My goal was just to get my tires changed. So I bought 4 tires online that the Oshkosh store said we re in stock and I requested an appointment for 2pm-3pm two days later. About half an hour later, I got an email saying the tires weren t in stock. I was confused on why the website said they were in stock then. But oh well. I picked a new set of tires and then scheduled a different appointment. I then called and asked if I could switch to my original 2pm time for that day because it worked better for me. They said it wasn t available. But they didn t give me much details. I explained the situation and I said if the 2pm and my new appointment (a 3pm the same day) had the same name, cancel my 3pm and just give me the 2pm. They just said it wasn t available. So I said okay the 3pm is fine. But then, I called back a bit later because I remember they said they had a 9am that same day that I scheduled my other appointments so I called back and waited probably like 15 minutes in total to schedule. They said they put me on for the 9am appointment and took me off my 3pm. So I showed up for my 9am appointment that day and they said I was never in the system for the 9am and was still on the 3pm. I said okay whatever do you have anything tomorrow? They said yes we have an 8am so I took it. However, and this part is on me, I overslept and at 8:30 I called asking if I could be squeezed in. They eventually said no and I understood that, but what got me here is they first just put the phone down without explanation and didn t answer for about 5 minutes so I just hung up and tried again. So basically I understand some things here were my fault. But overall, the Walmart in Oshkosh auto department is not professional at all and is quite lazy and apparently if I reschedule an appointment it doesn t actually go through.

I was told they would not install 2 new tires that I bought from Walmart because they were 2 sizes too big. The thing about it is back in March they installed 2 new tires on the rear of my vehicle which happened to be the same exact tire and size as the tires I was asking them to install. Not to mention I had called them earlier in the week and told them that one of the lug bolts & lug nuts were stripped from when I had to put the donut/spare tire on the week leading up to my tire installation. They told me that they would not touch anything that is broken and that they could install the other tire but I would be responsible for installing the other tire due to the stripped lug bolts and lug nuts. They told me that if I had a new lug bolt and new lug nut out on prior to the appointment for the tire installation, then they would be able to install both tires. So I took my car in and had a new lug bolt/nut installed which cost me $150. So when I brought my car in for the tire installation and they told me they couldn't install them because they were 2 sizes too big and that goes against their policy. Let's just say I was not at all a happy camper and began arguing with them due to the fact that I already said that they installed 2 tires back in March that were 2 sizes too bigb because that's what I wanted. Needless to say I will be coming into their store on Monday and requesting a manager & their upper management. So I highly suggest that you don't ever bring your vehicle to Walmart. I've heard of people getting new tires installed and the Auto worker at Walmart forgot to put the lug nuts back on and as this guy was pulling away and driving just getting on 41, he heard loud noises coming from his tires and one of his tires actually came off. He could have been seriously injured due to Walmart lack of common sense.

Worst place ever to get help with a tire. And if they don t have the tires in stock.. then you have to order them your self.. and not even a guarantee that they will install the tire for you! what kind of place does that! Loss my business! I will never go to Walmart auto center for nothing! Their costumer service is horrible! Then I walk in the door in here. They re trying to tell me about no walk-ins for oil change when I wasn t even there for that whatsoever. I hate Walmart!

I was able to keep my tire appointment, even though my car had broken down. I was able to bring in my old tires and have my new tires put on my rims. When my car is driveable I can come in for my alignment

My visit was good and the staff was helpful. Although the scheduling process seems confusing to me. It did not really matter to me because we dropped it off and came back later.

Gabe and the team in the auto service department did a great job on my wife s vehicle. It needed tires and he made it happen when it wasn t looking optimistic. He also changed the oil in record time. This auto service center is the preferred center in the area because of this.Thank you teamServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement

They just need more people working there. That's why it takes about an hour before they get around to putting the tires back on. They keep bringing in more cars into the stalls and cashiering at the same time. There's only 3 people working and tons of customers. They're friendly and seem like they know what they're doing. Just need more managers and cashiers to take care of the desk work. They also didn't charge me for a valve stem they worked on for maintenance and thanked me for being patient.

Was told on Friday to show up early right at 7 to be the first one in line, so I got there 10 to 7. Place was dark till 7:11am. 7:15 was informed that they couldn't install my tires that were purchased online because they were not a T rating they were an S rating. This was after the employee "delivered" the tires to me. I was informed just go up front and you can return them up there.. I went up front with my receipt and discovered they do not open customer service until 8 am. So I had to wait because the tires were not in my possession! Once it did open the customer service rep didn't know how to fix the issue. After a little while and some phone calls the credit was given for the purchase. So 1.5 hours wasted and still no tires.They couldn't install the tires because of 6mph difference between an S and T rated tires. Even the spare on the vehicle is a S rated tire and is full size. So the truck can have S rated tires according to the manufacturer.Waste of time and silly excuses and poor service. Do not waste your time with this disorganized disaster of a oil change and tire center.Walmart has lost all my business I do not need to shop there and won't in the future.I am glad that this happened how could anyone trust such a place with something this important as tires.I tried they failed.

Don t go get a basic oil change here. Very unsatisfied with how things were handled. I waited 2 hours because their workers are irresponsible. I had called ahead of time to set an appointment. They said no appointments needed, first come first serve. There was a lack of communication among workers. The worker who checked me in left after checking me into the system and didn t advise my specific instruction on a bad key lock. They locked my car before working on it. I was called back to unlocked my car doors. They said they will bring it in to work on it. I was told that there will be a 15 minute to 30 minute wait. Another hour goes by. It was getting late and I was tired waiting; so I asked how much longer is my wait. No one had been working on it for 30 minutes. They told me they couldn t get my car hood down but they never said a thing while I waited. If I had not said anything I think it would have been a longer wait. The lady and her child who came one car behind me left before me by 10 minutes. I will still go for my grocery needs but I am never going back for an oil change at this location.

