I needed a special tool in order to put new tires on my truck so I was SOL until I called this place. Hailey took my call and said she could help me so I went in to have her look at it. Within minutes, she had the right tool for me and so I go to pull out my wallet to pay for it. She then tells me not to worry about it and that I could have the tool free of charge! I don't think I can think of anywhere else that would have done this. I highly recommend! Customer service is top-notch

Purchased wheels from these guys and it s been the worst nightmare experience you can think of. Spent $300 on proving to them that the wheels and tires were defective and not road balanced. These guys send you defective wheels then refuse to take anything back I d stay farrrrr away from them they took $4000 from me and the wheels are garbage take your business to someone reputable with good customer service.

They don't even answer the phone whether it's an "in-store" visit or online customer. I wanted to get wheels and tires, but I'm not going to spend over $2k when I can't even get someone on the phone.

Outstanding "post sale" experience. I bought 4 Toyo tires from them at a great price. 6 months later just as a snowstorm began falling I picked up a sharp object and began losing air in rear right tire. Stopped by on a Fri night right before closing and Alex and Chris somehow got it patched and had me back on the road. Can't say enough about these guys. Awesome dudes that helped out a 73 year old Vet they could easily have blown off. Give them a raise BOSS!

Had them swap out our rims with new ones, they got them done quick and kept good communication through the process. They were friendly, thorough and effective. Would highly recommend!
