Great service! I completely shattered the back of my IPhone 14 Pro and they were able to order the necessary back/parts and then we dropped it off for the repair. It is good as new! Caleb was excellent. Thank you!

As always, I recieved EXCELLENT customer service at Batteries Plus in Pewaukee.I needed a phone battery for my little old Flip Phone (that I love) and decided to skip all the riff raff I get from a phone store and go directly to Batteries Plus. They didn't have it in stock, so offered to have it sent either to their store or my residence. I chose my residence after they took the time to show me exactly how to replace it. They then told me if I had any problem replacing my old battery, just to bring it in and they would replace it for me.The employees are always friendly, kind and professional.The store also has A LOT more than batteries.I might even do a little Christmas shopping there!10 STARS!!!

Had an old pair of garage openers that needed new batteries. Not only was the staff (Chris) able to help determine the type of battery to replace, he opened everything up and swapped them out on the spot. Great customer service and clean store.

Placed an online order on a Friday evening and stopped by to pick up new battery on Saturday. Staff was great. Apologized for the wait, though I felt it was no more than expected as someone was learning a new part of transactions. Both were very polite and kep good conversation while they worked. The new employee came out with tools and seaport he battery for me and engaged in good conversation throughout. Thank you for the exceptional service!

I called to find out if they installed car batteries. The gentlemen said yes they do and I had him check to see if the they had they battery in stock. They did. I arrived to the store and he came out to check the battery. He said he couldn t get a reading that voltage was low. He said I probably need an alternator. Needless to say it was a Saturday at 5:30 pm. No place open to get service until Monday. Car would not start once shut off. Had to get the car jumped again on Sunday to take to Auto zone. Guess what they checked the battery and immediately said it was a bad battery. I purchased the battery and back up and running fine. Honestly it was windy and light rain. I think he just didn t want to do it. So cost me time and worry and his store a sale.

Absolutely wonderful. I bought a watch battery, so I could replace dead battery. And even with most watch maker tools, I couldn't get it open. I took it to them with the battery I purchased and they got it open in a jif! Replaced the battery and immediately had a happy customer. Jeremy was great, kudos to the team!

I bought a battery for my ATV at Batteries Plus in Pewaukee, WI and after we got it home, the battery terminals were incorrect. Meaning the positive was the negative and the negative was the positive, which burned out my starter selinonde on my ATV, which created a huge problem because my plow for my ATV no longer works. Batteries Plus did replace it with 2 different new batteries and that's when I realized that there was a problem. This happened back in early December (approximately 2 months ago) and I am still dealing with this problem to this day at the end of February. With this in mind and the snow that we have had, we have had to shovel our large driveway instead of using the ATV which was been used for many years. Batteries Plus agreed to pay for the battery, but has yet followed through with this. I got this in writing from the manager in Pewaukee that they would pay for it and I am still fighting to get this paid for and nothing is happening. My original communication was with Jeremy at the Pewaukee store location and then it was passed off to his boss John from South Carolina. After calling him for over 2 1/2 weeks, I haven't received a response. On the 28th of February, he finally responded to my 13 calls. In this call, he still proceeded to say that Batteries Plus wouldn't pay for the problem their battery caused.

I went to this location to get auto key batteries replaced, very fast, affordable, they tested the batteries and as suspected 1 dead, the second was weak so I had them replace it. You can pay a few dollars more to get lifetime replacement which I did. Definite difference now on access and startingThey also have a great select of flashlights, lanterns, LEDs and more, I recommend them!

Awesome service! Needed a new car battery ASAP and stopped at several places before calling Batteries Plus. Pulled up and and the employee had the old battery out and new one in in far less time than any repair shop I have ever visited, and for $50 less than expected. She was knowledgeable, quick, and polite.

I went to Batteries Plus to get my phone battery replaced. I go to pick up my phone, and it s not working properly. My phone kept restarting and it would not charge at all. I called Batteries Plus and they told me to bring my phone back in so they could take a look at it. I waited about 10 minutes and they told me they needed to keep my phone for an extra day or two. Two days later, I get my phone back and they told me it is still broken and they will order me a new one. They told me it would arrive by 6 pm on Thursday, but they lied. I am still waiting for my new phone and a call back. Worst service I ve ever experienced, and I will not be going back there after I get my new phone.

I have been buying batteries from this store for at least 15 years. They have good vehicle batteries and will actually warranty then if there is a problem. I think I ve only had 2-3 batteries I ve needed that for from them and I buy a lot of batteries. I ve made the mistake of buying low quality Walmart or remmy batteries. I stick to these guys and Napa.

they tried to charge 60% more for a product who's sign stated 49 .?? charged 117.?? is inflation 7% or 60% clerk gave it to me for posted price.. ????win win????? it takes all businesses to keep inflation down keep that in mind when increasing prices on product already on hand

Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. I was there on New Year's Day evening when temps were sub-zero. Staff could have been understandingly not happy to be working on a holiday or in such cold weather. However, they were great to deal with, proficient in installing my battery and didn't at all seem bothered by being very busy. I'll definitely be back for my battery needs.

Went to buy a car battery. The selection was pretty limited. However the customer service was excellent! There was an issue installing the new battery and the staff kept working on it until it was perfect. I was very impressed and will definitely come back.

Purchased a couple of batteries on-line to pick up at store; an hour later got an email saying my order is ready for pick-up. What a sham! When showed up at the store, associates started to wonder around looking for the stuff I bought. As it turns out one of the batteries wasn't in stock, so they gave me a 'closest thing' they had, which turned out to be not close at all. When I returned to the store they offered to order the part I actually needed and said they would call me "a day later, two at most". After a week I called them, at which point they said that surprisingly the part did not arrive, but should be there the next day, at which point they will totally call me, or I can go chase it at another store that totally has it in stock, just like they thought they did. Its been two weeks.

Needed a new battery for my Honda CR-V and it was bitterly cold outside. Ordered on-line, but still wanted the free install. "No problem . . . we do it all the time" was the response from the very friendly voice on the phone. The install only took 10 minutes and I was on my way. Great service and attitude.
