accommodate one especially since there is a batteries plus right behind them!!!
