went in for an oil change they found my rear brake locked up so I needed rear brakes they got on it right away while I waited. Friendly and great service

The service people were super friendly. They forgot to program the sensor for my tire pressure. Had to go bavk and get it checked but was fixed right away.

I had an appointment today 1/19/2024 at 9:00am. I dropped my car off at 7:00am for front brake pads (key drop). I just picked it up at 12:30pm with nothing done to my car without even a call to say that it will be longer.Now I am waiting 2 hours at TiresPlus a mile away because lack of management at Midas.Time is money!!!

Let's start off with Im from out of town. I ended up having a very bad experience with another place before I brought my vehicle to midas. My engine did end up being blown so I left my car with them until I was able to get it out of Oshkosh. Very sweet secretary and just all around awesome crew at this midas location.Thanks for the awesome experience Midas!!

I ve been coming to this Midas for 15 years and have only had incredible service and fair pricing. As a woman getting work done on my car I ve run into so many issues where I m not given the full picture or treated like a true paying customer - Midas has always provided wonderful service, has taken the time to help make sure I understand the work that needs to be done and has NEVER lead me astray or left me feeling ripped off. I rearrange my entire work day just to make sure I can bring my car here from out of town. Love Midas oshkosh!!

I Went In To The Shop And Paid for A Diagnostic Test And Ended Up Getting Played Out Of A Additional $300.00 All together $1,100 Dollars In Auto Repair! If you Are A Woman Walking In there by yourself be careful! Run as fast as you can! I was charged for towing fees as well as extra damage to my car after they ran the diagnostic test! I will never get repairs by them again and missed out on 5 days of work! And what s sad is I paid them in full and still got played!!! GOD DONT LIKE UGLY!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys did a exhaust manifold replacement for me on my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 and I know it was a nightmare and I feel like they were very reasonable in their pricing. They did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!This is one of the first times I wasn t angry or upset after leaving an auto repair place. Thanks guys. Great work! I really appreciate it!!

Debbie, Jeff, and their team always exceed my expectations. Their oil changes are quick and hassle-free. They go the extra mile to take care of their customers. I trust them with all my auto repairs. Fair pricing and quality work set them apart from so many in Oshkosh. I can't recommend them highly enough.

After having such a horrible experience at tires plus I was so happy to go to Midas and receive such amazing customer service!! They were 100% honest with me with everything they were doing and didn t try to get me to buy things I didn t need. I would recommend going there to anyone that asks. They don't care about you or your car. Had them do an oil change and during the process they looked at my engine air filter and forgot to finish reinstalling it, leaving off the two 11$ screws. This is bad as it could potentially allow dirt and debris into your engine, which WILL damage it. They did not understand or know what I was talking about and needed me to waste more of my time and gas and drive 15 minutes one way back to the shop so that they could look at it.Mistakes happen I get it, but in addition to that, the technician showed no respect for the interior of my vehicle. They left greasy shoe stains on my carpet and door jamb which I had recently cleaned.Oh and the link to their website is a waste of time as even if you fill it out they dont respond to you.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

They are wonderful. They've helped me out so many times when in a pinch. Also very reasonably priced and they will tell you your options. By far my favorite shop.

Jeff and his team are great, and it's a relief having a place I trust to work on my vehicle. The name may technically be a chain store, but the service and ownership is way above and beyond a chain store. I have been a customer for about 10 years and have never had a bad experience.

I've been taking my cars to Jeff for about 5 years now and it's always great service. They go the extra mile for you to make sure you are satisfied. I always feel comfortable leaving my vehicles with them, the prices are more than fair and it's people you can trust. Thanks Midas Oshkosh.

Called ahead of time to see if they could install my brakes said "yes" so I asked how much it would cost told me it'd be around $90 brought the car in they took a look at my car and once they got to working on it they said I would need a few extra parts totaling over $200 which I was fine with because I'm sure it was needed. after it was done the brake lights, abs, tcs control lights were still on I drove back and asked if there was something he could do. He plugged his machine in and said I'll have to look into this and walked away I sat there for at least 30 minutes but he never came back. Never asked me if I wanted to schedule a time for him to look at or that he'd be back out in a minute. Communication is key, and to me there was no communication.

This is only my second exhaust I got fixed here, but both times, not only were they fast and cost effective, but the quality of the job done goes unrivaled. Easy 5/5 stars, no question.

Excellent service from the Midas team. Jeff runs the place and he is honest with what has to be done vs. what could be done. Been bringing in my vehicles here for the last few years and I do not have anything serious to complain about. They take care of ya.

I originally had my car inspected by a different auto repair shop in oshkosh and was quoted $450 for front brakes. I ended up calling Midas and spoke with Jeff who quoted me $200 less!!! Obviously I went with Midas for the repair and am VERY happy with their work and prices. I will be returning for more repairs in the future. Thanks Jeff for that Midas touch! :)

Taken all of my vehicles here for the past 5-7 years for various maintenance.. Everything from an oil changes to major work. I can say this location is honest, will shop the best price for you and get the job done with integrity.

Please think twice before taking your car here. A few months back, my car was making clunking/creaking noises and the steering was off so we took it in to Midas to get looked at. They inspected the whole front end/steering and tires, and said the issue was the control arms and replaced them (costing about $1500), never said anything else about the vehicle Today, I take it into Bergstrom for an alignment and they tell me they can t do it because of front end/steering issues. There was excessive play in steering rack, and creaking from front strut mounts - Midas never told us any of this. Also, my bf replaced the tie rod ends and sway bar links and noticed they were completely bad/faulty - another thing Midas didn t tell us. I don t normally write bad reviews but I don t want anyone else getting screwed out of there money like we did.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have my truck serviced regularly here and the service is always great. The last time I had the oil changed there was an older couple who stopped in as they were traveling through WI. Their brakes were squeeling too bad to continue. The manager (Jeff) not only made sure that the van was fixed, he offered to let them use his personal vehicle to go have breakfast (it was obvious that he had never met this couple before). The couple happily accepted the offer while Midas fixed their van! If that is not going above and beyond... I don't know what is. The world needs a few more people like this manager. Midas won customers for life with my family after this experience. Great company that hires great people.

My wife and I have been bringing our cars here for about two years now. Jeff and his family own this Midas and they are great. Always honest, very fair prices, and they do a great job with our family cars.

Try to schedule an oil change the day of and took forever to let me know if they weren't available for any service. Rude and not respectful. They will step all over you if you are polite and respectful.
