I had a great experience with Bergstrom Subaru in Oshkosh. I had been shopping around for a used car within my budget and found the best service here. Steve G. was so helpful in finding me the perfect car. He listened to what I was looking for, honored my budget and let me take my time. When I called or emailed questions, he always got back to me right away. I thought buying a car would be stressful, but Steve G made it a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend him and Bergstrom Subaru of Oshkosh!

Additionally you were kind enough to go out of your way after leaving work to help resolve Bluetooth phone pairing issues, as well as other lingering technical questions. (My Outback is now 3 years old!)And while I'm at it, thanks too to Adam Conrad. His knowledge & expertise are also beyond compare.

I bought my Subaru Forester from Bergstrom Subaru of Oshkosh and was given an Encore appointment, which meant that I got an hour of Brad Marten calmly and clearly explaining to me how all the gizmos and features work in my new car. It turned out that I was only using a fraction of all the cool features in my 2023 Forester. Brad is awesome! Love this type of one-on-one service from this dealership.

My wife and I saw a car on Thursday on the website, talked to Grant Friday he treated us like we were family and got us in touch with Steve for our salesman. They held the car for us to come by on Monday with the same treatment throughout the process. The car was detailed clean in the garage so we could see the car while not standing in the cold. The buying process was the easiest and most brag worthy process in my life. Very thankful for Steve s suggestions he was honest and didn t try to squeeze every penny out of us like every prior car salesman. He also spent an hour going through every setting in the car once we purchased it.Could not recommend more, not to be corny but I m also thankful to be apart of the Bergstrom family!

Apparently it is Okay with them to just leave your personal car unlocked in their back lot. I stopped by after they have had my car for little over a week and a half now for repairs. I stopped by to get my wallet out of my car. My self and the service manager walked to their "locked" back lot to go to my car (which was left unlocked). The moment he went to grab the handle as he was saying "it should be locked" the door opened right up. thats when I saw my car was gone through and A remote control car that I had purchased at my store for my nephew for Christmas was stolen the packaging left in the back seat ripped up the car missing along with the controller and everything else. Now I get the ever so lovely pleasure of taking the time out of my busy schedule to go inventory my car to see what else was taken from it. While it still sits there waiting on parts. This is absolutely unprofessional and completely incompetent on their part. This is the third time I have had to leave my car there because they cant seem to diagnose it correctly or repair it correctly. I just got done spending Ten thousand dollars on an engine rebuild and may have gotten 2 thousand miles out of it before something else broke. This place has lost my trust completely.

Friendly and transparent staff that won't have you walked away feeling jipped! Options of a visitor lounge that includes:7+ varieties of coffee, machine, tea, water, and a fruit basket.You may also request a shuttle service and any estimated service times over 3 hours are allowed a rental car.Over all very satisfied with my service so far

Dear Bergstrom, shame on you!! And this is why. You were quick to point out numerous things wrong with our subaru (some very minuit),but you couldn't put my motor back together, TWICE. After the first visit all the warning lights came back on(which i understand can happen) and the engine was rattling. I noticed 2 bolts were missing from the air intake. I called and told them about the lights on again and the bolts missing from the motor. I brought it back to get it fixed,get it home it's still rattling and guess what- it's still missing 2 bolts!! Or should it be shame on me for not checking there work before I left the dealership.Thanks Jeff Berkshire

I had Bob Zurn as my sales rep. He was very supportive in making things happen for my convenience. I was very pleased with things overall. We are working on a cpl issues but I'm sure they will be handled professionally! I Love my new ride. I will recommend this place to other's!

When I purchased my Subaru, I purchased the extended warranty, which has been a benefit to me! Bergstrom Subaru in Oshkosh, did an amazing job, allowing me to go to work with a rental vehicle, while they repaired the starter on my Subaru! There was no hassle. I was only in the office for about 10 minutes each time! Thank you Subaru for allowing me to live my life while you fix my car !

I ve done new car purchases at five different dealers in WI, but the sales experience at Bergstrom Subaru of Oshkosh was by far the worst new car buying experience of my life. I figured out the next day that behind their fake smiles, their dance was highly choreographed to simply wear us down. After five and a half hours in the dealership, they finally figured out we were not going to pay an additional $225-$300/mo for some kind of insurance that s not already covered on the bumper to bumper 3 year/36k mile warranty. That s when their pre-quoted dealer cost and titling fees doubled. Then their trade in offer, on our VERY nice, clean, and very low mile trade was ridiculously low and like a punch in the gut; previously our salesman assures me that Bergstrom usually paid well above other dealers, which I believed because Bergstrom is so big. After we were finally permitted to leave, I brought our trade to a different dealer and for what s called a street sale (not purchasing just selling), they topped Bergstrom s offer by $4,950, so we ended up selling it to them (big demand for good used cars these days). The people at Bergstrom are absolute experts at double-talk and made that day one of the most miserable of our lives. The make/model we were purchasing is very popular and at the time all other dealers were charging a minimum of the MSRP. I was baited into Bergstrom because they offered $500 off MSRP and that s how we fell into their sticky clutches. This new car purchase sealed the deal for me; I ll never shop at one these mega-dealerships again. GOOD RIDDANCE Bergstrom the pleasure to never set foot on one of your many sticky car lots will be all mine.

