very caring company for both product detail and employee happiness. I worked for QPC for a year and a half and it was an amazing job! The work environment was amazing, the plant manager would be working right beside you, quality inspectors at every department to guide you. The upper management was often listening to employee needs and responding promptly. Weekly group meetings with the owner, competitive pay, and availability to earn certifications from within. I would recommend QPC as an employer and client to anyone! Hats off to what's there doing there!

Working for QPC has been a blessing and allowed my family the opportunity to provide for ourselves. The chance to help support US Defense is a point of pride. Working with so many other employees who truly care about the quality they provide, is part of why this is such a great place to work.

Worked there as an essential worker during the height of Covid. QPC cared deeply for all employees and their product.

They lie and miss treat their employees. Worked there for a year and people who just stared made more money. Went from hanging and taking stuff down on the line to a painter and only got a $.50 cents raise, the people I trained made more than me. Don t waste your time with this place. There are some good people that work there but it doesn t make up for how others treat you

This place has been a strong performer in the area of painting and coatings for several decades. They do some of the coolest coatings and have been terrific to deal with in my years of association. Keep up the good work!

Owner is an awesome guy took care of me very well sucked to work there though after a bartender started hiring and firing people.
