Very unimpressed. The tire place called to get the 1 part. I ran to get it so as to get the ball rolling. The middle aged man basically pushed me,the only female customer, onto the only female worker. She was very friendly&tried to be helpful. She looked&looked for the part,3 other male workers dofnt even seem to care she was looking for it. The middle aged man said something under his breath&went to 'find' it. Well,he never looked in the 1st place so had he,he would have known that IT HAD BEEN SENT BACK but was still in there computer. Not very perfessional or very organized.
