A big thanks to Mike and his staff!I am an auto service shop owner for the last 30+ years, so I know a good shop when I see one. I highly recommend Jones Automotive for your vehicle service needs.This is the second time I have used their services. Both times were break down situations, the first time was an alternator problem on my wife's vehicle and most recently was a fuel pump failure on my truck. As luck would have it, when my truck lost power, I was able to coast into the Jones parking lot. It was Saturday afternoon and they were closed for the day. I live in the northern Chicago suburbs, we have a family vacation home nearby Jones Automotive. I was stuck and had no way of getting around.Mike happened to drive by and asked if he could help. To make a long story short Mike had his guy Dominick who was working on his own vehicle after hours, help get us a ride back to our vacation home. I was able to call my daughter to get me back to the Chicago area. They repaired the truck during the week at a very fair price and I was able to pick it up on the next Saturday.Jones Automotive is clean and professional, don't hesitate to give them a try.

I was working a job 200 miles from home I had a noise in the front end of my truck, so I took it in to find out what the problem was ok 45 minimum charge when I picked it up over 92 dollars!!! Can you say rip off for taking the tires off to steal money that didn't live in portage.

My muffler dropped just before the shop. Just happened to turn in at Jones Auto to check the damage. Luckily it was just a clamp. They took my car in immediately repaired it and only charge me twenty bucks!Thanks Jones Automotive!
