Took my truck there because regular shop was to busy, put $1750 into the truck steering vibration. When I got the truck back it was exactly the same as when I took it. I took the truck to regular shop and they found a bad steer tire in two minutes. Also never got any calls the whole week it was there, I had to call in and inquire for everything.

I would not recommend this place for oil change. 1000 miles down the road I check oil level like I always do. Barely registered on dip stuck. Took 2 gallons to bring up level. Then I see oil dripping down oil filter. It was never tightened!! So I went under and tightened it. It was so loose. This could have been a very expensive problem. My normal good place was booked out 2 weeks. This place I got right in. Guess this is why.

Class acts, top notch, awesome people in general customer service is a $1,000 of my book. They helped me last minute was broke down at QuikTrip walked over there and they took care of me in less than 5 minutes and I was back on the road in 15 awesome people

Pete and his guys were awesome! I was in a big bind and they were eager to help. They were able to get me back on the road the same day. Pricing was also fair. I would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks again!

Airgas truck. Stopped in unannounced with right headlamp out. Service depth sent tech out immediately to take look and tech found wiring harness with a broken wire. They pulled me right the shop and fixed it. Great job and thank y ou for maintaining our fleet.

Great turn-around time considering I was a tow in for repair of my boat trailer. Not their standard business, but helped me get back on the road in 24 hours. Great to work with and professional! Trailer pulled great the remainder of the weekend! Thank you!

Do not come here. They are dishonest. Came in to have a visor put on our truck. They put two technicians on the job when only one was needed. And then charged double the rate without disclosing that ahead of time. If they would have been upfront and honest we would have taken our business elsewhere. $300 to install a visor. Their technicians didn't even have everything they needed and had to borrow a knife from us to open the packaging. Completely unprofessional.

I called ahead & talked to them. When I showed up & checked in they had a mechanic on my truck in about 15 minutes working on it. I was back up & running in less than an hour in a half. Great job!

I call them up because of a vibration in the drivetrain and they said to bring it in that they would look at it. inspection was done and they found a couple of u joints and a carrier bearing out. They worked on it right away and had me going the next day. I highly recommend this shop.

When in to the shop because of a missing mudflap and a bent mudflap hanger bracket that was badly damaged bent. I check in and all was fixed in aproxmetly 1 hour. The whole crew was helpful and understanding of the problem that I'm having. Thx for all you guys did.

This is worst place I been I had Radiator leak on a dump truck fixed the wrong thing then come back and they try charging me double of the quote then it still leaking then said I had a whole in the radiator and put a new one in and didnnot put one in they put a piece on when I paid for a whole new one poor staff mangment is horrible don t go hereBtw nick supposed manager instead of him agreeing with customer for his sales rep literally trying to charge me double then sell me the wrong thing and have to come back and put another 5 grand he told me to get it fixed some where else the owner of the company need to look into who they let run there company

Yesterday my husband was stuck at a Shipper needing a braided hose. He called these guys first thing in the morning. He went there with the bad hose and they gave him one that was a perfect fit. He was in and out quickly. I don't know their names, but I want to thank them! They saved him from being late on a delivery.

OVERPRICED !$1730 for air bag. I had blown an air bag on my trailer and unfortunately that was the closest place where i can stop and get it fixed. It took them 10 hours and i end up with all 4 air baggs replaced. I have my air bag replaced and then they figure it out that the air bag what i had was the wrong air bag. The trailer was freshly refurbished from Fontaine but somehow another one blew over there. Then i had another air bag blown and then and the fourth one as well. The guy was creeping and moaning under the trailer for waaaay tooooo long. And finally at 2 am i was ready. I had to pay $1730. I contacted Premier and they contacted Fontaine. Fontaine wanted to see the air bags so i sent them to Fontaine and after a while they responded and said that the air baggs WERE the right ones. Thay also said that even if all were the wrong ones, repair like that shouldn't cost more than a 1000$ for all 4. Once again 1730! A little bit over priced huh ? My name is Nikolay Nikolov and i stay behind my words!

Excellent. Great place for Trailer repair. Work for Versatile Transport my Trailer brakes were frozen and the Mechanic came out Billy was the Mechanic excellent mechanic give a job well done Thank you
