Great service and received the tires i wanted even though not in stock did not push me on other brands and tires ordered came in faster than told they would be there. Had tires replaced faster than quoted plus the person that ordered my tires remembered my name and best part free tire rotation for life of the tires instead of paying 35 to 45 dollars twice a year. Not going anywhere else again...

They have a price match program! We were pleased to hear this and were able to stay in town for our tire purchase! The Salesforce was knowledgeable and courteous. They were able to order the tires we chose in one day and when the tires arrived they got us in later that day of arrival!

Nice shop. Clean. The fellas who work here are polite friendly and answer questions clearly. I did not experience a pushy sales pitch which I appreciate. The staff answered my questions over a few different interactions with patience Caesar, Devon, and Javier were all polite in answering my many questions. Big purchase but a fair price (I did check around) and great service. Appreciate the assistance and service gentleman!!! Will be back for the other car when needed.

I came here after driving from the Appleton location, which was great because they reserved me a slot to replace my tires. The people at the front were super nice and one noticed my uniforms in the back and gave me a military discount. Great customer service. Will come again!

I had a new set of tires installed, the technicians in the shop were capable and friendly. However, Ceaser was as sharp as a pencil with no lead. I specifically told him to have the shop change one of my TPMS sensors that was defective. He insisted the tire was under inflated and the sensor was not defective. I told him multiple times I was not concerned with the cost of the sensor I just wanted it changed so the tire light would go off on my dashboard. Ceaser proceeded to give me a rude lesson in how to properly inflate my tires, which I did not need. I will not be returning to Discount Tire in the future.Update 1/24Against my better judgement I returned to this store in January of 2024. One of the wheels they had installed a tire on lost it weights and was causing my car to shake terribly at highway speeds. Ceaser was once again a jackass and talked down to me as if I was an idiot. I would like to be contacted by the district manager to further explain my displeasure with Ceaser.

Manager Caesar made a big claim of not matching but rather beating any other price and he came through to honor his word with what was the absolute lowest price in town for an excellent set of tires. Thank you! I will be back and already sent another customer

I got estimates from ALL OVER Oshkosh, WI today and settled on these guys. They had my tires in stock, and had a same day appointment. It only took them an hour to get me my truck back. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend discount tire.

Awesome place to do business with. Recently bought a new set of rims and winter tires from them and the process could not have been more pleasant. Ceasar and his crew run a top-notch outfit and I've seen him personally operating the tire changer when things got a bit hectic. There are a few negative reviews on here but in my humble opinion, they will do everything in their power to get you on your way as fast and efficiently as possible. Yes, they're human like the rest of us, and every now and then a glitch might enter the matrix, but they seem to REALLY be about providing a solid, reliable, and trustworthy experience to their customers. If anything goes awry they will go out of their way to make it right. I will most definitely be a repeat customer.

I buy all my tires from them, people are friendly and they take great care of my custom rims and know how to put on tape weights so they don't rub or fall off.

My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Thank you Caesar for giving me an upgrade and rushed service because my tires weren t going to be here by the estimated delivery time. I appreciate it so much! Now I will be comfortable on my road trip! Great service overall as well. Will be back in the future.

Discount tire and the guys that work there are great! Caesar took care of us today. I had some tires put on my van back in March and two of them had little/no tread left. It ended up being an alignment issue, but they still gave me 2 new tires out of a safety concern. Thank you very much! Now to find an alignment guy.

Absolutely recommend.Since they opened in Oshkosh they've saved me a few times now between my own vehicle and my son's. I had just been there the day before for my own vehicle and ended up stopping there and asking if they dealt with any towing companies as my son's car was stuck on 41 with a lugnut no one could get loose by hand and the gentleman at the counter helped me out quick. Once the tow came back with the car he went straight out there before the driver even had it off of the bed letting us know they would be able to get the tire off and we were checked out and they were ready to go as soon as the car was off the truck. I will highly recommend this place always.My son's tires were replaced not even a year ago by a big box store and they have lost my business now after this lugnut fiasco because in the end they were not cheaper after the towing bill.I am very happy Discount Tire came to Oshkosh!! Give them a chance, you will be absolutely amazed at the wait times!

I got a flat tire late at night so got towed to Discount Tire and they were able to get me fixed the next day without an appointment! Very professional and knowledgeable. Bonus points for being familiar with Tesla's!

I absolutely love this company, I wouldn't consider purchasing tires from anywhere else. Free tire rotation between summer and winter tires, no questions asked? Amazing! All staff are always super friendly, booking an appointment online is super simple, and always very clean. Definitely a customer for life!!

My wife has had to take our jeep in twice for slow leaks in the front tires ( the original tires, not from Discount Tire ) and they were always helpful and fixed it up with no charge.

I made my appointment online, and they got me in and out quickly. I think his name is Devon, and I apologize if I'm wrong, was super friendly! He set all my tire pressures and used a real torque wrench to tighten the legs. So much better than other places I've been to where they just use impact wrenches. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back.

I went in for a tire rotation today on way over to MN. I was told all my tires were at 33psi. Checking my monitoring system the left front and right rear wereat 40psi and right front and left rear were at 36psi.
