I had a screw on my tire. They said I should leave the car whole day. I opened youtube, learned how to fix it, drove to closest autozone and fixed it by myself in less than an hour. Now I have a repair kit purchased for only $12.Thank you Firestone, without your negligence I wouldn t be doing this by myself. I will never stop by your stores anymore.

I came in about 6 months ago for a evap leak. They said they fixed it. The problem never went away have called many many times about getting it back in they said they have no paper work the the work they did because they switched things in there system there not able to find it. I asked if i would be charged again for work they said they fixed but did not. He told be that because there not able to look It up they need to charge me. So i finely got in for an appointment today i was told to bring my vehicle in at 8am got there. Then was told by the manager that he couldn't get me in at that time that I would need to come back I asked what time can you get it in he told me that they could get it in at 9am I told him I would be back at that time. Got back at 9 I gave him my key and he told me to have a seat it would take about an hour. It is now 10:40 I went to see what was taking so long. Then I noticed my vehicle hasn't even been pulled in yet I asked the manager what was going on. He told me that he had someone else here that asked to do more things on her vehicle. I asked what does that have to do with my vehicle. He told me that I should of just dropped it off. I told him you told me 1 hour. He said would you like to reschedule. I am very upset and would not have anyone come to this location.

Was told a leaking tire was going to take a hour to fix. Made the appointment and two hours later, while I am in the waiting room, I get a call telling me the car battery died. It is 40 degrees outside and the battery is two years old with never having a problem before. Showed me a print out stating the battery was completely dead. They jumped started my car after I refused to buy a new battery from Firestone. Drove one block where they tested my battery and said it is in great shape absolutely no need to buy a battery . Not sure why I keep trying Firestone, it always ends with commotion and dissatisfaction.

Awesome service! They squeezed me in with no appointment due to flat tire. Excellent, friendly, honest staff. They went above and beyond. They kept me updated while waiting. Quick, quality care. I ve already recommended them to family and friends. Thank you Firestone!

I was able to walk in & same day get scheduled for service. The technican was very professional & explained what work was performed and what was still needed to be done with expertise & clarity. My wife & I return regularly for vehicle maintenance mainly for the excellent customer service.

Great service! Good communication and the serviceman was very honest, he could have upsold me on some services but instead actually gave me some tips to do it cheaper by myself. This will be my go to for vehicle issues from now on.

Had a appointment for 9am today for a tire alignment and two new tires.. Master mechanic wasn't in and no one had the proper tools they were supposedly locked up.. big waste of time thanks Firestone for a tire alignment and two new tires

Do no go here need a new tire for my car after the install it gave my car the death wobble. After bringing it in again was just told it's just snow. Took it somewhere with competent people and the tire wasn't rebalanced.

I was here yesterday to get a tire repair from a screw stuck in it. They said my tire was unrepairable and suggested I buy a new one. I took it to a different shop which was easily fixed and only charged $15. This place is s complete rip off and I highly recommend not coming here unless you want to be ripped off.

This Firestone store is consistently rude, low-quality, and dishonest. They pressured my wife into buying unnecessary parts and services, and made her feel incompetent and threatened. They also did a poor job mounting and balancing new tires, leaving tire lube all over the sidewalls, setting the tire pressures incorrectly, and leaving one of the lug nuts loose. Stay away from this store.

Took my vehicle in, was told it was essentially falling apart and not safe to drive. Quoted me at a few thousand. Thankfully I decided to get a second opinion from a recommended mechanic who was able to completely fix my vehicle for a few hundred dollars. Firestone also reported a several parts as damaged or due for replacement, when brought to the attention of my new mechanic, it turns out the parts we're operating just fine.These guys are either liars, or very bad at their job. The icing on the cake was there complete lack of customer service when they knew their jig was up and I wasn't going forward with the repairs through them.Never going to another Firestone again. Incompetent at best, deceitful at worst.

I called with a hole in the tire and got wonderful next day service. Unfortunately the tire was already a repair hole that ended up taking the whole tire. The store manager worked with us offered us the sale to help get all brand new tires since I was long overdue. Drove them in the snow the last two days and was amazing! He was professional and polite. The security of knowing I can drive safely with my kiddos is awesome.Service: Tires

We got a flat in delafield. The tires plus wouldn't help us or even try. We get to firestone the gentleman asked what happened. Told us about their card (since we are very tight on funds) and did everything in his power to help us (recommendationsof least expensive tires not just theirs). Pewaukee firestone made sure we could get our new tire so we don't have to miss work when we are already strapped. They deserve all the stars possible no matter the scale is!

