Came In planning on buying a sofa. Lady at desk never had asked if we need help she was to busy on her phone. I told the wife let's go because know one acknowledged we even walked into the door. The lady looked at us and continued on her phone. I will not be back at this location (Oshkosh Wi). This place needs good customer service.

If I could give a 0 I would. My wife and I went there on our 1st day again our 1st day just looking 3 weeks ago. I made I very clear this was our 1st day and not buying for a while. I've been hounded by calls asking if we're ready to buy. Horrible tactics. Marcus' sales tactics at its best. Do...not...go there!

Prices are a bit high, and the selection did not impress me. I figured they would have a better selection than Amazon since this is their business, but they only had 2 options for outdoor rugs. They were very plain. One was larger than the other, which was the only difference

Gabriel M. was an excellent Sales Rep to work with. Honestly, without him we probably would ve went somewhere else. The camper we bought was great and we were happy at the many options presented. The walk around (in-store and around camper) was very helpful and well done. During the retail walk, the associate was very honest and described everything we would need for just starting out in our camper. The only complaint I would have is the finance personnel were very pushy, aggressive, and honestly rude. I was very upset with how that part went, but otherwise it was a good experience and we would definitely recommend working with Gabriel!

David was an absolute gem of a person to deal with. From coming in on his day off to helping us with our unique situation, I would highly recommend David and Camping World as an organization. we had the pleasure of dealing with two locations in different states yet they operated as one and took great care of us. They were very knowledgeable. they listened to what we wanted and found just the right unit. thank you for your service.

Went to buy a camper, really pushy finance manager pushed me to put (cash) money down before they even had an approval from a bank. Anyways the deal fell through (no big deal) and I ve now been calling for about 2 months now just trying to get a refund on the money I put down .. empty promise after empty promise finally showed up there today, and picked up the check on the spot hmmmmm . Also was dealing with/ talking to their finance managers/accountants and it still took this long . Not a good look that s forsure. Won t be coming back to buy again.

My back was against a wall shortly before leaving to make a trip from Oshkosh to Spokane when I heard a scraping sound coming from the right wheel of my travel trailer. My usual mechanics were all booked. The EAA air show was a few days away and everyone was booked solid. I went to the newly opened Camping World and although they were also busy, they found a way to squeeze me in and take care of my bearings and perform a brake adjustment. They were amazing. I was able to keep my planned departure because they delivered as promised and took extraordinary care of my concerns. Their rates were fair and on display, which further reflected their honesty and commitment to quality service. I highly recommend Camping World of Oshkosh!

After many failed attempts at other dealerships and sales associates not listening to what I needed, I went to Camping World Oshkosh and met Justin Trudell. He was great. He listened and showed me the 3 RVs that fit my needs and had exactly what I needed. He didn't waste my time. I ended up falling in love with one and purchased it the next day.

Just spent an hour inside doing a refund on a tent. Had a receipt and card that was used. Took almost an hour, making us late and stuck in traffic to get back to the fireworks airshow tonight. Drove up from Louisiana to experience this with the kids, and now we are late because we were held up for almost an hour instead of just issuing a cash refund or gift card for later user. Everything I ve read on their customer service is true. Don t go!

NOT the way an RV lot should be run. We are on the initial stages of our purchasing adventure for a motorhome. Stopped by to look through some of the different models available to gather ideas of layout, size, class and pricing. You would have sworn we were asking for the salespersons first born. Everything was locked up and he was very reluctant to show us the insides. Claimed they keep them all locked up because of theft. Um... It was the middle of the day and It's a gated area?? Will NOT return. Stopped by Kunes up the road. WOW.. What a difference. Very friendly and non-pushy. All unites were open for us to browse. Gathered some great insight of what we like and what we don't. Will most likely purchase from them. Definitely not Camping World.

Wow this new Camping World location is fantastic! Eric R was so helpful in service with propane- excellent customer service and professionalism. Great dump station and LP gas service. So happy this is here to support EAA Oshkosh AirVenture

Horrible sales staff, very pushy.Wont show numbers without running your credit, very unlike other camping worlds and rv dealers in the area
