Turn Key is our go to shop for sales and service. We tell them what we're wanting to buy and they find it. We've been extremely satisfied with the vehicles we've purchased and the ease of getting appointments for service is much appreciated. They have done a fantastic job helping us build our Jeep as well!

Very Disappointed in Tod Schmick and Turn Key Auto Sales in Oshkosh, WI. I tried to purchase 2018 Infiniti Q50 Hybrid LUXE JN1AV7AR0JM540019 from him. We agreed upon the price, payment method and the condition of the vehicle. He was very supportive and answered all of my questions. I gathered all the paperwork, took a day off from work and drove 9 hours to buy the vehicle. The vehicle looked good from the outside, despite the minor scratches and small dents. But the interior was not in a desirable condition. The drivers floor mat was in a bad condition. It had a big hole through the mat and a carpeting of the vehicle. The rear seat leather was ripped. Under the hood lots of bolts were rusted/corroded. Right side arm control unit was replaced, but not by the Infiniti dealership. I asked about these things. He answered I do not know for some of the questions and I forgot to tell you for another. I asked him to fix the carpeting and the rear seat leather so I can ignore the rest of the problems and still buy the vehicle at previously agreed upon price. Or decrease the price a little so I can fix those issues myself. He declined both options. Throughout the process Tod did not come outside with me to the vehicle even once. He just handed me the key. I did not look further beyond these problems in the vehicle and left. I do not know what type of business he is trying to run. But it is not right to treat a customer who drove 9 hours and wanted to give him my business.

I'm pretty sure the mechanics at Turn Key see me coming into the parking lot and want to run the other way!! I've used their service center for many years now and NEVER does Tod complain about servicing my European car. In fact, I think he likes the challenge of it. He always looks into any issue I bring up, does his research and homework, and gets back to me. Great people, great owners, all around such a wonderful place. We've bought our current vehicle from them, sold our truck through them, and use their service center. Highly recommend!

Tod is very very good to work with and wants the absolute best for his customers. I had a problem with my truck and I swore up and down it was more than my bad tires. He was very patient with me and made sure everything was checked through. I got new tires put on and the problem was gone. I will always come to him for maintenance and changes to my truck. I can t thank him enough for everything.

I couldn't ask for a better buying experience!! I've done all my service work for a few years now with Turn Key and when it was time for a new to me truck they didn't disappoint one bit. It's rare these days to walk into a dealership and work directly with the owners but thats how Turn Key does business and I appreciate that kind of service. As a matter of fact I can not remember one time walking into Turn Key that I wasn't greeted by one of the owners. It's nice to see American small business alive and well!!

I love Turnkey Auto so much. They have extremely friendly, quality, and prompt service. I have never been overcharged for anything. I also especially appreciate the clean and inviting waiting area which also has excellent wifi! Will always return!

My car had issues starting. I called to inquire about getting a tow to their location and having my vehicle serviced by them. They were prompt in accepting my vehicle and towing it to them. That's the only thing that was prompt. After that, I had to call them, asking for updates on the next steps and the progress of my vehicle. I got the run around for 3 weeks, then finally got fed up and asking how much work had been done in those 3 weeks and what I owed as I wanted to take it elsewhere as it was taking too long. They told me I owed 30 minutes of labor and the tow. They had my car THREE WEEKS and had supposedly taken 30 minutes to LOOK at my car only, then had the nerve to charge me for it (when I would call to check in, they would always tell me it was be a couple more days til it was done). AND they NEVER called me to communicate, which is obviously, in hindsight, because they were just letting it sit there while I paid for a loaner vehicle in the mean time. Total rip off. I would NEVER recommend them.

This is the first dealer I purchased a truck from and had a great experience! We worked out a final price and was more than fair at that time. I absolutely loved the 2005 Silverado Z71! I ended up purchasing a 2010 Silverado from them a few years later after selling the 2005. Price was fair, but felt as though Todd could have come down a little more. I understand the cost of the lift, wheels and tires, but for a returning customer, would have been nice to see. I'd purchase another vehicle from them when the time comes again. The 2010 had about 86,000 miles on it at purchase and now coming up to 177,000, I believe I got my moneys worth out of it! After the purchase of this truck, they sent me cookies for Christmas and a card noting their appreciation for being their customer. I've also had a few services done by them and never had an issue with waiting! Until next time, Todd, we'll see you soon!

What a great team to work with! I bought my current vehicle from Turn Key and will not buy another vehicle from anywhere else! Excellent customer service throughout the building. Whether I need my oil changed or I am exploring vehicle options, they are always there! Thank you for the amazing pride you have in the work you do!

