Your team at Pomp's Tire in Oshkosh exceeded expectations. They were thoroughly professional and ensured the utmost care for my truck. There wasn't a single scuff on my wheels. After a previous negative experience at another tire shop where my wheels were scratched, I was extremely cautious, but they reassured me that such an issue wouldn't occur at Pomp's. They have earned my loyalty as my tire dealer from now on. Thank you to the entire team.

Unfortunately for me I have been having a lot of car issues lately so I feel like I ve been a regular however their ability to be able to get me in as soon as possible is amazing. They always get back in a timely manner, Ramiro is great at communicating what the issues were if there were any found and honestly im glad I ve decided to bring my vehicles here. I will continue to do so, in the past other places I ve been to haven t been so nice to me simply because I just don t know anything about cars, I m trying, it s a work in progress. But here, everything is explained throughly which I appreciate so so much

Scott just did a roadside for me. Arrived within 15 minutes of call. Back on the road 20 minutes later. Awesome job Scott and Pomps.

Ramiro C & staff did excellent on an inside tire patch that Tires Plus in Oshkosh didn t install well (was still leaking, little adhesive used on 2 visits to Tires Plus). Tire is not leaking any longer after 3 days of use. Pomp s also had replacement tire on hand in case it couldn t have been repaired. Great job Pimps!

I was traveling and stopped in Oshkosh which is about the half way point to where I was heading. When I started my car up after my break the tire low came on. So I found Pomp s Tire Service was near by and they had good reviews. They were very helpful checking that I didn t have a leak and airing up not only that tire but my other 3 as well. Thank you Pomp s!

Ramiro went above and beyond to help me. I was in a stressful situation with an unexpected flat tire and Ramiro at Pomp s provided Awesome Customer Service. They turned my bad day around very quickly with fast, friendly and great service. I would highly recommend Pomp s Tire.

Have gotten tires there for couple years now, staff always pleasent, quoted price right on, no extra fees. Great place would recommend to anyone looking for tires.

I spoke with Jim and Ramiro, who were both professional and knowledgeable. They easily worked with some special considerations for my vehicle. The tech did a fine job of mounting and balancing my 2 front tires. I showed up a little bit before my 2:00 p.m. appointment, and the tech was ready to go very shortly after I walked in. I drove away only 45 minutes later.

I had made an appointment a week out for one tire to be replaced. When I arrived for the appointment both managers were confused as why I was there. Additionally, the tire was no where to be found. I had to return the next day because they had to get the tire from another location. I had to return the following day because the installer failed to put the hubcap back on the tire. Three days to have one tire replaced. History note, when I originally had my tires replaced last year, I stopped in and made an appointment a week out and selected the tires. Once again, only 3 tires were available and I had to wait an additional hour in a half for them to run down to Fondu Lac to get the fourth tire from that location. Even though the two managers were apologetic and professional I will no longer bring my business to your establishment.

Took my 06 outback in for tire mounting and alignment. I specifically asked for them to re index my driver side stut, they took care of that and installed the new lower rear control arms for me as well. As always very good service and some nice techs! Thankyou very much! The car drives straight and smooth!

Took my Corvette in for new tires. Romero recommended the Firestone Falcon Indys. They got the job done faster than they quoted ! Very friendly. Professional. I didn't want some Big box store monkeying with my vette. Highly reccomend Pomps.

Instead of reliable service, Pomp s succeeds at providing sloppy service and refusal to fix their own mistakes promptly. After my car was last serviced, I noticed one of the back tires rotating at an angle. I took it back to Pomp s only to have staff skirt around their mistake and refuse to fix it promptly as they were too busy . Rather than risking further damage, I took my car to another shop immediately to learn that the tire was not installed properly with multiple lug nuts loose. I left that shop free of charge after they learned the background of the issue. Who would ve thought you d find more professionalism at a Jiffy Lube than a local chain.

Jim and the guys took great care of me. Came in close to closing with my work van that had a blowout on one of the dual tires. Ended up ruining the out tire. Had a bad wheel that needed replacement. Jim did what it took to get me home and keep me out of a motel tonight. Great service.

Amazing interaction! These guys are great! Love my new tires and the repair to a wheel bearing.Also a few weeks back they even helped me out with a nail in my tire- I came in to chat on some new tires and they found a nail while inspecting and immediately tended to my tire and was able to get me out of there in 15 minutes. I highly recommend Pomp s!!!
