Seemed to be very thorough inspecting a tire I thought had a hole. Turned out to be a rim/bead issue. Very prompt in booking me in and getting the job done. Nice to know there's a quality auto service place near me

These guys are awesome. They helped me out a great deal and were reasonably priced. They were super friendly.The only ding would be about how dirty the office was and how much stuff was all about. There is a couch to sit on and wait, but only one cushion was available because the rest was covered in stuff.Super nice people though.The entrance is a bit hidden but what can you do.

Called and asked about getting my tire on swapped.. it was wearing bad and I had my own new tire to put on the rim. Receptionist said less than $25. And come right now. When arrived, less than 10 minutes later,. Told, "The Guy" that does tired is on lunch. Told I needed to get to work asap. She said he'd be back in a half hour or less. So left the tires there. Went and got gas, came back and waited. When asked, told " He sometimes falls asleep in his chair. Waited over 2hrs... She had to call him.He arrived, obviously not sober, and had to be told repeatedly what to do. Thankfully it took less than 10 minutes and new tire was on the rim.Even though she stated on the phone hours earlier that it would be $25 or less she charged $35. I installed the new tire on my vehicle and was only 3.5hrs late for work!

I broke down an hour before closing on a Saturday. Big Dog towed me, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had me back on the highway 2 hours after they were supposed to close for the weekend.As priceless as that was, the bill was half of what I expected.Great people.Service: Engine repair

The employee's are absolutely awesome and very helpful!! They helped me find parts and build a custom work truck that I have wanted for a long time. I have used their services for some time now and can't say thank you enough. I need to add, it's clear to see that everyone working there goes out of their way to help people constantly. Not just great workers, but great people.

I was relocating from one state to other state. Even after explaining the situation clearly that I have flight to catch on Wednesday morning and then big Dog confirmed pick up on Tuesday before noon. When the pick up driver didn't show up till 1 pm, I kept calling them and they always said driver is on the way...and finally at 6 PM driver called me and said pick up truck has problems since morning and cant make it today and Big Dog said Driver had family emergency !!! I didn't want to leave my car with hotel people for pick up next day so I was in very very tough situation and manage to get car picked up on same day in 2 hrs by calling multiple movers but at 3 times the price from some other mover ...I don't like putting negative review but I am putting this review so that no one else get into such a tough situation like me !!!!!