While visiting my neighbor Sandra Hoople I noticed gouges in her front tire. She called Firestone in Pewaukee (store 12033) and asked if they were busy and if she could bring her car over right away on this Saturday mid morning. The store manager Eric Pasquale advise her to bring it over and he would see what they could do. After inspection it was noticed that 3 out of 4 tires had gouges in them. Eric informed us he had three tires that would work, but needed to order a fourth from another store. And informed us he could get it done the same day on a holiday weekend. Otherwise, Sandra would ve been out of a car for a long holiday weekend. Give this store a chance and this manager. Eric went above and beyond and really knows what true customer satisfaction is. It was wonderful doing business with Eric and his store.Service: Tires

Total bait and switch. On the phone I was told $100-$120 for an alignment. Alignment was completed and it was $190 never going back here again.

Had work done tire rotation, and an alignment couldn t align front tires because they said that it was missing something so I went back to where I had work done and they were able to align it.The dispute was not because it was out of alignment, but was how to fix it, next thing I know somebody left on negative review about this place and now I m getting harassed and according to them it was by somebody else with a different name then I tried calling back and I was immediately hung up on with a nasty message.

I had a tire that was repaired about 8 months ago by this Firestone location. They redid the work which needed to be recitified from another Firestone location. The current tire in question had a slow leak but it was not consistent. Good luck finding that. Tyler indicated he would work on it. Tire was a low profile Pirelli tire. I did have an appointment. Took about 20 minutes. No charge. There were leaks in the valve stem and tire bead. He fixed both. Thanks for your speedy service.

I kept losing air on my VW GLI tire. It was an 18" low profile wheel that hit a pothole and cracked. Immauel recommended I replace all four wheels with a 17" rim. It was right around the same price of one VW brand wheel. 4 tires for the 17" rim were $200 cheaper. I walked away with way more because of his counsel. Thank you! I am thrilled with my new smoother ride and wheels that still look great.

I was referred to by a work colleague and she said they ve being working on her car for sometime now, with all her issue from Nissan dealer. to which they went above and beyond. I went and truly experience the same treat with so much care knowledge of around and about your vehicle. Good service, but, the person behind the desk that takes care of the general public was very sick. He should have been told to stay home or had to wear a mask instead of coughing everywhere. My wife and I have been sick ever since!

GREAT experience, I came to Pewaukee to attend a water park with my residence. I got a flat tire, and even though they were extremely booked, they made sure they accommodated me and got me in and out. They were very friendly and even talk to one of my residence about the company and the services they offer due to her being very interested in wanting to be a mechanic. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone by far one of the best firestones I have visited.Service: Tires

First I want to say they should not have on line appointments. They couldn t get it in for two days after the appointment date I requested online. However they did call first thing in the morning to inform me of problem. The gentlemen was extremely patient with all my questions. He also really knew his stuff. After I explained my issues he said he was confident it was just my battery. I had taken it to batteries plus first, and he said was probably my alternator. Unfortunately, fire stone was not sure he could get the battery put in that day. So I went to AutoZone purchased the battery and had my son put it in. Car is up and running great. Thanks fire stone I appreciate your knowledge and honesty. I would definitely take my car in there for repair in the future based on my phone experience.

This location has completely turned around (for the better) in the last 6-8 months. I was given updates. They met and exceeded their time estimate. I was given multiple estimates for purchases i am considering in future without feeling pushed to buy now. Keep this track up Claudio your doing great.Was nice to feel like a customer not just a dollar for them.Services: Electrical repair, Oil change

Terrible experience. Was turned away and refused service without even looking at my car even after having an appointment. I was belittled in front of other customers waiting in the lobby and felt horrible after. Called a dealer who I ve gone to in the past and another auto shop who both said there was no reason to turn me away. I would have been fine with being turned away if I wasn t treated so poorly or spoken down to. Will never be returning.

Went in at 7am to get my flat tire filled and patched, they told me they only had 1 guy who could do it and I waited just over 10 hours to get my car back. However a different time I had a flat, the firestone in Milwaukee was able to fill and patch it in 20 minutes. Would recommend that location insteadService: TiresService: Tires
