Avoid taking your car here at all costs! I had a faulty alignment which proceeded to completely wear the interior of my rear tires and caused over $2,000 worth of suspension work. The staff is not helpful, and completely incompetent.

They left white stuff all over the wheels and rims. I paid as much or more here than any other shop. No reason to come back.

I scheduled an oil change for 1pm, and arrived at 1pm. I was then told the appointment was scheduled for 12, and that I could wait. I waited for nearly 2 and a half hours before the mechanic asked why he hadn't gotten the key to my car for my oil change, which he confirmed was scheduled at 1. Upon completion the front desk staff member the best he could do was take $20 off the bill, meaning it still cost me about $100 for an oil change that I waited 3 hours for in total.

Typically, you need to make an appointment ahead of time. But, I called the store and they said I could drive right in for an oil change. It was very convenient. They also had coupon codes so I got the best price around!! I would go back again.

Needed our tire fixed and they got us in! Darren, the store manager, along with staff were very friendly and helpful and we got to continue our road trip with minimal delay! Thank you guys!!!

Decided to give Tires Plus another chance after last time I was in they told me my 7 month old battery was shot.Had an appointment to install 4 tires. Was told it would be 2-2.5 hours because they had other customers ahead of me. I was their 2nd appointment of the day. Isnt that why you make an appointment? Guy at the front counter had an attitude. Thanks for wasting my time.

The tires were a good deal and they didn't perform an alignment when it wasn't needed. The wait time was longer than they estimated over the phone, but was shortened when they did not need to do the alignment.They did charge me for recycling 4 tires, when I took one of the 4 home with me.

I came here after waking up to a flat tire. This establishment did not have the tire I had but they did have a great selection. Clean outside and waiting area sparkles inside. Kathie was very approachable and knowledgeable. I heard her answer another customers tire question without hesitation. She also went the extra mile, with patience as I tried to figure out how to use my work benefits app to pay for the services. Once we figured it out, I turned around and was shocked to see my car was park out front completed.Thank you all for making this quick and painless.

The service was excellent but you pay for excellence and the price of the parts and service was high in my personal opinion, but like I said, you pay for excellence and immediate services. Tire Plus helped us replace the front drivers side headlight and fog light on our vehicle right away when we came in, and they are even 'pet friendly' and our dog sat in the waiting area with me & my brother while they serviced our vehicle.......

We called on a Sunday afternoon because we hit a nail and our tire went flat. We are hours away from home and even tho they were full Darren was AMAZING and helped us get home safely. Everyone there went above and beyond for us. I am incredibly grateful for their help!!!

I called and was told to leave my car Tuesday overnight so they can do a diagnostic on it and they said someone would call on Wednesday. No one did. I called on Thursday and the person on the phone assured me that someone would call me that day. Nothing. I needed my car on Friday. I arrived on Friday as I told them that's when I needed it by and nothing was done. They said they were busy and they said they were sorry. I can understand if they're busy but the lack of communication gives this a one star. They were busy and that's fine but a business should tell me they're full and I could have gone elsewhere but keep my future business. The front desk guy was professional and nice.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Very awful communication at this location. Dropped my car off with a flat tire on Sunday night and made an appointment for the next day. I called around 4:00 and they told me they were working on my car and would call me when it was done. I tried calling again many times around 6:30 with no answer. I drove to the place and they were closed before their advertised time (they re supposed to close at 7:00). Very frustrating since I was expecting my car to be done, and when I looked at my car, it had not moved from the spot I parked it in - they clearly did not even look at it yet. The next morning they told me that they couldn t find any puncture in my tire. I took it to F&F and they found a puncture and patched it within 45 minutes of me dropping it off. Lesson learned to never come here again.Service: Tires

I lowered my classic show car over the winter and needed to have it realigned after. Many shops wouldn t touch a 50 year old car that is altered from stock, but Josh was excellent. The car ended up in perfect alignment and drove better than it had since the 90 s. I would highly recommend this shop.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

I went in for an alignment on my C32 AMG after replacing both front lower control arms and both inner tie rods and they completed my alignment quickly and correctly. I was given the paperwork from the alignment machine and it was clear that they performed the work well. A few weeks ago I called to see if they would give my car an oil change that had an IID in it. They said "sure, no problem, you'll just need to stay with your car during the entire time". When I call today to make an appointment and reminded them I had an IID, they refused service. I asked why. He said "just...no".My next visit I needed an exhaust and they were running a special, if you spend over $600. I pick up and the pin pad doesn't let me accept price and was not given discount. Took 2 months to fix and get credit on my card

Went for an oil change for the first time there. I scheduled online but the tech at the counter says that never works and that it's not accurate. It worked for me today though. He said to always call and schedule over the phone. I was in and out in about 35 minutes total while I sat in the waiting area. Total after tax for 4 cylinder Honda Civic was $35. One of the best prices around! I'd go back.

First time I went in had what I thought was an appointment for tires and oil change but no oil change was done so I had to return. Quoted one price - actual service was much more! canceled my appointment said they would call to reschedule but neglected to do so. Left tool under hood when I drove out of my way to drop it off I was ignored and waited quite awhile, couldn't wait any more. The entire service was a comedy of errors

Helpful and courteous. We were trying to get back home from a weekend trip and had issues with one of our tires. Odd size tire, Sunday, and they got us in and back on the road in a couple hours.

Our 16 year old son scheduled an alignment here for his truck. His dad had just finished putting on new upper/lower control arms, wheel hubs, tie rods etc. on both sides and said he'd need an alignment. Our son brought the truck in and was told they couldn't do the alignment because the passenger side tie rod was shot. My husband got on the phone with Tires Plus and explained that he had just replaced it and they argued still saying it was bad. Our son brought his truck home and they double checked the tie rod and everything was perfect so he scheduled an alignment at a local mechanic and was able to have it done without issue. EXCEPT, they mentioned that he was missing a caliper bolt which we believe Tires Plus had something to do with but sadly can not prove. We will never give them our business again and we urge others to steer clear as well.Service: Wheel alignment

Extremely frustrated and dissapointed by Tires Plus Pewaukee service.I have had both my cars and my friends cars serviced at Tires Plus Pewaukee for over 3 years and thought they were they had amazing service until now.Ordered tires from tire rack and delivered them to tires plus. Made the appointment online.Called Tires Plus on Friday to confirm Monday appointment. They said to drop the car off and it will be doneMonday Day 1 They said car would be done by end of day. When i called they told me they couldnt get it done until the next day and i had to leave the car overnight. So i made an appointment for Thursday.Thursday Day 2 Set an appointment arrived 15 minutes late due to traffic. Explained to manager what had happened, told him i needed the car for my daugter to drive to minnesota. They were ok with me leaving the car. Called them at noon they said the car was in the shop. Showed up at 330 and the car was not done!!!!The frustrating part about this was that the manager just did not care!! No apologies no empathy nothing!!!Tires plus - How about a simple sorry, we dont have enough techs or resources just not act like you dont care???Service: Tires
