Scott was great and very professional! I had an oil leak that was causing other problems with my 2003 Honda CRV. A different shop wasn t able to pinpoint where it was right away and so I took it to Scott s instead and he was not only able to figure out where it was, he also figured out what was causing my misfiring and was very honest about his findings. He opted to clean a part instead of just replacing it and he did a great job fixing my serpentine belt that was going bad because of the leak. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone who s looking for an honest and great repair shop!

Scott is awesome! He was super helpful and very friendly, which is so hard to find as a single woman going to a mechanics shop. Definitely would recommend checking him out!

Great service! I have an Audi and was having difficulty finding a mechanic close to home. Scott was recommended. He is very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the process of the repair work. Scott not only does great work, but will take the time to explain to you why he's doing what he is and give you advice. He is fair and knowledgeable. You can tell he cares about your car and you as a customer. He wants the best care for your car in the long term, not just the short term.

I made an appointment for the gauges to be looked at. When I went to drop it off they thought they were changing a light on my car. I had to re-explain what was wrong with my car and they seemed confused. They had my car for the entire day and never gave an update. I followed up the next morning and they said they think they know what the problem was but wouldn t be able to look into it further for 3 weeks. What? You already have my car. They said they didn t believe it was the dashboard cluster and thought it was something. I had to pick up my car, pay for diagnostics and they essentially did nothing. I took it over to another shop and it was in fact the dashboard cluster.Service: Electrical

Brought my car to Scotts to get a general inspection done. They did it in the hour and half they said it would take and they were super thorough. Making sure to tell me what I needed soon and what could wait. Super polite and a smile on their face. The inspection price was pretty much the same as everywhere else. Will be going back.

Scott s Automotive Repair went above expectations to repair issues I brought to the shop. Mechanics explained their findings so I understood what was wrong. They prioritize what should be done and why. If an issue wasn t safety related, I was not pressured into having to spend a lot of money to get it fixed. For many years I have been bringing my vehicles and work vehicles to Scott for service and repair. Not only has Scott always offered his services for a fair price, he also is completely up front and honest. I know from my experience with him, that he has worked after hours and on weekends to ensure customers have their vehicles back in a timely manner. Especially when those vehicles equate to income for the owner. Always a quality and pleasant experience with Scott s! I send all referrals to him and I strongly encourage you all to do the same! Scott's Automotive is my mechanic of choice. The work is high quality especially for the prices and always completed in a timely manor. Scott is a well versed mechanic and is also very polite. I go there when my car is in trouble and am always pleased when i pick it up. I cannot say enough about Scott and his amazing Customer service. In all my 30+ years of owning a vehicle and having problems, Have I ever had a mechanic be so honest and caring about the problems and the cost to fix my car. I am proud of our Pewaukee Mechanic . He goes above and beyond with his loyalty and great service and I am forever grateful to have him as my mechanic. Thanks for all you do Scott !!

Was able to get my vehicle in right away. Was able to drop off and pick up same day. Prices were good, as I had called a couple other places to compare. Scott is very nice! And my car smelled great from the complimentary air freshener

I was in desperate need of brakes. I called and they were able to get me in almost immediately. When my car was ready I was unable to come get it that day and they allowed me to leave it overnight. Had Scott s replace my rear wheel bearings and he called me each step of the way to keep me informed throughout. Very reasonable prices, too! Couldn t be happier with the great service here. Definitely recommend to anyone searching for a fair and honest repair shop.

Scott was able to diagnose and repair an ongoing issue with intermittent starting problems. I had been to at least four other places who could not figure it out. I am sorry Scott, I normally give good reviews but just have to report this one. Had my teenage son s vehicle in for repair of which my son pays for out of his own pocket. Valve cover was replaced and still leaking only to find out screw driver was left in the engine compartment and plastic cover was not reinstalled, it was missing. Took vehicle back to Scott s and he did replace the valve cover for 2nd time only to find the vehicle is still leaking oil and now not running right. I lost faith and did not take back to Scott s. I personally found that the ground wires for the ignition coil were loose, tightened them and vehicle now runs great.Service: Engine repair

It s one hundred thirty dollars!But . All you did was to put a clamp on the hose!Putting the clamp on the hose was ten dollars, knowing where to put the clamp was 120! Welcome to the age of information. My baby is running like NEW! Thank you SCOTT!

Scott did a great job replacing my alternator, which was on warranty, but it had been put in originally by a shop in another part of the state. Scott is a great mechanic. He did a great job on my GMC truck (break job). He even worked on Sunday, so I would have my vehicle for work on Monday. Scott's automotive does the right thing at the right price. Thank you Scott.

Was road tripping through Pewaukee this month and my car broke down outside of town, spewing radiator fluid all over the side of the road. Scott helped me get the car to his shop, and got my car repaire in a couple hours while I grabbed a bite to eat. Highly Recommended!!! Scott is awesome!

Scott's has been taking care of my vehicles since he has been in business. Difficult diagnosis & cost savings ideas are always in his mind. But one thing is for sure, it will be done RIGHT! Thanks for everything Scott's!
