I have taken two of my vehicles to them in the past 6 months, for numerous repairs. I've always been treated honestly and fairly. Prices are very good compared to other places in town.A part was ordered from a junkyard in Illinois, and arrived but had issues that weren't described by the company that sold them. Chris went out of his way to make it right, even though it wasn't his fault. You just don't find that in other repair shops.

Within one week i had an issue with two of my cars and each time Chris was able to get us in quickly (either same day or next day) and solve the problem. He is very thorough and explains every step of the troubleshooting process so as to ensure our expectations are set. And in the process i learned some things. Great shop! I was looking through town and in a rush to find a good mechanic and Chris and his guys at COMPLETE AUTO REPAIR in Park Falls were above amazing! Complete Auto Repair is a new business still working out the kinks associated with opening a new business. What it currently lacks in fit and finish, it makes up for with a knowledgeable owner, competitive pricing, and a strong desire to please by going above and beyond. We had nearly given up on our truck, but after Complete Auto Repair was finished with it, not only were we able to drive it away, but it ran and handled like a much newer truck. Chris is the man! Not only did he go above and beyond and help us out in a time of need ON HIS DAY OFF, but also was very friendly and helpful and fast. Chris went above and beyond in diagnosing a difficult issue with the front end of my diesel pick up.The repair was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable price.I recommend Chris and his crew.I have found my mechanic.Atta boy !!!!!!

Our front windshield wipers stopped working early in the morning. We took our vehicle to Complete Auto Repair and they had a new wiper assembly installed in about 1 hour. We could not be happier with the experience. We will definitely be return customers.

Okay so it s started off Friday 7/22/22 I was on my way to my cabin in winter Wi. When all of a sudden my truck lost engine power and couldn t create boost in my diesel. At 6pm I was in fifield Wi and needed to find a place asap as I m 4-1/2hrs away from home. Chris and the boys took me in even though they closed at 6:30. They got my truck fixed and worked on my truck until midnight that night. Truck is fixed all in all great service and they helped me out big time! Would recommend to anyone and they will been over backwards for you. Trust me I know. Worked 5-1/2hrs after ours to get the job done!Service: Auto exhaust system repair
