I can't say enough good things about this place. All the employees are top notch! Marc and Kyle recently worked on my car doing some front end work and as a result a sensor went bad. Marc went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved and that I got a good running car back. Can't thank Quents enough. Highly recommend their top notch service!

Feel really good about the work these guys do on our 20 year old rv.Reasonable price for a full service oil change.Definitely recommend this place.

Dropped my camper off for some service work including a hot water heater change, winterizing and cleaningI parked it over the winter and didn t get it out until this week 7/15/22It was anything but clean I don t even think they ran a vacuum in it, the hot water heater had a new valve installed that required me to spend half of my Saturday trying to locate and turn it on (installed inside my entertainment cabinet under the floor )The refrigerator still had water and mold in it so I know they didn t detail thatThen their wasn t a spec of antifreeze in any water lines or holding tanksMark the owner of quents offered no satisfaction whatsoever to try to fix or resolve my issues in fact he pretty much didn t believe a word I said and told me they wouldn t stand behind their work since it had been 10 mo since the work was doneHe was actually more worried about how I spelled his name than taking care of a cystThis guy didn t offer to come out and look at the rv look at pictures nothing.Steer away from this company as they do sub standard work and do not stand behind it I wish I had installed a mile counter on this rv to prove it hadn t been used in a yr

The desk attendant is rude upon coming in. After doing an engine scan, I was told I was all set to go. I got in my car, and she ran out saying she needs a payment...for just an engine scan, which I wasnt told about. Then she took forever to write up an invoice. Sketchy and disrespectful place. Go somewhere else if you can.

We were all hooked up to our 5th wheel RV, ready to make our 1st trip. Not a local campground, but to McAllen, TX. No trailer brakes!!! Wes at Quent's attempted to give me help over the phone, and when those tips didn't solve the problem, he fit me in right away. 20 minutes later one of the mechanics was fixing my brakes. Mind you, this was 2:00pm on a Friday afternoon. All fixed and under $100. I only wish I would have started using them years ago. Highly recommend Quent's for your auto and RV service and repairs.

We have been using Quent's for virtually all of our automotive needs for years, and are always satisfied with the work they do, and the prices they charge.We also have an Class-C RV, and always use Quent's for maintenance and repairs. Most recently we had our entry door latch break just hours before our departure to Florida. Thankfully I was able to reach them just as they were closing and they told me to bring it in and they'd see what they could do. Fortunately they had a replacement latch in stock that fit and I was back on the road in no time. I'm my opinion, they went above and beyond to help me out. In this day and age, it's nice to know there are still shops out there that put the customer first and truly have pride in customer service.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I ended up breaking down in their parking lot at 5am. I had lost all of my oil in their parking lot and my vehicle would not hold any oil that i was putting in. I waited in their parking lot until they opened. They towed my vehicle into their garage as to not do anymore damage, they weren't even 100% sure i had not already blown my engine.They fixed both oil cooler lines and my vehicle drove away completely perfect! I will go to them for any of my vehicle needs and will refer my friends and family. Great company!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Very knowledgeable mechanics and technicians I ve talked to personally, but very unsatisfied with the work performed. Paid close to $300 for a wheel alignment which is completely reasonable with what was going on with the car. Received my car back with a steering wheel that wasn t straight which was fine for me since it s not a big problem to fix , but what concerns me the most is lending a 40k car to be worked on carelessly and receiving it back with damaged components that were functional before bringing it in. Now I ll be investing another $500 on parts to replace a clock spring and steering angle sensor after personal inspection and after calling the shop and them denying their responsibility for the damages to my vehicle.update: received a reply back with them still neglecting the damages done to my vehicle for damaging components that worked properly on my way driving to the shop. Would not recommend for a TRUSTWORTHY and HONEST shop.

Great employees all around. Always get quick and reliable service on my oil changes and a free soda or coffee while I wait.(which is never long) So nice!Bought new tires and had hem out on and re-aligned and was a great deal (they worked with me to find best savings for what I was looking for and prices out a few options so I could pick). Love this hometown establishment and customer service is excellent!