These guys replaced all 4 tires on my sub compact in about an hour and a half. Everything was perfect when I got it back aside from the air pressure sensors initially dinging at me. That went away after driving several feet. I'm happy!

We simply asked for someone to check out battery to make sure nothing is wrong as our battery light came on. My battery is located under the wheel well and they said," For some reason we can't check the battery because it's located somewhere funny and I need to go on my lunch break." They needed to take my tire off to change them anyways so there's no excuse not to be able to get in and check my battery. We made them pull my car back in and check it

I received Very quality Service at the Walmart auto center On Washburn Street in Oshkosh. Mike S. Did my headlight restoration and Chandler and Boonpa were the other techs working to replace my tires. SHERi THE AUTO MANAGER IS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AS WELL. When I did come here, I only came for an oil change, I made sure to tell them I'm okay with paying the extra since my truck took more than 5 quarts, I gave them every piece of information they needed to do a simple oil change. They charged me for 7 quarts of oil but only put 5 in. Complete rip off. By the time I was 3 minutes from home, my oil light came on. They almost wrecked my Hemi and for that, I refer you to Valvoline. They're amazing and make sure they get everything right. Never trust walmart

Waited 2.5 hours for a basic oil change and 2 tires. Absolutely insane. Never waited that long anywhere else I have EVER been. Do not waste your time! All they kept telling me was it would be a little longer. Absolute waste of a day. I've been to more quality places and waited more than half that time!

Was there Saturday to buy tires and stood at counter for 45 minutes. During this time like 3 different guys had walked in out of shop multiple times never asked if needed help. So I got mad and left. Next day I call about tires to make sure they had them and set up appointment. Got told they had 4 in Stock and that they don't make appointments on weekends. First come first serve. So I drive about hour from my place to the store to get the tires they said they had to find out the computer says they have 4 in Stock but in reality they had none. This is the 3rd time that this has happened at this store to me, buying tires in the last year. Lost my business

I got my oil changed there and a few days after the oil change, my oil dummy light came on and the check engine light came on. I thought I had some sort of a leak because there was practically no oil! Turns out that it wasn't a leak, the Walmart employee probably got sidetracked and forgot to add the right about of oil.

I went in on Sunday and check in around 8AM. One of the worker's was talking to the two couples. I guess he knows them cause they are talking and laughing like friends. I think they are.I'm here just for a oil change and the worker said it will be a 4 hours wait. Well, around 10AM those two couples come back from shopping. They start talking again, soon the one in the back that was working come up and start talking too. So, nothing was getting done, no one was working for an hour and a half. Only two workers that Sunday one was working and the other one was mostly talking to his friends. Will never return here again.

Their technician wrecked my newest TPMS sensor and i was told i had to drive around town to find a replacement. After visiting all the major automotive stores in Oshkosh ended up buying an entire new sensor instead of just a simple valve. They sent me home without pairing the new sensor. When visiting WM the next day, they gave me a poor excuse that they were unable to pair the unit and didn't know how. Ended up going to West Side tire who took care of it in minutes. In hindsight i should have spent the extra money to save myself the hassle to get it done right the 1st time....wasted hours to fix their mistake.

Filed a complaint with Walmart in regards to this locations First come first served policy. Mark from this store contacted me and explained how 90% of the people don't mind this new policy. Really? Show up at 7am and maybe get in and if they cannot get to your car right away then they require you leave it sit there and give them the keys. Sorry Mark I have better things to do than participate in the game you guys play there. And look at the reviews Mark.... I'm not alone. Marks solution was to go to a neighboring Walmart in Neenah or Fond du lac.... they take appointments over the phone. Nice.

I wish I could give Walmart zero stars. We ordered tires a month ago and are still trying to get all four put on. If they weren't offering us compensation to complete the install I would have gone elsewhere already. They've misplaced our tires, order the right brand (but wrong model), and the list goes on. This will be our last time using Walmarts auto services.

Auto Department staff are awesome! A lady tech inflated my tires today eventhough, I came after they are closed, and it was very cold outside, and she refused to take any money! Thank you.

Called in for a tire leak fix, they said, Yeah, we'll be able to squeeze you in this morning, first come first served." I left home immediately and when I arrived, they said, "No more walk-ins." I said, "I literally just called ten minutes ago and was told first come first served." He said, "Well, I guess we could get to it in about 4 hours." The attitude given didn't help. Never again.

No longer take appointments for oil changes. First come first serve. With no cars in stalls getting oil changed had a 4 hour wait. O longer going here.

Place is a joke with folks who dont care if u waiting for help..they just keep talking about nonsense with other employees. And dont sell tires u have instock unless you have thr tures...they had one tire pc said 4 instock

Over the years it has been first come, first served. And then changed to appointments only, and then back to first come, first served. Seems like they're not sure which route to go. I like that you can take your vehicle in and shop while you wait. Cheap oil changes.

Called and asked if they had time to fix something on my car. They said yes and it wouldnt take long to do. Got there and was told that they dont fix wiper blades.

Will not come here again. Got here at 7 a.m when they opened and was 3rd in line. Over 3 hours for an oil change.

They don t follow their own procedures and then give you attitude about it. And to think anybody could trust them working on your car.
