I took my car (a Ford Mustang) to Gerber Collision because, by my own fault, I pulled into a parking space and pulled up too close and ran front end over the curb. After backing up, I noticed (and heard) that I had scraped the bottom of my front end hard enough so that the plastic protector was hanging down on the passenger's side and there was a small crack in the protector. I took it over to Gerber at the advice of CarX and they were able to look at it immediately. They quoted me a price of the 2 pieces involved, both of the brand and after-market, since this would be going underneath the car and no one would see it anyway. They also told me that they would see if they could fix the existing piece first to save me money. After almost an 1-1/2 later, they repair specialist came and told me that they were able to re-shape the piece that was there and fix it completely and put it back on and refasten it. I did not have to buy any new pieces. They saved me a ton of money and literally did everything they could to not have to replace the piece. They never tried to sell me the new parts just to me money. The people there were super-friendly and always kept me informed step-by-step as to what was going on and about how long it was going to take. Donuts all around for everyone this morning for breakfast.

Recommended to a friend! Once we got there we were treated with incredible customer service from Carmen. Karen, the appraiser took care of the appraisal right away and had an estimate done within a few minutes!

Just needed to get a new tailgate, went to pick it up not done. They did not have the curtisy to call. No time frame when it will be done. Tony's was great, would never go back. They need to discount our deductible for our time and gas.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Very slow to get repairs done. Accident in June and advised that unable to start work until July 11 no updates. At this rate most likely won't get vehicle back until August. Tony's auto body was faster. Will look for other places next time. Insurance adjuster promised updates and nothing from adjuster. Sad to see Tony's auto body is no longer doing business.

I have a feeling I am being scammed by a employee of this business. I was sent a estimate saying we damaged his vehicle in the parking lot while plowing but they are not a customer of ours. I went in to find out what the estimate i was sent was about but the secretary working was unable to pull up the ro said there was no ro in the system, she called a couple other people in the office no one was sure what it was. after about half hr I was taken back into a office where the estimate was made up again but they had no pictures of the damage or any information. when i went to leave i seen the vehicle out sides i looked at the damage and took pics the next day I was sent a new estimate from another body shop from Gerber email for even more then the first along with a nasty message that I was not to talk to the manager about this or take pictures of his vehicle, I was to contact him directly. a few weeks later I received a (final invoice) for 1/3 of the amount and less then a insurance deductible. so I decided to mail a check just to not have to deal with it. thinking this was all done almost 2 months later I get a nasty email from a different employee that this invoice has been sent multiple times and since our business refuses to pay we will be being sent to collections and that they have a contract for snow removal with my company and have paid statements to my company I have tried to contact this employee requesting copies of this contract and statements because I have no record of it he will not respond to emails requesting information and when I called I was hung up on and now when I call I am sent to voice-mail beware of this companyedit... Brett will not respond to my emails and the one time he answered the phone I was hung up on when I said who I am and now I am sent to voice-mail

I would highly recommend Tony's Auto Body. They were my auto body shop of choice after a deer hit. I place a high sentimental value on my vehicle and I felt extremely safe while it was in their hands. My car looks amazing, I can't thank them enough for their hard work. Laurie, Darren, and Erica were outstanding. Thank you!!!

They did a great job on body work but after picking up car noise was still there. Repair shop said it was wheel bearing and Tony's said after checking with my insurance that they wouldn't pay for it. My insurance company called me later to check on everything and said they never got a call. They asked me to send bill from repair shop. I will not be using Tony's again.

