Only reason it s getting 2 stars is because they were able to get me in so quickly. But what s the point in asking what time you vehicle needs to be done by if you re going to run over an hour and a half past that and STILL not be done?! Dropped my car off at 11:30, it s 6PM and they still aren t done. All for a break replacement on 2 of the tires. Absolutely ridiculous. Then to sit and wait over a half hour for someone to even come to the front desk and still nobody.Highly recommend trying to find somewhere else for your vehicle needs.

We found a nail in one of our tires, on a Sunday afternoon, and urgently needed a repair. They promptly got us in, and determined that the tire wasn t damaged and removed the nail. Best of all, they didn t charge anything for this! We re beyond appreciative of this service and the peace of mind we were given before going on a road trip the next day. Thanks again!

All I can say is WOW. I went in around 5pm tonight with a nail in my tire. Unfortunately, it wasn t repairable, but in all honesty, I was a bit overdue for new tires. With 2 hours until close, I wasn t expecting much and was slightly nervous on if I d even be able to get home to Appleton. In comes Anthony. Not only was he so incredibly nice and friendly, but he said he would ensure I got 4 new tires tonight if that s what I wanted to do. I was shocked! Sure enough, Anthony called me at 6:30 to come get my car. I feel really lucky that I just so happened to be in Oshkosh when I got the nail in my tire because Anthony and the service he provided were absolutely fantastic. Probably the best customer service I have ever received. Highly recommend this store and especially Anthony!!!

I brought my car in at 620pm with a leak in my tire. I told the manager I was in a large bind and REALLY needed it repaired as soon as possible so I wouldn t be late to work. He immediately got it up on the lift and repaired it! Thank you Anthony!!!!

Tires Plus of Oshkosh did a great job at replacing my valve stem in a VERY timely manner! No scratches were left on my wheel during the process which is something I can not say for other tire shops in the area. Anthony and the team also had great customer service :)

Where very friendly and where done with my car very quickly. Also if you are on a budget they have a pre approval payment plan if you need work done and can't afford it all right away. Strongly recommend

Almost spun out on the highway during a snow storm. Called in and asked if I could get some new tires. Susan was truly wonderful in every way. Was able to accommodate me and was back on the road in 1:30 hours. Thanks for everything Susan!

I did sit there for almost 3 hours and the website said my car took 17 inch rims but they were 18 in rims. But the employees did great with accommodations and recommendations and made sure to keep me updated.

I ve been to multiple different shops and no body could diagnose the issues I was having. I went to tires plus and they figured it out during the same appointment. Prices are fair and the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Any time I have car issues I always come here. They have earned a customer for life!

Brought my car in to get the tires and some other things replaced and fixed, which ended up being pretty expensive. After I took it there, my car started jerking to the right and made it pretty dangerous to drive on the highway, so I took it back for them to fix, they adjusted the alignment and said that they took it for a test drive and that it was done and fixed. Later that day and the next day it was doing the same thing. Brought it back for a third time and they finally told me a bushing was loose and that I needed to pay to get that adjusted. Three visits and almost $2000 later, my car MIGHT actually be fixed. I'd recommend taking your car problems somewhere else.

They earned a lifelong customer from me today. My life has been complicated to say the least and Sami and Dylan who s last day at this location was today. They made my life less complex and easier. I can t express how much a kind face and a genuine demeanor can change the direction of someone s day.

Took my car in for an appointment to get my tire patched. Took them a hour and half to figure out they couldn t patch the tire. Then they wanted to charge me $200 for one tire. Manager was extremely rude. Not under new management, it s the same lady!

This place sucks litterly just got an alignment done is not aligned at all pulls all over the road from left to right payed $ 140.00 for nothing it s a joke . I would never tell anyone to come here for service they do not know what they are doing maybe some but the girl that worked on mine has no experience doing it .

Was on a road trip when I noticed a shake. Tires Plus in Oshkosh got me in within an hour and had my car finished in 30! Reasonably priced and you can't be the service. You saved my weekend!!

They are open 7 days a week, I can usually get an appt in the next few days. You can charge the bill on there credit card and pay over 6 months.

Went for an oil change and was told my car had a huge oil leak and the oil pan was significantly deteriorated. Took it somewhere else and no leak and oil pan is fine!

No matter what I paid for the team is very upfront and considerate of my time. They spotted updates right away when I went in this year and since I did have them replace my entire brake system, I just had to pay for the labor. All parts were covered under warranty. I truly appreciate that they let me know what I need now and what I can do later. To me that is great customer service.Service: Brake service & repair

Had an appointment at noon for a simple tire repair... after obviously saying they couldn't fix to sell me a tire 1 hour and 45 mins later, they sold me the tire and it still took an additional 30 to but the said tire in the car. If your name is Tires Plus... I fell like this is your bread and butter. Shouldn't take 30 minutes to put a tire on the rim and back on the car. James was a delight to work with keep that guy make him regional.

After installing new and quite expensive tires on a set of wheels I acquired, one developed a leak and a tpms sensor malfunction. I returned to Tires Plus to have it checked for them to inform me the valve stem was leaking but they couldn't warranty it because there was Fix-a-flat in that tire. The only place it could have come from was the previous tires that were on those wheels, that they obviously didn't clean off prior to installing the new tires... I also provided a new set of sensors, that they then failed to install a new one as the current one was "cleaned off and seems to work". After returning to inform them the sensor was not working again, I was told a totally different story that they already changed it but didn't charge me for it... yeah, ok. Basically saying that I'd have to pay again for something they didn't do the first time.Then as an added bonus, I left a trailer tire for them to change when the new tire came in (expected within 2-3 days)... Well, now 2 weeks later, I stopped in to pick up the trailer tire since they never called. Surprise, surprise, it wasn't done, but they could do it in 15 minutes or so...Last time I need to set for in that store.

Always come to these guys. I took my car to holiday in fond DU lac for an oil change and other work and couldn't top fluids or make sure the psi is right in the tires. Took my car here just to patch a tire because they said they had free time in the morning. Best $30 I ever spent there, they went above and beyond and made sure all my tires were good and at the right psi. I always take my car here when I want something done right because I know it may be expensive but they always run deals or have some type of promotion. Also best customer service at any mechanic shop I have ever been too. They all communicate and pay attention to detail and quality.