We have used Turn Key for years to service our vehicles. I have never had a problem with them. They willl tow our vehicles and only use a hour to try to find out whats wrong with them. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. Like i said they are very reasonable. They will fit you in the same day for a oil change or anything else

Purchasing a truck from Turn Key was the best auto buying experience I have ever had. They were friendly, knowledgable, helpful and I was never pressured. They went the extra mile in getting answers to questions they didn't immediately have an answer for. What sets Turn Key apart was their honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend them.

My wife an I have bought 7 cars from Turn Key and have never been disappointed. We are currently in the process of buying an 8th. I highly recommend Turn Key Auto... even if they don't have the vehicle your looking, they will find it for You! Their service is also top notch. Getting an honest opinion and reliable work is hard to find in today's world but don't have to worry about that when you stop here!

Turn Key always manages to accommodate me when I'm on a particularly tight schedule and need an oil change or tire patch. There rates are competitive and they are straightforward about issues, potential costs, and what has to be done versus what could wait a bit. I also appreciate the children's toys in their waiting area that keep my kiddo occupied if I can't get a ride elsewhere. It's the little things!

I have not purchased from Turn Key, but I did look at a C4 Corvette they had last summer. Super friendly people and great service. Would consider them again in the future if they got in a Mustang!

We test drove an Acura, wanted to purchase it and trade in our Mustang. The salesman said he needed to research the vehicles trade in value. We as the customer had to call back daily to check on the progress with no answer as to the trade in value. Kept saying he was still researching. Meanwhile my husband called Ford and was given the specs in less than 10 minutes. My husband called back once again only to be told Turn Key Auto did not want our Mustang. All this frustration could have been avoided had the salesman been honest from the get go. Honestly and good customer service go a long way even if we don t like the answers. This business does not have either sorry to say.

Todd and Debbie treated me right today!! Looked after repairing my TGB Scooter. Todd stopped what he was doing today and fixed my scooter while i waited. I was very impressed. I highly recommend turn key auto.... I might consider looking at turn key for my next suv vehicle. I will occassionally check out their inventory to see what they have. All around a good experience today with my moped ... Thank you Todd and Debbie at Turn Key Auto!!!!

Tod was amazing to work with. Was having trouble figuring out a starter or battery issue and he took a look at it and saved me the time and hassle figuring out that my battery needed a swap and replaced my corroded terminal all for very cheap. Very honest, fast and reliable shop! Will deffinitly return!

Best place in Oshkosh to get work done i have a 2004 Cummins and they worked with me with all of my troubles they are extremely understanding and kind. You can tell they take a lot of pride in all the work they do when it comes to sales or repairs. If i were to recommend a place to have work done it would be this hands down. They are busy usually because of the great work they do but they are worth the wait to get in and if they can fit you in they will.

Awhile back I purchased a package deal through KSL for 10 oil changes. I was really excited because it was such a great price--little did I know that each oil change has to be scheduled as much as 2 to 3 weeks in advance and takes at least an hour to do. Now I don't know about you, but when my oil change light comes on, I get online and find the cheapest place to go and pull in next time I'm driving past. Usually I'm in and out in under 20 minutes. No muss, no fuss. Not here!After waiting a week or two, you finally get in and they claim they need 45 minutes to do a 16 point inspection, to fill up your fluids etc. That may be, but today's 60 minute wait was the shortest time I've ever been in there. The last time I was there it was an hour and a half.Also, the first time I took my car in they recommended over $700 in 'required' services that needed to be done. As a matter of fact, every time I've taken my car in they've recommended several hundreds of dollars of additional services to be done.For me, I like the job I've asked for to be done, period. If I want you to inspect my car, I'll ask you to. The people are friendly enough, but the office that you wait in reeks of cigarette smoke, is dirty, and has a TV on that subjects you to a continuous running 'commercial' about services your car "could-possibly-and-probably-does-need-so-why-don't-you-just-give-us-your-credit-card-and-have-us-do-it-whether-it-needs-it-or-not".Turn Key may be someone's idea of a great little shop, but it's not mine. I'll keep going there to get the rest of the oil changes that I've already paid for, but I won't be purchasing that deal or any one like it again.

This was my first time here and I would recommend my friends and family to try them out. Friendly and courteous. Cost of my oil change was very reasonable. Explained what they did where I could understand.

We were able to schedule an appointment for them to check over our new vehicle on a Saturday with about an hour's heads up. Friendly honest service from what we saw. Overall Good experience.

Such kind people to do business with! Many of us have experienced the situation where you receive an estimate for the automotive work but then the bill ends up being double...not at Turn Key Estimate and bill we're identical. Will use their friendly, fair service again and again.
