While my car ended up be a total loss, the staff was amazing and friendly throughout the whole process. They were very quick and efficient as well and since they work directly with my insurance company, the process did not take very long. About 24 hours after I dropped my car off they had the estimate and it was sent to my insurance. The whole process took less than 48 hours and helped me move onto the next step instead of sitting in limbo. Three words to summarize would be, Friendly, Professional and Efficient.

The staff at Caliber was easy to work with. The work on my car was done in a timely manner and the daily texts were great. The car looked great after the repairs were done.

As a former body tech, I was impressed with the professional and speedy work. They communicated well, and Alex made the experience painless. The updates via text was nice to know the status of my vehicle. He answered any questions I had and worked with me on things I didn t want to have repaired. Initial inspection of the repair looks great! Would recommend if you need a repair.

Used Caliber through Geico insurance and had a very simple and easy experience. The damages were fixed professionally and within a week. It's a shame I totaled the car a few weeks later and all the hard work was completely wasted.

I was extremely pleased with Caliber Collisions work and the speed of their service. They are truly a well oiled machine and were able to take an unfortunate incident and make it painless. I am one of those unfortunate people who even when doing all the right things on the road still had to take my car in for repairs. After a huge snowstorm, someone whose car was completely covered in snow and ice had chunks fly off and hit my front bumper. I was fortunate that the damage was minimal but it still needed body work done in order for me to drive safely. Caliber Collision was super flexible with getting my car in the shop, ordering all of the parts and finding other arrangements when they didn't receive parts on time, and keeping me aware of next steps and time frames. I primarily worked with Sammy who truly was professional and courteous while being herself (and someone I could talk to and ask questions of). Thank you, Sammy and the Caliber Team for getting me back on the road and super excited to drive again.

Took my sons car here to get repaired because he had hit some sort of animal. Not only was the customer service great, the team was very knowledgeable and willing to help. When I took my son to pick up his car, I asked about a quarter panel on my Challenger RT that was sticking out a bit. They immediately took it into the shop and repaired at no cost.With out a doubt I will be bringing all my issues to them-Top Notch!!

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Caliber. I Have had 2 of my personal cars go through and had no doubt in my mind that they weren't treated as good if not better then one of the techs own cars. And all the work was done perfectly.

Staff and service is beyond compare. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Car rental was smooth and I could.leave the rental right at the shop! I would highly recommend this business!

This has been the best service i ve ever had with a car repair. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They also delivered my car to me in under 10 minutes!! Highly recommend caliber collision.

I live in Michigan and I was driving home to Wisconsin. I got in a car crash during the drive and there wasn t any auto shop that would look at it for about 2-3 weeks after I dropped it off. Caliber Collision was able to look at the next day when I dropped it off. They send me updates on what they were doing and how much longer it would take. They were very helpful and was able to get my car back to me in a month. Other shops, it would ve been about 2 months to get it back. Highly recommend getting your vehicle fixed here, they were all very nice and helpful. Military friendly as well, which was great.

I have been driving around with a tan paint smear on my passenger side door for over two years (a new driver hugged the side of the garage a little too closely). Finally decided to call and see what could be done. Sam surprised me when she said they could look at, and possibly take care of it, today and that s exactly what the team at Caliber did. From the time I arrived, the car was looked at, taken back, paint removed, door buffed and I was on my way. They offered us complimentary beverages while we waited and everyone was so nice! All this in less than 20 minutes and for zero charge! I hope to never need Caliber Collision s services again, but if I do, I m certain we ll be treated with the same outstanding customer service we received today. Thanks so much again!! :)

I have been to Caliber twice, and their techs are so professional! I would absolutely go there again (hopefully will not be needed) and I would highly recommend everyone else to take their vehicles there for service.

Awesome experience with Caliber Collision. After hitting a deer, Dean & Travis Stadler helped me get my truck back fast. They made sure I had it just in time when I needed it the most. My wife was in a accident and caliber was the place the other insurance company sent us to have it fixed and I believe they are relatively new I believe so we were a little hesitant but they did a excellent job fixing the car and made the whole experience very comfortable and easy and we would HIGHLY recommend this place . Thank you caliber for the amazing job we very much appreciate it. The looks great and can't even tell anything happened to it

Was t-boned and Caliber was recommended. They had our 4-runner for about 2 weeks and we picked it up today. The vehicle looks brand new!!! They did a fantastic job! I came out to a huge scratch on my car, I called around to multi shops, and they were booked up for weeks... just for an estimate. I called and talked to Steve, and he got me in right away. He took a look at it and asked if he could have one of his techs look at it. He brought my car back into the shop, and about 20 min later, it was gone! Steve buffed the scratch out and saved me from having to do a claim. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. Steve and his workers were so friendly and helpful.Service: Painting
