I just purchased an Outlander Max from them. Erin, Matt and Zach were absolutely WONDERFUL to work with! All VERY knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. I am actually returning this week to purchase a machine for my grandson as well. I will do ALL of my business here from now on! SUPERB people to work with!

Ordered a kids ATV and it took a whileto get but all due to manufacturer not them. They responded to all my follow up emails promptly. When I arrived ATV was showroom ready and spotless. It was a smooth process. Highly recommend.

We purchased our first four wheeler from Hexco and overall had a great experience. From start to finish and even a little bit after, our saleswoman Erin was helpful and never pushy. Everyone we talked with was polite and informative, would like to personally thank Erin and Chad in service. We will be back in the future.

Hexco is by far the best dealer experience I ve ever had. All their salespeople especially Nick are outstanding at every aspect of their job. The best part is they have a great service department to take care of your machine the whole time you own it. Eric the lead tech has taken care of me so many times in a pinch and always goes above and beyond. Cannot say enough good things about this place and their people.

The Saxeville-Springwater Fire Department purchased a Can-Am Fire Defender from Hexco with a QTAC EMS/FIre Skid. Brian at Hexco was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got the highest quality vehicle. Even after the purchase, we have had top notch service! Thanks for the equipment!

Bought a new defender limited. After shopping 2 other dealers they were the best to work with along with a great experience. Our sales women was fun and made the whole sales experience worth it. Will use them even though an hour drive.. And have a dealer 3 miles down the road. Highly recommend

I just got back into UTVing and the people at Hexco have been AWESOME to work with! So helpful! Zach, Bray, Cassandra and Chad have made feel so welcome. I enjoy coming back to talk and get information from them. I can tell that the feeling is mutual. I have a 2020 Can-Am HD10 Defender Limited. I know they ll help me keeping it running like a top. Small Customer, Big Service!!I brought in my 2014 snowmobile to get some service done. Having worked at a Powersports dealer for some time, I was aware my old sled was not on any Favorites list. I was just hoping to have a knowledgeable tech get my sled running well again. The service team set me up and completed a significant amount of service in a very reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, we had a little glitch. The service team did an excellent job listening to me and working with me. They were very patient, professional, and did more than I would have ever expected to make everything right. In the end, my snowmobile is running the best it possibly can, and I am a very satisfied customer. The fact that they were able to bring my old sled back to life is Very Impressive. The techs are Top Notch, and the Service Team is Excellent. Highly Recommended!

Mike Amos seems very knowledgeable on his products and a highly motivated, positive individual. He was especially helpful with stats on the newer Can Am SxS. I definitely got the sense of his honesty, passion and loyalty to this field.100% recommend!

Recently purchased a Switch from Brady and Michael at Hexco. It was to date the largest purchase we made next to a house. We had a clerical error that I didn't catch and signed off on, however Hexco still honored their price even when they didn't have to. Brady was low key, low pressure and not a pushy salesman at all. When it came to the dreaded Finance part, not only was Michael NOT force feeding warranty adders down our throats, he blew the interest rate out of the water from 3 other dealers we talked to. It was the most laid back transaction we have ever done. Cut to a few weeks later right before a big trip we planned with a campsite on the water, we had issues with the boat that were no fault of the Dealer's. Emily in Service was amazing and they got me in right away and when they couldn't fix it immediately, they offered me to take their demo boat to not ruin the trip. THIS is customer service and that is how you treat a customer. Even the Service dude was awesome when he came out to explain what was going on with the boat. 10/10 would recommend, they now have a customer for life.

Asked about a used bike for sale they wouldn t budge on price even after I found out I could buy one new for 86$ more they said no you can t, there s none available. So I went out and bought a new drz400sm from another dealer. FYI, Covid prices are over guys.

We picked up a new 4 wheeler for my lil guy last Friday . He loves it . Erin and the whole staff @ Hexco were great with him and the whole process was as smooth as can be . We will be back soon to get one for Dad Thanks again!

We purchased a Side by Side from Nick at Hexco Motorsports in 2020 and the experience was great. We just purchased our second SxS from Nick and once again we had a great buying experience. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming. We live over 3 1/2 hours away and have several other dealerships closer to us but it was worth the trip to Hexco.

Erin at hexco was very quick with setting up financing on a 50 cc Honda dirtbike on a Saturday. (Obviously not a huge sale but Erin and Hexco still made it possible to get the dirtbike that day). Very friendly staff and plan to continue to do buisness with them in the future. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service as soon as my friend and I walked through the door seeking out a jetski for me. After browsing, and finding the right one for me I am satisfied with the jetski I purchased and cannot wait to take it out on the water this summer! Our saleswoman, Erin was great to work with and I would highly recommend Hexco to anyone!

Sales team is awesome. Mike in finance really knows what he s doing. Chad at service got my unit in right away to get my accessories put on. Trevor did a great job detailing it before I picked it up and thanks to Lonnie for pushing it out to my trailer. High recommend this place. These guys know what they re doing!!!!

Great place to purchase a snowmobile, side x side, jet ski, arc, etc. knowledgeable staff in service, specially Eric Heschke. He has always been straight with me and turned all work around in a very reasonable timeframe. Highly recommend Hexco Motorsports!
