I had a small crack in my windshield that expanded overnight to be the full length of the glass. The weather was cold, and I had major concerns about the windshield breaking any further. After some research, I stumbled across Oshkosh Auto & Glass. Instead of having to wait two weeks, I was able to get an appointment within two days. I was greeted outside the store, helped out onto the slippery ground, and was led over to a rental vehicle. This was all within 5 minutes of my arrival. I did not need to pay for the rental during the time my windshield was being repaired. My appointment was to take about 2-2.5 hours. After an hour and a half, I received a phone call letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was greeted again upon my arrival, they handled the payment quickly and efficiently, and within 15 minutes, I was on the road with a brand new windshield. Not only was the glass replaced, but the front dashboard, cup holders, etc. were wiped down. I am thrilled with how well this new windshield is holding up during the cold months, and I am grateful for Oshkosh Auto & Glass being so accommodating and affordable. Highly recommend!

Full Windshield Replacement.Pros:Good price, quick service, good communication. Provides loaner car.Cons:New gouge ion my dash.Couple of scratches on inside of glass.Replacement glass seems different than the original. I had a clear UV tint applied and it s better.Next time I ll go through insurance.4 stars. I m really unhappy with my dashboard.

This place is by far the best .Tim got me a window when the other place I went to couldn't and got it put in very quickly and it looks like nothing ever happened. Also it wasn't expensive at all very reasonable. Also let me have a loaner for the less than an hour he had my car .Thanks again for the awesome service highly recommend.

We would definitely recommend Tim 10 times over. Very professional. Very reasonable. He even gave me a car so I can get to work. Our truck looks beautiful. He does excellent work.

Tim replaced a windshield in our Jeep Wrangler. He stated that he had to remove the brake pressure toggle switch which he did not replace correctly & we now have a non-working brake pressure.toggle.Placed 2 calls to him & he has never returned our calls. Would never recommend him! Very disappointed!

He did a wonderful job and was so very easy to work with. We found the crack one afternoon and he fit us in the next morning. Full windshield replaced and ready to go in a little over an hour. Plus, he saved us $219 compared to the quote we received from Safelite Autoglass. Highly recommend this place!! Tim is literally the BESTI!!I've had to call on him twice now in the space of a few years (2 different vehicles) and he's so helpful, and affordable.He works quickly and is extremely accommodating.Any time you can support local business do it. My daughter is a student at UW Oshkosh, 3 hours from home, and was having an issue with her sunroof in the winter. Tim took great care of her. We are so thankful to have found a place that's knowledgeable and friendly!

Tim was awesome! I called on Wednesday afternoon for a quote and he was here Friday morning to install. Great guy. He even replaced my windshield wiper blade (I tried - hence the need for a totally new windshield) and was very nice. I would highly recommend him and will be seeing him again for any future glass needs. Thanks again Tim!

Tim was great! Personal, professional, prompt. I called on a Tuesday to get my windshield replaced. He called right back with a quote, and it was a very fair price. I was able to schedule an appointment for that Thursday morning. He offered a free loaner car while he installed the new windshield. It was ready to pick up in 90 minutes, just as promised. Great experience. Tim is a class act. Customer service hugely exceeds expectations. So glad I was able to support a local small business. Incredible workmanship and just a great guy. Tim got my broken windshield repaired within a day of calling and was extremely accommodating he even came out to the house. Highly recommend give this place a call!!!!

My windshield was cracked after a bird dropped a huge decaying carp on it. I brought the car to Tim after cleaning it up as best I could, and Tim not only replaced the windshield and wipers at a great price, but he also cleaned up the stinky bits of fish I missed and got the car smelling good again. Tim was was on time and took the time to explain about my broken wiper, called around to find a replacement but not going to make me pay for that at such a high price he offered to fix it himself and saved me 300 dollars. I loved the service from here! He was very flexible with timing and even offered a discount because I had two vehicles with chipped windshields. I'm happy to pay a few extra dollars over others for the improved service. He also stands by his work, he is committed to quality.

Great Service! Got my car in early in the morning got it done and got it back before 9 a.m. Super Affordable and a really good job done worth every dollar. Also gave me a loaner car to use while he was working on mine for the short time he did have it. Just overall very happy and very impressed. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

I had a semi kick back a rock on the highway which put about a quarter size crack in my windshield. Tim fit me in right away and got it done within 20 minutes. Called the buisness in the am, he was going to come to my home but it was easier for me to meet him at his shop. Very courteous from the get go. Evaluated and fixed my windshield chip in about 15 minutes. Very conversational and polite. Recommend to anyone. Great small business work ethic in Oshkosh. Thank you very much.

Rear window shattered the day before a huge snowstorm. Called that morning, he got me in last minute so I could have it fixed before the storm. Compared to other places, he was the cheapest. 100% recommend Oshkosh Auto and Glass!!

Excellent service! They were able to replace my glass the SAME DAY i called. I might have gotten a little lucky with that, but I know it took some effort and sacrafice on their side to have my vehicle back in service before a long weekend. I have nothing but compliments and would recommend them to anyone!