Our 36 Tiffin motorhome would not start at the Oshkosh USBank. Kyle came over on a service call, found the blown fuse I had missed, called the shop and had one delivered, replaced it, and got us back on the road to up north. A week ago when we attended the Oshkosh air show we were dry camping in our coach. Our Onan generator failed and having no way to charge our batteries or run our air conditioner we promptly contacted Onan. Quent's was recommended so we called. They took us in right away, determined the generator problem and fixed it as soon as the parts were in. John, the mechanic, was capable, competent, knowledgeable and customer friendly. He was wonderful to have work on our coach. Mark, the Service Manager and apparently the current owner, was equally qualified in helping us. Both were appreciated greatly by us and have our highest recommendation for anyone to use their services. Thank you John and Mark.

Came in because my recently purchased RV (27 Tiffin Class C) appeared to have an oil leak in the engine compartment. I couldn t tell were it was coming from, so they took a look. They pressure washed the engine and took a close look. They couldn t find a cause, but It had just come out of storage, so they surmised the seals were dry and any leaks would stop soon. Mark and his team were very accommodating since I came in last minute before starting a long trip to Virginia. They fit me right into a very busy schedule and I know have a greater piece of mind for our trip. I would highly recommend this shop.

Terribly overpriced ! Don't go here ! Was charged 5 times what the job should have cost. Biggest rip off I've ever experienced on car work in my 61 years. It was a simple job that all in all required the removal of 6 bolts and replace with parts I brought in.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Dropped my car off due to my back brakes making a noise. Received a email with a quote a few hours later with a list of items needing repair and a note saying that that they didn't hear a noise, "not sure what customer is hearing." Called and talked to a employee and explained that prior to bringing the car in I had cleaned the back brakes; only wanted them to fix the noise. The employee said that they would investigate the brakes; saying that he had not heard any noise as well. Paid 74 dollars for labor/equipment and the first red light that I had to apply my brake, the noise was clear as day. Stopped by Kolosso in Appleton this morning and before I got out of my car a mechanic asked me if I was aware of a noise coming from my back brakes.Won't be coming back!

I stopped in to Quent's for a set of of brakes and some other auto repairs. The staff was very knowledgeable & the service quick. Since then I have been back several times for the Quick lube services and I've always had a good experience.

It has been about two years of Quent s and their team of professionals that have been treating us with the utmost of service. From the second you walk in the door of Dawn s smiling face to all that help assist in making our lives safer and better on the road with our RV. They are thorough, caring and take very good detail to their hard work. We appreciate Quent s and their team!

Would not hesitate to recommend. Have had oil changes, repairs to cars, tires purchased and serviced through the years and have never been disappointed! Don't know why I first started going there, but now wouldn't go anywhere else.

Last summer I arrived in Oshkosh in my Class A RV to attend the air show. One A/C stopped working so I took it to Quent's. Their diagnosis was a bad A/C but there was a 3 week lead time for a new one. I could not wait. They charge me for the diagnosis and I continue my travels. After returning home took RV to Camping World to get A/C fixed. Problem was a $20 starting capacitor, A/C did not have to be replaced. I sent Quent's a request for refund for the cost of their wrong diagnosis but received no response.

Super service! I go there for propane every year which isn't propane totally burns quickly not 100% propane as the dealer claimed but convienant location plus sells replacement rv parts. Gas station part is awesome and Clean .

just went their to have a estimate done on front suspension work after I got hit. They wouldnt do a estimate said he didnt have time and told me to go back to the auto body shop that referred me to them to have them deal with it since they werent seeing any money up front from them, then he had the nerve to tell me how my accident should of been my fault even though it wasnt because I have a lifted truck I guess...very rude service, you dont usually argue with a potential customer

I can't say enough about these guys they did exactly what they said they would do and they stuck to their price and timeline which is very hard to find these days. They were also very knowledgeable in explaining everything to me I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of RV repair or maintenance

went in to have them look over their work and warranty what they had done, and the "owner" got loud and mouthy with me and told me i was wrong and i didnt get loud back till he started walking away as i was still talking to him! HORRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS AND SERVICE! told me i wasnt allowed back at the property for speaking my rights! Go elsewhere! you are warned

Despite being after hours, the owner, who was closing up, stayed late and patched my tire that had a nail in it! Great service and less expensive than the dealership!
