This is the second time I brought my vehicle here for work after an accident. My first visit was phenomenal!My second visit left a lot to be desired. First off, there was this kind of overspray all over my dash, all over my infotainment center, all over my seats, steering wheel spedometer cluster, etc.... and my car reeked of paint! After contacting them about this, I also contacted my insurance company since this was a claim. They told me to bring my car back in so they could right their wrongs. I humbly obliged since I found this unacceptable on the first place.I did drop my car off early in the morning on a Friday. I did get a phone call at the end of that day stating my car was finished and I could come pick it up. I was not able to come until Saturday morning and when I arrived there was only one person there at that time. He handed my keys to me and I was on my way. After getting in my vehicle, I noticed that it was not clean at all! Everything that was on my dash and my infotainment center was now smeared and has dried into his hard, unremoveable chunks! It's around every crevice, it is in all my vents, all over my steering column and my spedometer cluster. The absolute worst thing that I found is I now have a burn in my rug! I do not smoke, I have never smoked in my car and nobody else has either! The car has 70,000 miles on it and I got it new! So I'd like to see them explain that one away!! I am beyond upset about this and I will never return here again!

I was very impressed. Came there with a broken grill from a jeep vs deer , and they took great care of me. They had a rental car waiting for me, kept me updated on what was going on. They even had my jeep washed and polished, including my wheels all shined up. The staff couldn t be more friendlier. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs body work.

Daron and his team were extremely professional and helpful. They worked with my insurance and me! They got my vehicle done in a timely manner and returned it back to me nice and shiny! I was hesitant about going to Caliber Collision, but after the positive experience, I will defiantly go back for future work if needed(but hopefully not!!).

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Read the other reviews, they do the same pattern to avoid fixing your vehicle properly. I never expected such as lack of professionalism. I cannot wait to take every opportunity to spread the word of such bad mechanical job done around the community. How on earth could you believe a car with a bad suspension, no front light or fog lights!!! and a leak of engine fluid !!! could be ok to give back to a customer ? DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Read the other reviews!!! They have the audacity to blame you for it as not related to the accident .

In the end, everything looks good. Repair took much longer than I anticipated for such a simple fix. No metal damage, just a plastic spoiler being replaced. When the repair was completed, I didn t realize (until a few hours after I got home) that the spoiler was completely loose and rattling. Figured out how to tighten it myself, but that seemed very unprofessional- disappointing. Great customer service and professionalism otherwise.

Had a huge door ding in my new truck. I was able to get an estimate, set up a reasonable time to get it in and they even arraigned for a rental. The informative texts were really helpful to get constant progress reports. I am so impressed with the quality work.

Was originally told it would take 7 days but it took a total of 26. After replacing the headlight four times they figured out the real problem was the fog light. The fog light was supposed to have been included in the original repair but the man that had done the original appraisal had been fired and now the work was being handled by another estimator. All through the way lack of contact, professionalism and care ended up with the lowest possible score that I'm able to give. Was not offered a loaner car or any assistance in a rental ended up in a huge family mess with only having one car and two people to get around for work. Can't describe my frustration and disappointment in this company.Service: Body & Trim

Very disappointed!!! Took my 2012 Ford Fusion here for repair after running over a downed deer on the highway going 75mph. My car launched into the air and crashed back down onto the road at highway speeds. I filed an insurance claim.Caliber Collision hurried up and fixed the front end body damage but never looked at the front axle, suspension, shocks, or struts. Instead, they gave the vehicle back even though it sounded and handled awful. The front left side would slam to the ground even going over minor bumps in the road, among other things.I brought the vehicle back to Caliber Collision and they passed it along to their vendor, who claimed there were some worn bushings consistent with wear and tear on a vehicle as old as mine. Never did they once suspect or diagnose any acute damage as a result of RUNNING OVER A DEER AT 75mph on the highway!!!Caliber Collision neglected to assess the full scope of damage to my vehicle. When they passed my vehicle off to their vendor and their vendor said the damage was wear and tear, Caliber Collision failed to come bay an eye. Instead, Caliber Collision looked ME IN THE EYES and acted like I was crazy for suspecting there was more damage to my car than they reported. Caliber Collision receives an F- for customer satisfaction, and an F- for customer service. I don t trust them.Service: Body & Trim

Had a minor repair completed and had an excellent experience all around. Goff's was recommended to me by my Subaru dealer and I went with them after seeing all the positive reviews. Price was not cheap, but reasonable. Work quality was excellent. They turned it around in 24 hours and even did a complete detail of my car - it hasn't looked this good in 5+ years. After that great I experienced and while I was still there, I asked them about some scuff marks that "appeared" on my rear fender while I was in Pick 'N Save a few years ago. At no charge, Goff's removed all the paint that had rubbed off on my car and been stuck on there for ages, buffed it out, and it looked almost brand new. Everyone was polite and helpful throughout. The experience was excellent all around. It's nice to be able to write such a positive review of a local business.

