J s Automotive recently performed an oil change for me. They do quality work for a fair price. I was on a very tight schedule and they went out of their way to work me in when they were fully booked! Their service is greatly appreciated.

We were on a sudden unexpected trip when we experienced problems with our 2017 Pacifica. J s automotive got us in first thing Monday morning and got us on the road again so we could safely make it back to Kentucky. I believe they went above and beyond. We re grateful for their prompt attention.

Our truck would not start and went into limp mode in the middle of a 12 hour trip. J s was able to squeeze us in, diagnose the bad battery (we didn t know for sure if it was alternator or battery) and get us back on the road fast. Reasonable price and friendly too. Very thankful for their help.

I had a set of airbags for my Tacoma and stopped by J's Automotive because they are a local business and have great reviews. I scheduled an appointment and got them installed. Great customer service, friendly and I highly recommend them.

Was able to get my truck in and fixed in a week. No issues since. Staff was very friendly. I will be comming back when i need more work done

Needed a mechanic on a Saturday. John fixed our problem and we were able to get home. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend him I will be going back to him

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Had a rear brake issue and they were able to get it done that same day. Parts were ready available and what wasnt on hand they had delivered within an hour. Total bill was less than a weekend get away. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle needs to J's.

I was in Park Falls for work and decided to check out the Smith Rapids Covered Bridge. Unfortunately, my car slid off the edge of the road and got stuck in the ditch. I wss by myself, and 4.5 hr aways from home. J's Automotive provided me with a rescue in an incredible time, and their service and customer service were outstanding! They made me feel safe and at ease. They stick to the ETA provided and followed up with me later to make sure I was okay. Thank you, guys, for such a great service!

Not like most shops where something goes wrong a week after having it "fixed". Always great deals and great service, customer and vehicles. Have been going here for years and refuse to go anywhere else. If my vehicle breaks down in front of another shop I'll pay for the tow to Js.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil changeServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

As always, I take all my vehicles there as they are meticulously cared for by J and the Crew, New Hankooks were installed and went back the next day for a re-torque, they reset my sensors and did it with (most importantly) excellent customer service, See ya next time, (You see what I did there) thanks again GuysJohn LServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Swindled me diagnosed my 2016 Chevy for towed it to his shop then a month later diagnosed it for $375 and told me I need a new transmission and it would cost $6k . I towed it home myself and changed the transmission fluid and filter now my truck runs fine. I almost was going to pay them $6000 but did it myself for less than $100
