I have known Dave for over 20 years and used his services frequently for my car and small machines with engines. He does a great job and has a pleasing way of interacting with his customers. He is fair priced, honest, and gets the work done when promised. I highly recommend using his services.

Dave rescued our family when we were stranded with a check engine light in Pepin during a weekend trip! He was kind, professional, made time for us on a weekend, explained what was wrong and provided us with resources and the information we needed to make good decisions. David McIntosh saved the day for my wife and I today. I had a vehicle inspected prior to purchasing from a private party and the inspection was very professional, extremely thorough and well worth the diagnostic fee. This car looked beautiful on the inside however the result of Dave's inspection determined that there was more than meets the eye under the hood and the undercarriage of the car. I did not go through with the purchase of this used car since the repairs would have cost way too much for what the private party was asking. The next time you need your car inspected or repaired, head to Mac's Auto and Sport for an "old school" honest mechanic that won't lie to you or cheat you. Purchased a car from McIntosh Motor. Great experience, fair pricing and very nice to deal with.Danielle and Dave were both terrific. Other employees there were also very friendly and courteous.Nice clean shop also.I highly recommend them and buy again when looking for a vehicle.

Great place to buy your next moped or anything else Dave has for sale. He is Honest, Reliable, and Trustworthy! Dave and Danelle work hard to earn your business for life.They deal with warranty problems on the spot and get you back on the road ASAP. I would certainly recommend them to anyone interested in doing any kind of business with them.I live two hours away from the shop and would be happy to drive there again for a purchase.

If you're in the position of needing a new/used car, McIntosh would be a great bet for finding a reliable vehicle. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous, Dave is trustworthy..... easy going and friendly, as is all his staff to work with and your satisfaction will be 100%. The used car I choose was emasculate in it's detailing. I am quite happy with getting a new-to-me car from his lot!

I took my Honda Outboard to McIntosh Motorsports after calling multiple places in the Eau Claire area with the waitlist being several weeks to get it just diagnosed. I dropped it off on Thursday morning at McIntosh not expecting it to get looked at for another week or so. Dave called me the next morning saying they fixed the electrical issue and it is ready to be picked up. Great people and great service at a fair price. I highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for getting me out on the water sooner!

Great friendly service. I love getting my oil changed here because I always get my car back vacuumed and with clean interior windows. It's a great perk that they offer. If you're a local and own a Laker Card (which supports our school), they also offer a 5% discount on labor.

I drove home to WI from Denver,CO for a vacation on Pepin Lake. Parked my truck behind my nephews car for the weekend. Went to let the kids leave and my truck would not start. The boys pushed the truck out of the way so they could go home to Texas.I called my mechanic in Denver the next morning and he told me what to look for. He said it might be the fuel pump. I called David McIntosh told him what my mecanics thoughts, David said to bring it in and he would test it before ordering the part to make sure that it was the pump. Well it was the pump. I asked for an AC Delco part (cause after market pumps were not as good) David ordered the part put it in and my Denver mechanic said I got a great deal!! got the truck back on time and drove back to Denver without any problems.Thanx McIntosh Motorsports!
