My husband got a dent in the rim of his car wheel from a pretty brutal pothole. Despite how busy they were, Cliff s managed to get me in the day of to get it looked at and got a new rim in for us in less than a week. The employees there were so helpful, friendly, and patient with my lack of car knowledge. They actually showed me the damage so I knew what they were fixing, which was very appreciated. The car has been running without issue ever since! I will definitely be coming back here again, although hopefully not for a while! :)

After a lack of support at a dealership, it was wonderful to experience Cliffs customer service! They very patiently talked me through their diagnosis of my car problems and presented a variety of options for repair, including budget-friendly options where possible. I will definitely be returning for ongoing maintenance! Great Experience!

I came to Cliff s with a front tire that was totally flat. I was able to purchase 4 tires & get them installed that same day plus they gave me a ride home. The sales lady explained the benefits of each tire that fit my vehicle. The tire I selected had a rebate which the sales lady filled in the info related to the tires so I just added my personal info. Very helpful & friendly place to do business!

I did not have good experience here. I feel like this place may take advantage of people that don't have much car knowledge and it left me with a really uneasy feeling. I called and asked if they do just break pads knowing most shops now a days want to do your rotors as well. I was told yes we do, so I was excited since I'm going on a week long trip and just needed a quick fix until I get back. The day of my appointment I received a text messages stating I essentially need all new front and rear breaks and it would cost me almost $1300. So I called them.... My car is a 2018 it's not old I maintain it well it's under 100k miles. I explained I only wanted 3 things the front breaks, an oil change and a tire repair. I also explained I was upset that they told me they do pads on the phone and now are telling me they will not.... So rather than going into the numbers and explanations I was given I will get to the point. My car is front wheel drive maybe my drums are going bad maybe not since I do not trust these people who knows but it's not super important at the moment and not what I asked you to look at... If my front rotors are bad new rotors should not be your first option don't let a shop tell you that. Many times they can just be resurfaced and be fine, but rather than receiving an honest outlook on my car I was told I needed to have them replaced or they would not do my brakes. I didn't argue I really didn't say much because for me I need to be able to trust the people working on my car so I just said ok fine I'm coming to pick up my car. When I arrived I was told I was being charged for the oil change and tire repair they already did... Funny since I said I was picking up my car but whatever and It would cost $143 which I questioned because that is a bit pricey for what they did. I was told a tire patch is $45 which is laughable I said fine whatever I want a bill printed. Miraculously my bill then only came to $120 with more normal prices. My point is it really seemed like they saw a woman's name assumed I had no car knowledge and tried to bill me for as much as they possibly could. If you want an honest shop you can trust go to Oshkosh Autoworxs. Jake is a stand up guy and who I normally go to but he has been very busy and I needed work done quickly and thought I would try somewhere else. I will not trust Cliffs ever again with one of our vehicles.As far as their response to my review I think it speaks for itself, but thank you for publicly speaking to me the same way you spoke to me about my vehicle and showing people how you handle your business. Maybe instead of "waiting" for a bad review you know will probably come in, you could spend your time giving people honest estimates for work they need done. Tell me why was resurfacing my rotors not an option if you don't price gouge? Did you even mention that option to me? Just the same as your accusing me of being rude when I barely said anything to the people I talked to. The only things I said are exactly what I said in this review. I was honest and expressed that as a first time customer I was concerned you take advantage of people that may not have car knowledge and that I thought $45 for a tire patch was a high price. I paid my bill and left. I never said your estimate was unreasonably priced for the work you were claiming my car needed. What I said was after my experience I didn't feel I could trust your estimate, meaning I don't believe or trust it all needs to be done. So if my honesty was seen as rude then I'm sorry you didn't like my honest perception of how you conduct your business.

Becky was very helpful and nice, I went in with my first real car problem and didn t really know what to do or what I needed. She helped me figure all of that out and I m very satisfied with the tires they put on and the repairs to my car. They were also very efficient and got things done quickly, which I very much appreciate as i m a full-time student. Thank you!

Small business that is local and trustworthy. I called Cliff's in hopes of fixing a wonky spare...quickly. Woke up to a flat tire and my spare was not an impressive replacement. There is never a good time for this to happen. The lady who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. I didn't kno exactly what was wrong and she said if I could get there in15min someone would b available. Got there asap and the place was busy. They fixed my tire right away. Didn't try to up sell, didn't add any weird addition charges and the price was more than fair. Soooo grateful there r still places like this around.

I love a place that is honest with me. They don t try to sell a services that is not needed. One time I brought my truck in because I was told that I needed brakes work done, when they looked at the brakes they were not in need of changing. Instead of doing the brakes and taking money that we all work hard for they told me that the brakes are still good. So now all my vehicles service will be done by Cliff s tire.

Cliff's Tire in Oshkosh has consistently gone above and beyond for our auto needs ever since we moved to the Oshkosh area 7 years ago. We appreciate their knowledgeable staff and honest business model. Becky and Jordan are always so accommodating with scheduling and getting vehicles repaired in a timely manner so that our daily routines are not affected. Most recently my parents were visiting from out of town and experienced car trouble to which both my husband and myself instantly recommended Cliff's Tire. Once again, the team at Cliff's Tire went above and beyond to get them in right away and help them resolve their issue so that they could continue their vacation plans and further road trip ahead without any worries. It is so comforting to know that we have a service that treats us so well and like family every time that we call and walk through their doors; we would never go anywhere else!

Cliffs was awesome!!I was in a pinch with my daughters car, and Cliffs ordered the tow, got our tires fixed quickly, and had the tires I wanted in stock.Highly recommended.

They would not even work on my ball joints or change my control arms after taking the job and getting it done my self I will never be going here for service I was denied

Went to Cliff's after getting a flat tire on my way to work. They told me they could get it in that afternoon. I ordered all four tires. They gave me a ride to work. After work the job was just about finished. Great service and friendly too. Also had an allianment. So nice to have tires that I'm not having to fill with air every week. I would highly recommend them.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I called to get my tired repaired because I had a nail in it. They were able to get me in same day. Staff were very friendly. The waiting area was super clean. I also received a tire quote because I need new tires. They were very reasonable and professional . Great job!

From the front desk to the shop technicians, I wasn t pleasantly pleased with my experience with Cliffs. They communicated everything I needed to know up front and during the repairs that made me feel comfortable with what they were doing. I will definitely use them with future repairs.

We recently worked with Cliffs to replace one tire through an insurance claim and then replace the other 3 a month or so later. They were very accommodating and got the first tire replaced quickly and did a great job with the other 3, too. Would definitely recommend for all tire needs!6/21/22Recently had Cliff s rotate our tires (free service with previous tire purchase).
