Extreme Customs is the TRUTH. I ordered some Red Vogue tires and they were at my house the next day. I was extremely happy with the Customer Service experience. I was even happy with the price I will most definitely be ordering another set of Vogue tires for my other cars in the near future. THANKS EXTREME CUSTOMS . I get soooo many compliments on my LS 460

From browsing to deciding to installing they were there all the way, they did my lift kit, now wheels and tires next will be the power steps very customer oriented helped me decide and did the installation great results!!!!

1. WHEEEL ARRIVED DAMGED AND USED2. Wheel was clearly shipped damged. This place knew they sent a damged wheel. There is no way it could be damged in shipping like this. Notice the pictures where the damage is opposed to the box.3. THE ENTIRE RIM IS COVERED IN WHITE OVER SPRAY PAINT AND THE RIM IS BLACK. ENTIRE RIM HAS A WHITE PAINT LIKE DUST THST WILL NOT COME OFF4 I have called and text this business for days trying to resolve this. No call back, no response. This place is terrible. Zero customer service5was advertised as open box/new item. This wheel clearly is damaged and used. I called multiple times trying to resolve this before I left a back review. This company had multiple chances to make this right.6 wheel has a very large scratch like it was rubbed against a curbTERRIBLE BUSINESS

Thank you Extreme Customs!! I bought RTX Crystal Hyper Black Machined Rims for my 2003 Town Car, they look great, until some one stole the center caps. I messaged Extreme Customs to see if they had any in stock. They messaged me back very fast and said they had them and would ship them asap at no charge!! Now that is excellent customer service!!! I really appreciate it. If you are looking for rims and tires Extreme Customs is the place to go. Excellent prices and AWESOME customer service.Thank youErnie V

Excellent customer service from sales representatives Cameron. He gave me all the information regarding my fitment and we was able to confirm the wheels would run fine on my Audi a8. Thank you very much and I will be using again for future rim purchases

First off their showroom is beautiful! I was greeted by Chris when I walked in. I sat with him, told him what i was interested in. Showed him a quote from another place. He was able to beat it. Threw me a arm full of swag to take with me. Awesome business! I'm glad I got out of there before buying anything else!

These guys are a legitimate company with great pricing it s actually almost wholesale ! Also I used financing that can be paid within 90 days same as cash no interest! Just make sure to know what your exact measurements before placing an order. Happy Off Roading

Amazing team I had contacted support for questions on the lug color options and meer assisted and gave me info on the rims set up which the hub cap concealed the lugs.I was contacted by support Tyler R. He informed me of a possible issue and solution that had come up with the tires. Tyler R. Was very kind and displayed amazing customer service. I appreciate the communication and proactive team. I personally value sense of family and actions to better others. I have a feeling the staff from warehouse to management take their jobs seriously and try to make our rides look nice and enhance the experience of the customers as well. This is why I felt I should hop on and express this so more follow this and we support community over selfishness we often see.P.s can't wait to show off the reliable spiffy wheels cause the stock ones are no better than bottle caps at this point.

The customer service representative was very knowledgeable about my vehicle Specks for the tires and rims. She went far beyond her call of duty when she realized that they didn't have the rims that I liked for my car. She continued to press and look and give me the numbers that I need so that I may Find them elsewhere , hopefully the Company will upgrade its stock and have Everything people need. Had the windows tinted on my WRX a couple years ago, and had to have my brow re tinted after a windshield replacement. I have also relied on them to match factory tint on a brand new Forester I purchased a little over a year ago. Excellent customer service every time. I will always recommend these guys!

This place is an absolute joke!! DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.This is how my wheels and tires showed up. What you see in the middle of the wheel is the seal they claim is never broken during shipping. They were supposed to arrive on a pallet and shrink wrapped. Then come to find out the wheels don t even fit on my vehicle. They knew what these were going on. Still don t want to take care of the customer and want me to pay restocking fees, etc.

Excellent costumer service. I ordered wheels and tires from Extreme Customs, but it turned out what I had ordered wasn t a good fit for my truck. They did a fantastic job of making suggestions that would fit my truck and were able to find the parts I wanted while staying near my original price point and criteria. While doing an excellent job of guiding me through getting the right stuff they were always quick to reply via email and gave me a confirmation call at the end of the process to make sure everything was clearly communicated and correct. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had. I can t wait to receive my new set of wheels.

Just ordered my wheel and tire package! Worked with Brandon and he was great, got me a great deal on what I was looking for. Will post pics when they come in!Update: Got my wheels in today! Got them a week after it said they shipped so pretty fast, they look great and no issues with them at all!

Horrible customer service! Ordered wheels for my excursion, everything seemed good right up till I went to install the wheels on my truck and realized one was not the correct offset...the wheel was incorrectly stamped, as well as the box was incorrectly labeled, both had the size I ordered, but is clearly wrong..I attempted to reach out to see how we could make this right, and the company without hesitation told me to pound sand, wanted absolutely nothing to do with working out any kind of solution..looking back at reviews this seems to be a common practice for this company.. definitely will be the last time they see my business..

Terrible company. Order wheels from them that have a 3-5 day receiving time. 10 days later they haven t shipped, no communication. And I even reached out to them at a week and asked if they knew when it was shipped. I was given no response for 3 days. And after 3 days I told them if they can t ship the item the cancel the order. So they cancelled the order saying I didn t want the item anymore when clearly they just couldn t fulfill the order. So unless you want to spend weeks not getting your item and then getting refunded. Then stay away from them. AWEFUL company. They couldn t can respond when cancelling and apologize. I got the message from the payment processor.

I purchased my wheels set from this company. This is by far one of the most veteran and first responder friendly companies I have ever done business with. I got a great deal and the customer service was superior. Email response quick to reply to my emails and was able to answer any questions I had to help me make the best decision on my wheels. If you are shopping for any wheel, tire, or suspension upgrades I recommend talking to Extreme Customs.

I took my car to have my wheel replaced tithe body shop that did my repairs. They told me I would have to it all four wheels because that s how them came IF they could get ones like the ones I have at all. I told them to call Extreme Customs. They did. I got my wheel and quickly at that!! And I only had to get one!

Talk about a great company to do business with. Picked my rims and the guy called and offered a better choice on tires and made sure my offset matches. Once I received, each rim was carefully packaged and in pristine condition. I now have one of the smoothest looking Benz in Vegas baby!!
