Great service! Took my daughter's vehicle in to have it looked at for a few things. This was my first time here. Everyone there was very nice! Paul was great and went over the estimate of repairs. He let me know that they didn't need immediate attention but would get worse as time went on. He basically stated that the work needs to be done, but not all at once.

Because I am a relative newcomer to Oshkosh and have a relatively new vehicle, I needed to locate a trusted automobile service center. I was concerned about a problem I was told by another service center regarding wear on my tires. The original place suggested that there was a possible problem with my suspension. I consulted a second center which was no help at all. Simon s took the time to actually inspect the suspension AND the tires and informed me there wasn t a problem with the suspension at all. They consulted with me about the wear, putting me at ease with the condition of them AND the suspension. They did NOT attempt to sell me parts, service or labor. Not only that, there was no charge for the inspection! I will be using Simon s for all my service from now on.

Best shop in the area, hands down. The service and knowledge offered here is second to none. My family has been coming here for years, that s 3 generations of satisfied customers. Brought in my car for a battery light on. They were a week out in schedule and I had to set an appointment with them. Found out that my alternator was going out. With an older car, they were able to fix it and get it done in a day.Easy to communicate and work with. Reasonable pricing!

Went above and beyond what I expected. Fixed my car in a super quick time frame and was super friendly and helpful. I just moved to Oshkosh and was worried about being taken advantage of or ripped off. Definitely felt none of that with these guys and will give them business as long as I live here. I will be getting my brakes done next week, and they will be the only shop touching my tires! Thank you

I have never minded coming here for my oil change. Always love chatting with the guys, and they have NEVER done me wrong. So extremely honest!!! Always came here, always been impressed with the service. They always gave me a fair and reasonable price, were very flexible, and gave me a loaner vehicle at no additional cost countless times. I never felt I was being charged extra even though I was clearly a young adult female who didn t know what half of what they were saying meant. They were always very patient and made sure I knew what needed to be done to be safe.

Simon's Auto Service formerly known as Brian's Auto Service is trustworthy, has honest pricing and provides quality repairs. Jim is extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help his customers. My family has come here for many years and have always received top-notch service. I recently had an alternator replaced on my hybrid auto at Brian's. This was my first experience with them and it was stellar. Jim was my contact there. Jim was professional, courteous as well willing to go the 'extra mile' to locate the best part at the best price. I have been using Brian's for years on both of my Cadillacs. They have always taken care of me at a fair price. I would not go anywhere else. Great and thorough service, quick turnaround, and fair pricing. Highly recommended.

Jim met me at the desk and was extremely helpful. He used his personal experience with an auto part on his son's car to make a recommendation for me. We ordered the part and made an appointment for service. The cost is reasonable and I will go back again.

We stopped here when our car had issues while we were traveling. (We live out of state). They were so kind and friendly. They diagnosed our issue free of charge! And got our car back on the road, and we made it home! Thank you again!

Great service.Was able to get both the truck and car carrier from one facility.I would have had to go to two different towns to get what I needed from U-Haul.For the same price I was able to get a car carrier rather than a vehicle dolly.

Staff was very friendly, had a noise coming from the engine bay and they had me in and out quick within 10 min even before closing time and fixed the issue and didn t even charge me at all!! Definitely recommend these guys!!

Brian's Automotive is my go-to place for my car and my diesel truck. They listen to you, they are willing to gather more information if they are unsure, their prices are reasonable and they back up there work. They have even provided information to me while I've been on the road and out-of-state!

Was recommended by them for tire changes. I called asked if I could get it done today which they said yes to and had them on my car later that day. Would recommend to others and will continue to go to them for auto services in the future

I just used Brian's Automotive to have some work done on my 2007 Honda Civic. They were great to work with, did the work in a timely manner and came in under budget. I will not hesitate to use them in the future for my automotive work.

Great place for Car repair. I was from out of town. Transmission went out. They were able to replace and have me back up and running quickly. I recommend them for and repair or service. Thanks Guys.

Terrible auto shop, they tried charging me 120$ for an oil chnage and running a diagnostics. Even says .7hrs of labor and tried charging the full 120$. Will never come back. The secretary is an old fart that thinks he knows everything with a very dry personality.

The owner stalked me and took pictures of me. I still get anxiety going to Oshkosh. I'm scared I'll see him in public and he'll stalk and/or assault me. That's right. He neglected YOUR vehicles to stalk a pregnant woman. Bring pepper spray if you're brave enough to take your vehicle here.

Staff was friendly and open about all services. Had unfortunate delay in a part from factory no fault of local shop. The staff was open with communication and did everything they could to get part in faster. Service was extremely fast when part arrived and exactly as quoted.
