Overall, buying a car with Bergstrom and working with Sales Manager Mike was a great experience. Mike was knowledgeable about the cars available and was able to answer all of our questions. He was patient and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase before finalizing the deal. The buying process was smooth and efficient, and we felt like we were in good hands with Mike. We appreciate the excellent customer service we received and would definitely recommend Bergstrom to friends and family. Thank you, Mike and Bergstrom, for making our car buying experience a positive one!

The staff here are always awesome. I have brought my car other places and no where has treated me as well as they do in Oshkosh. They always give you their full attention and keep you updated and well informed. I definitely recommend them for any maintenance needs!Service: TiresService: Tires

Lorinda, Kate and Keegan did an excellent job. Highest recommendations. We had our previous Toyota experience in different dealerships, where processes were very exhausting, time-consuming, pushy, not customer friendly and redundant. So we were pleasantly surprised that it CAN be different with Toyota. Lorinda is an amazing salesperson. Everything was ready for us in time, so much positive energy and support during the buying process - wow! Keegan explained so thoroughly about new car bells and whistles, saved us tons of time reading manuals. Thank you, Bergstrom Toyota Oshkosh, for the great job you do!

Went in to have my car checked for an issue, was told I need to do a number of things, some of which we decided to go ahead and order parts for and schedule a follow up appointment once the parts were in. Received a call a week later, letting me know my parts were in and confirmed the specific tasks we'd be doing and scheduling the soonest appointment we could a week out. I canceled clients and appointments to make sure I could be available at this time, and I sat in the lobby for over an hour before somebody came out to let me know not only did they not have the parts in the facility, but didn't even order the parts. There was no explanation for how this happened, and they told me "once a car goes in for service, the record/spreadsheet noting orders is erased and can't be accessed unless by a manager". And since there was no manager, I was given no explanation. I wish this company respected and valued my time as much as they respected their own. Disappointed in this company.

I appeared for my appointment 20 minutes early. I then waited in my car in line for 15 minutes before being contacted by a service advisor, I came in for a simple tire rotation. After waiting for 80 minutes for this service, I finally rec'd a notification that there were additional items needed, cabin filter and battery corrosion treatment kit. I went to ask if my Avalon would be finished soon. Thinking that a tire rotation would not take long, I asked if it usually takes over 1 & 1/2 hrs for a tire rotation? No was the response. When I finally checked out I asked what the problem was. Apparently, the quick service was down 2 staff members. I understand staffing issues, however, I would have appreciated a heads-up on the wait time up front. I choose not to have the additional services because I was already upset with what had transpired. The gal finally offered an apology after hearing about my displeasure. I have always been super satisfied with my service in all my previous years. Not this time.Service: Tire rotations

My husband and I purchased a new 4-Runner and worked with Sean M. The entire experience was exceptional. We never felt any pressure, but always were presented with all of the options (w/explanation & pricing). We loved that the pricing presented had every # in it from the beginning. No hidden fees or taxes, we knew right from the start how much this vehicle was going to be. Plus, they were very competitive with our trade-in value.Sean also had a very laid back, easy to talk to approach. I d recommend working with Bergstrom s and Sean!

The diagnosis was that A/C fan was not working and needed to to be replaced; I was charged more than $50 for this WRONG diagnosis. I took it to a different dealer who found that the air filter needed to be replaced and he removed some used napkins stuck in the existing fan. The problem was resolved after I paid less than $50. Bergstrom was going to change me another $300 for the unnecessary work.

Very easy to schedule service and to bring in a vehicle. They offer a shuttle so you aren't stuck there during the service, or rental for around $39 per day.Their sales team is also very good. Easy to deal with, and they make you feel valued. They make sure you leave with all the knowledge you need for your vehicle.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had an engine replacement and battery pack replacement on our Camry hybrid, the work was done satisfactorily.BUT the communication was virtually nonexistent to keep us updated on the progress even after calling and leaving messages about the status of the work or needed paperwork on the replacement engine.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto tire replacement

The service associate that helped me was Jason. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He patiently answered all of my questions. He gave me a mini tour of the waiting area where I could sit down, watch tv, have a drink (non alcoholic), use the restroom, or use a desk. In less than 1 hour, my vehicle was serviced and I was back on the road. The customer service that I received was waaaay more than what I was expecting. I didn't have an appointment, but I was still able to get an oil change in a reasonable amount of time. A multi-point inspection was done on my car, and Jason explained the results/findings. AND my baby got a bath (complimentary carwash)!. Thanks, Jason! Thanks, Bergstrom.Service: Oil change

I recently purchased a new car and our sales person, Karrigan Roix, made our experience super easy and stress free. The financing process was quick and easy. We were treated very well. Bought a Tacoma from Oshkosh. Sean the sale person was terrific. He introduced me to the service team. Was totally surprised by the fact I was treated like a queen. Felt like I was buying A Lexus I was treated so well. If your looking for a Toyota look no further.

Bad service. Slow service. Rep didn t even introduce his name to us and he just kept stalling. He said it was going to be a 30 min job turned to 1.5 hours and they still didn t finish. Kept making excuses while eating pizza instead of figuring out what taking so long. I believe it was because we weren t paying customers because it was bergstrom error so they just took their time. Ridiculous.

Dealership work was just fine but my Tundra has 160k miles on it with a nearly rust free body but the frame is entirely rusted out. I can t sell it or drive it because the dealership told me it s not safe and offered no corrective action.
