Went in for 16 inch universal wheel covers. They had about 8 to 10 different ones to pick from. All priced around $50 for a set of four. Went home and installed. They have a great tight fit, two different mounting points for tension ring.

The guys here are always such a big help. You can just tell them what your problem is and they most likely know the part. And if they don't have it they can get it to the store for you quickly.

Used to work at this store and never have a had a worker be so disrespectful. I lost my receipt and the associate lilo or whatever his name was, was very mean to me about trying to help with a system I used myself. Customers don t deserve disrespect whether they worked at auto zone previously or not. This is why many customers have quit coming to this location due to this attitude. Will be going out of my way to the Grandview location from now on.

Best customer service I ve had in awhile. Melo made sure to not only help me with my purchase but even went above and beyond to see that I learned how to install my parts I bought and see how they work. Before I even bought it I explained my wipers were no good and I didn t know much, he put on his coat understanding that I might need more help and didn t think twice! Definitely a 11/10

Excellent customer service. Went there for a battery replacement. The guy who helped me was friendly, Caring and spent a lot of time trying to find out what is specifically wrong. At the end, and after putting the new battery, we opted that it's not a battery issue and ended up putting my old one back & charge me nothing. Highly recommended.

Melo was so helpful and kind! I bought some windshield wipers and asked about checking my battery. He changed the wipers for me, checked the battery, and offered to charge battery. I couldn't stay but will be back for that. I've had nothing but amazing service at this place and this last visit, Melo continued to keep me impressed.

Went in for some oil and a new battery for my key fob. Melo did an amazing job in the situation. He had a technical issue returning a product for a different customer, and two other customers waiting to check out. Once he seen there was two people in line, he opened another register and check out the two people (me included). He then helped me put my battery in my fob. All while waiting on hold to help the customer with the issue returning a product.He could have easily stood there on hold to only help the person in front of him. However, Melo quickly seen the situation and decided to help all the customers in the store and go above in beyond to help me.This store seems to have great staff, especially Melo.

I called the store as my Jeep was not starting in the parking lot and Shayla came out, in the rain mind you, to test my battery and jump start the vehicle. After not wanting to risk getting stuck, I pulled in front of the store and worked with Shayla to pull out the damaged battery and replace it with a fresh one. She can attest that getting the security feature off the battery was a chore in itself, we worked together with supplies in the store. She was patient with me and replacing the battery properly. A first-class experience with an employee who really stepped up to the plate! Thank you for all you do Shayla! AutoZone is in good hands when you are on site helping! I appreciate you!

I use to rely on this store for all my parts. The team that use to be there was so helpful and easy to get what I needed.Now I avoid going here as much as possible. I will drive further away for parts or just Amazon it.Not sure why they continue to hire people that do not care to be there.

Fat black lady had an attitude while I came in to look for some specific fog lights. I bought some from a different autozone weeks prior. However, she said the store does not carry those types of fog lights. Clearly, she had no knowledge and did not want to find alternatives to help me out. I definitely won't be coming in here to shop anymore. Especially at this store!

I was so impressed by the friendliness of their staff! My pickup order was super efficient and convenient. Their covid precautions also made me feel very safe coming into their store. I will definitely be a return patron!

Needed a alternator fast because it was a time sensitive job and Ben the store manager went above and beyond to get me what I needed. It was the correct part and he was a pleasure to work with. He creates good chemistry with customers and seems excited to help you solve your problem. I was dealing with a competitor and got fed up with the attitude I received. I'll go back to this store back to this store for sure

Came in because in my procrastination, both of my low beams were burnt out. Collin verfied that both were out, removed the old bulbs, helped me select the correct replacement bulb, and then installed the new bulbs fore me. He was professional and helpful. It's nice to see that good customer service is still alive and well!

Store is CONSTANTLY having to hire new employees, 99 percent of the time they are replacing them with people who can t even tell you what a spark plug is. The new girl (maybe filling in) is rude as all can be. Ethan is probably their best knowledgeable employee when it comes to auto parts, niko is also helpful, Erv is a old timer and helpful. I m a frequent customer and spend a good amount of money here, it s a hassle always having to deal with new people let alone people who don t know cars. MAKE PART STORES GREAT AGAIN, and actually hire people who know auto parts. Also the DM benson is a complete egotistical D. Bag.

I had bought a back windshield wiper and a bottle of wiper fluid from this location. A few days later, I went to open the wiper fluid to fill up my vehicle and the foil seal inside had already been broken, and after looking closer I noticed that the level was a bit lower than what an unopened bottle should look like. I went back to the store and the manager who had been working that day (who s name I cannot recall) was incredibly kind and apologetic about the situation. He freely gave me a new bottle of fluid (one that works in even lower temps) and even offered to fill up my vehicle. While not happy about the opened bottle that had been on the shelf that day and the one I just happened to quickly grab, the customer service and resolution was much appreciated!

I came in because my "check engine" light was on. They will do a test for free, provide a printout of results, and direct you to options for parts needed, at a range of price points. The man who helped me was so kind and friendly. I wish I could remember his name. He was an older gentleman, who used a cane to assist him in walking. That factor did not slow him down one but, however. He was knowledgeable and just a genuine, kind, person.

Went here at about 12:40 on a Sunday afternoon. Three guys working, I was the only customer in the store. Found my parts and head to the front counter, where two employees fail to acknowledge my presence. After standing there like the invisible man for a while, I ask the one who is not on the phone to check me out. He tells me he's "on lunch" and hollers for someone else in the back of the store, who fails to appear. Third guy gets off the phone. I look at him imploringly, but he only says; "Gimme a minute or two."OK... I'm done. One customer, three employees, and nobody has time to take my money? This place doesn't deserve my business. So I toss the stuff on the counter, tell them to forget it, and walk. Suddenly I have everyone's attention! But it's too late. I'm off to Farm & Fleet. Better prices anyway!

Excellent service! Helped me pick the right bulbs for my vehicle. As well as recommended a product to help with my bulb burning out problems. The Manager, Ben even helped me replace the bulbs. Will definitely shop here again!

When coming here ask for Collin. He is the right man for this job he took his time in the rain to install my battery for me with no hesitation because i didn t have any tools. Over all Collin gave me great customer service

The staff was very helpful - they helped me locate the headlight bulb I needed within 2 minutes of my arrival. They kindly took the time to take out the old bulb and install the new bulb which I appreciated so much. The extra installation service is something Amazon cannot offer and will definitely keep me coming back to the Pewaukee AutoZone. Thanks again!

Had a great experience at this location with Matthew. He helped me read the error codes and purchase the appropriate parts I needed. He explained all the possible reasons for the error codes and made sure I knew about the warranty for the parts. He even explained the installation. Excellent service! Thank you Matthew!
