Staff was very nice, fast and efficient. They spent a lot of time answering our questions and helping us get all set up before we got there. We had several options for vehicles. Once we picked our car, the process was super fast and easy. Delmar Schroeder

Very nice and friendly company. Crystal made my experience very smooth and she had alot of information. I came in for a suv but fell in love with a Car!I did not need a co signer, which is a great feeling! Definitely recommend Crystal and her team here! Very thankful to them!

My girlfriend took her car to be "fixed" and when she got it back the exhaust was broken, the dome light on the inside was broken. Then when I called to speak to Paul the guy in charge I was told all that stuff was talked about and that when they got the car the exhaust was already like that well everything that was wrong with the vehicle should have been listed in the comments on the receipts for the work that was done there is NOTHING about and exhaust leak or a broken dome light, so just be very careful with this place scam artist 100%

Brandon was so much fun to work with! He knew what he was doing and was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. The girls were also very nice to work with and got the paperwork done quickly. Together they make a good team.

I brought my brother in to byrider to get a car the sales people were very helpful and friendly I would recommend them to anyone needing help getting into a car my brother even had bad credit and did not have much money to put down and he was still able to drive away in a 2010 chevy and it was the car he wanted not like other dealers were they let you drive a one car and tell you they will get you into it but then come back and say we can't get you in that car but we can get you in a cheaper car

February of 2021We had an opportunity to trade in my 2009 Chevy Impala Lt in the left picture with a $1,000 trade in and we test drives a nice 2009 Hyundai Sonata on the right and I Choose it cause the car was driving smooth and we wanted to build credit and we never missed a payment our last payment will be March 2024.Miriam was very helpful through the process no complaints here.

Don t even bother! It took the sales agent two hours to fill out paperwork because he kept stopping and talking. Then it took another two hours to talk to financing. They kept giving us the run around. They said we couldn t even test drive until we were approved. Then we get a call saying everything s approved and we can come test drive. When we arrived we were told we had to sign over our tax return plus our 1k deposit in order to test drive and get the car. We walked out and 3 hours later we got a 2021 car for a lower deposit, lower interest rate and monthly payment at Appleton auto with John.

I COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY WITH MY NEW CAR AND THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED!! I came in at 4pm and these guys put all hands on deck, stayed until 8pm (3 hrs past closing time) to make sure we rode out in style! Everyone was so professional, positive and friendly!! I will recommend this place to ANYONE looking for a vehicle. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Byrider is hands down one of the most helpful dealerships I have been too. I really didn t think I had a chance In being financed a nice vehicle again until coming here . Brandon did everything he could to get me the exact vehicle that I wanted. All the staff I met here literally wanted nothing more than to help my process and get me driving it was almost SKETCHY how helpful they were lol . 10/10 recommend

It was such a great experience. Everybody there was so nice to me. They made sure to get me in car that day and a car that met my wants and needs. Vanessa was amazing very upfront about what the payments were gonna be and made sure every step of the way i understood everything. Very happy with car. Also letting me know my future options. Amazing all around

Had a wonderful experience!!! Miriam along with her manager we re working super helpful and caring !!! Helped me get a perfect car for my family. The process takes a few hours and we had our toddler along who was getting bored and they were playing with him and having all sorts of fun while I filled out paperwork. Highly recommended!!!!

I have nothing bad to day. They are friendly, get my vehicle in and out in good timing. By far best decision I've made in awhile. And will be going back for another vehicle very soon. Destiney, paul and brandon are awesome. They work with you in so many ways. Thanks to them im now in another vehicle snd we love it . You guys sre awesome