Wonderful experience all around!! I put off getting my car repaired for 2 months because I dreaded the experience. From the estimate to the rental car to the communication to the end product, these people were exceptional all around. They made everything so easy and they delivered on time when they said they would. They thought the time might slip through the weekend and I expressed the need to have my car for the weekend. They worked extra hard to make sure I had it by Friday at 5pm. They are the best!

Recently my vehicle (2020 Ford Edge) was damaged in a hit and run accident. My insurance company (Progressive) scheduled my repair at Caliber Collision. My visit started with the professional front office staff and continued with the complete and detailed damage estimate. I appreciated their regular updates as my vehicle was being repaired. Their auto body technicians did great work and I would highly recommend that you consider Caliber Collision to repair your damaged vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had to have my car repaired after a minor fender-bender that became a bit more than anticipated. The staff here were absolutely phenomenal to work with. They are great communicators and were completely transparent to me with how the process worked. They answered all my questions and I appreciate how respectful and honest they were regarding my vehicle. If I have to get body work done again, I know my first choice will be Goff's.

We're glad we chose Caliber Collision (Wisconsin Ave in Pewaukee) from the list provided by our insurance after a hail damage claim. Communication was excellent, and our car was finished well before we expected it. Top quality repair work from some of the nicest people to work with in the area! The workmanship was flawless, and I received a complimentary detail thanks to Brian! My car looked great inside and out. Casey was especially helpful in providing consistent updates and ensuring that all my expectations were met. Truly could not have asked for a better experience!

These guys are amazing and they are a Direct Repair shop with my insurance company! They have a whole wall of insurance companies that they work with, including a lot of the common ones like Allstate and Liberty Mutual, among many others. That made the process much easier when they found additional things that needed repair during my car's fixes. Speaking of which, Casey was very upfront about the damage that there appeared to be and cautioned that they may find more once they started working, which is a huge plus. And the repair length estimate was PERFECT and my car was done on time! Debbie was also very friendly and when I realized that I forgot my staff badge and key from work in my vehicle and called for it she had it secured at the front desk when I came back for it. Before I officially dropped the car off she explained the necessary paperwork really well and made it easy to understand too.If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!!! AND THE BEST PART IS they have a warranty on the repairs that they did for as long as you own the car! So if any of the repairs or paint or whatever has any problems then you can bring it in.

They were very honest looked over the damage gave me a idea what it would cost.Kept me updated everyday on the progress and told me when it would be finished.Come to find out it was finished one week earlier.It looks great. Outstanding customer service!! I stopped in for an estimate this morning for a small dent in my bumper. I was greeted with the most amazing smile from Andrew and he was extremely courteous and ready to help. He took a look at the dent and immediately said he could push out the dent. He took about 5 minutes and did just that!! I told him that was awesome service and asked how much did I owe him. He said nothing!! I could not believe it! He just made my day and I highly recommend Goff s to everyone!! Thanks Andrew!!

I rocked a deer on my way home one night, and after I contacted my insurance, Caliber took control and took care of everything. For something that can be a stressful situation, Caliber and my insurance company took care of everything and it was a good experience. The work completed looks great, my car looks brand new again!

This place is amazing! You can tell they truly care about their customers. My boyfriend had gotten in a small accident and they were able to fix up his car for a reasonable price very quickly! They were the best price all around, and even if they weren't I'd still consider going to them because I know that I can trust my vehicles with them. They even gave my boyfriend a little flashlight for his keychain. Their waiting room is also very friendly. We will definitely go back if we ever need to!

A+ work and customer service! I was treated very well by both James and the manager Casey, even the receptionist for that matter. I will definitely take any future work to Goff s Auto Body in Pewaukee if I ever need body work on any of my vehicles. They treated me great and keep their patience with the astronomical questions I had. Thank you all for the great experience.
