I chose this rating because we were pleasantly greeted by the service representative, Andrew. He was helpful and informative. He kept me updated throughout the morning with a phone call and then explained in detail what was done to the vehicle and how. He answered all of our questions and made the overall experience a very good one.

Quality experience. I was kept up to date at all points of the work being completed, was presented with options of additional items needed during the work (i.e. Filter changes, brake fluid changes, tires, etc.) and work was completed in a very timely manner. Technician was present throughout the work and was very knowledge and personable through the process.

Brian Lehmann was one of the best sales and customer service representatives that I've had the pleasure of doing business with in a very long time. We purchased a VW Atlas from Bergstrom VW of Oshkosh this past weekend. Our experience was smooth from start to finish. We worked closely with Advisor Jaron Valley, who was exceptional. He went above and beyond to answer our questions, get us the information we needed, and most importantly never pushed us into making a decision. We will absolutely go back to Bergstrom VW of Oshkosh and would be honored to buy another vehicle from Jaron in the future.

I arrived at Bergstrom VW Oshkosh around 11:45. We were able to view and test drive the Atlas right away. We didn't get the trade-in amount we were hoping for so my husband left with my current vehicle at 1:30, I stayed to finish the deal. It was 4:45 when I left the dealership. When it came to discussing additional warranties, I stated I wasn't interested but it was policy, that took additional time I didn't want to take. If I would have had my original vehicle there, I would have left the deal behind. There is no reason a vehicle purchase should have taken over 3 hours. I refused to stay another hour after signing papers to go over the details of the car.

We had an excellent experience buying a new car from Bergstrom Volkswagen of Oshkosh. Everyone involved made it a smooth process from beginning to end. We want to especially complement our outstanding sales advisor, Brian Lehmann! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and very patient with us while we made our selection. He truly made our entire experience seamless and enjoyable! We also need to acknowledge Lorinda, Hannah, Mac & Kate who all did an amazing job navigating us efficiently through our deal. We absolutely love our new 2023 Tiguan! Without a doubt, we will go back to Bergstrom and use Brian Lehmann as our sales advisor to purchase our next car!

Overall the experience of working with the service consultant was great. She had all the paperwork ready that explained the work being done and did so in a friendly way. Also the wait time was not long at all, and after it was done I was brought back to my car all set and ready to go. Nice touch was they gave it a fast wash too.Again, from start to finish my time spend at the service department was great.

Very friendly customer service. Kept customer informed of progress and discussed any concerns before moving forward with any repairs. Cost came in under estimate so no unnecessary, unexpected charges. Accommodated interim transportation.Department seems to be running a little lean with staff, however the process ran fairly smoothly from drop off to pick up inspite of this.

Everyone is super nice and 99% of the time I m able to get in last minute. My only complaint is that a few years ago when I leased through them, I was told by Jamal there was a spare key and he would contact me within a few days when he found it. He stopped responding and I never got the key

Salesman Mike took the time to find a vehicle that would be comfortable for my very tall husband. This saved me HOURS to DAYS of trying on cars...and I really appreciate that he took the time to listen and figure out what was needed. The sales process was easy.