I hit a deer and this was the only place my insurance was willing to pay up front without reimbursement later. When I got my car back I noticed a metal rattling sound right away and asked if the wheel area was checked they said it was and nothing but an unbalanced tire. 2 weeks later I went somewhere else after still hearing it and was told it was really out of alignment and issues with components in the suspension only on the right side where impact occured. 1st summer arrives and I go to flip on some a.c that was supposed to be a bunch of lines replaced and recharged... guess what doesnt work.. my a.c. not even a little.. I had a bad leak which I was told by another company when I whipped out my repair sheet there is simply no way an entire a.c work up was done that consists of draining, replacing said needs, then checking for leaks through entire system and then recharging. I've ended up paying my deductible plus a whole lot more to fix a whole lot of work that was supposed to have been done during this. I gave 2 stars because the interaction with the staff were very pleasant and I had my car back within a weekServices: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Took my car to Tony's for front driver-side deer damage. The repairs were satisfactory except for one of the body lines. Being a compact car it's not a big deal. The reason I gave Tony's two stars is because they didn't do the alignment like I asked them to the repairs are all done. I called them three times during the course of the repair to remind them to do the alignment and they never did it. So now I have to take it somewhere else to get the alignment done on it. Bottom line is if you looking for attention to detail don't take your car here.

Tony's does a great job but watch out for one detail, their waiver and payment disclosure. They will provide a quote, schedule the work and then send you an email with a liability waiver and an explanation of their payment terms which are highly restrictive. This is understandable to a point, however ALL of this should be disclosed at or before the time of the appointment being made. Being up front is critical in building trust with a customer.

I would never recommend then to anyone. If you have a problem don t expect the general manager to come out and talk to you at all. They had my car for a week called told me it was done and didn t even have all the work done, so had to wait longer for my car. Don t even expect an apology for there mess up. The only good thing about this place is the secretary is nice.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We are very lucky to have found Tonys Auto Collision Center today!! Dealing with a crumpled rear fender from a hit and run driver, when we drove into Tonys and met Darren Markert.Explaining finances were tight and cosmetics were not our main concern, Darren asked if we had a few minutes and he was able to pop it out and aside from a small scratch in the paint, looks as good as new!For a company to have someone like Darren working there, I know they are ethical and are looking out for the customer. I will bring any auto work needed to Tonys, knowing I will get a very fair deal!Thank you Darren!

Sent my car in and they accepted the insurance offer to begin with then quoted the insurance 3 times more after they tore the car apart saying that the radiator was damaged and it was not sause by the damage associated with the accident even tho they told the insurance company that it was so not only did they tare my car apart they refused to put it back together after I decided to just not have it fixed because a small amount of bumper damage is not worth having to deal with a total loss will never bring another car here should have just fixed it myself because it's what I have to do anyways .don't take your car here if you don't want to have to end up fixing it yourself jorden is a jokeServices: Painting, Body & Trim

When I picked up my car, still had green tape around my front bumper, they did a bad job screwing the screws, part of my bumper is just hanging there now and can t screw it in because it snapped. Only good thing, my hood is screwed in well.

Progressive gave me option for it to be repaired through here or bergstrom to fix my passenger/ rear side in order to do so they had to go in the trunk which is understandable but they broke my newborn's bouncer with out even letting me know or offering to replace it... I should have went to bergstrom

I picked up my car and pointed out obvious damage to the mirror, the door had been replaced but they missed the obvious damage to the mirror. When I closed the door it did not fully latch. I should have refused the repair at that time. Now I have to take the car back, to get the mirror replaced, have the the door fitment checked and repaired and fix an area of paint that is bubbled and rough.

My brand new car slid into a rock over the winter and with it being a pearl paint, it was going to be tricky to match. Everyone was super friendly and reassuring and they did an excellent job matching my paint!

My Car was 1 week old when hit by a deer. Since it's silver I was bummed as Silver is impossible to match or so I thought. Tony's repair was virtually un detectible. I would Highly recommend Tony's

I took my car in for a peice of trim to be attached that I just couldn't seem to get on. I was looking to get an estimate and bam! Darren the estimatator poppped it back in for me. Took him less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. Will definately be going back for any of lifes little road bumps.

I have a 2019 Hyundai Tucson hit a deer with it minimal light damage passenger side front and it took just about a month to repair and when I go to pick up the vehicle the front bumper cover wasn't even lined right never use their service again

About a week ago I hit a deer on Highway 175. They have to work done in less than a week. That's exceptional service.