After a poor dealership experience with another Subaru dealership in North Central Wisconsin, who I will not name here, I felt frustrated, mistreated, and misled. One phone call with Bob Zurn turned my entire buying experience around. In 5 minutes with Bob, I learned more than in 3 weeks with the other dealer. He had the vehicle ready in less than 24 hours, and both him and Brad Marten provided outstanding service and care. They both took the time to answer every question and detail, and even went above and beyond by sending us home with some goodies for our dogs! This dealership has earned a life long customer and I would absolutely recommend Bob to any of my friends or family.

Great customer service ! Went there initially for a Toyota, but we decided eventually on a Honda CR-V for my girlfiend, all the cars are inspected very well before they are put up for sale.Bob Zurn helped us with the paperwork and now my girl is one happy little lady.Tottally recommend it. Ask for Bob Zurn !

Today at Bergstrom Subaru, Oshkosh, I brought a concern of mine to the Service Consultant, Issac Wheaton, regarding my disappointment with a previous visit to the dealership's service department. My intent was only to let the employee know that I was giving the dealership an opportunity to serve me after staying away for over 8 months. Issac took the initiative to let his Service Manager, Jovani Vargas, know of my previous experience. Much to my surprise, Jovani sought me out in the dealership and made it more than worth my while that I had come back to the dealership to give them a second chance. In addition to a significant discount on today's service invoice, he sincerely apologized for my prior inconvenience, even when he had not at all been involved in the event from 8 months prior. This is an example of superlative customer service. Bergstrom Subaru, Oshkosh, will certainly see me for my service needs in the future!Paul VD - A satisfied customer.

Cory is the reason Bergstrom is our official dealership. Prompt and listened to our needs. I hate being sold a car I just want to buy a car - Cory made that possible. It was my son s first experience buying a car and he was great to explain how everything works without over complainting it.

From start to finish, Gail took care of making sure my purchase was exceptional! She listened to the issue I had at another dealership and even apologized for that dealership's lack of service. She made sure the vehicle we purchased was detailed, filled with gas and had the few nicks fixed before She let us leave. Awesome experience!

Made an appointment to have my 2013 Subaru Outback serviced on Monday, September 18th, 2023 for check engine light flashing, oil change, tire rotation, and light bulb replaced. Was informed needed 3 light bulbs replaced, air filter replaced and needed catalytic converter. Total if all repaired $2,951.00. Only had light bulbs replaced, oil change with air filter change, and tire rotation, total $418.00.Upon returning home needed to cut my grass, and opened back tailgate to place gas can in and noticed plastic pieces missing over right taillight, and missing over latch of tailgate. Wires are exposed now and call placed to inform of missing pieces. I brought car back and they took pictures and picture of vin #, and assured me that will orderer missing piece. I called to check on order and was I informed they forgot to order piece to cover exposed wires on inside of tailgate. I was transferred to parts department and was assured piece would be ordered and should arrive Monday, and he would call me on Monday. No call on Monday October 2, 2023. I called at 2:30 pm Monday afternoon and phone just rang and eventually went back to receptionist.Very poor service from Subaru Dealership in Oshkosh after $418.00 and missing parts that are now exposed wires. Sad and frustrating process to have basic work done, with no customer service. A phone call would have been appreciated along the way, I realize things happen. I would not recommend Subaru Dealership in Oshkosh.

I live in Kansas City MO, and after trying unsuccessfully to locate a vehicle/buy in my area, I researched online. I would find a seemingly "great deal", but every time I asked what the final price was, somehow thousands of dollars in additional cost were added to the advertised price. After reaching out to several dealers and being disappointed, I contacted Blake at Bergstrom. Blake was sincere, professional, zero pressure, and the price was exactly as advertised. Blake coordinated the sale, I flew up, and everything was exactly as promised. I was only at the dealership about an hour, start to finish (that's never happened before!) to complete the sale. We love our 2020 Outback, and only wish Bergstrom owned dealerships in our area. We also want to thank Damian in service for getting us in at the last minute to make sure everything was perfect before my 10 hour drive back. Damian was great as well, knowledgeable, super courteous, and had me on the way in no time. Thank you Blake and Damian for the best buying/service experience ever!

Brian Coats is one of the best salesperson you could ask for. With the situation of new cars coming in, Brian never stopped to help get me my new 2021 Nissan Titan! Was able to get me the color and the packages I wanted on my truck. Definitely will come back again for new vehicles in the future.

Jack in the service department was a lifesaver. Driving from Milwaukee to Green Bay and we got a flat tire. Service was prompt, efficient and professional. We were in and out in 20 minutes with a patched tire! Very thankful for the staff, but especially Jack who took such good care of us.

I had this dealership at a 5 star.. it is now a 2 Sold my brand new ordered Subaru for more vehicle space (mini van) and went back there for more business because first experience was great. Unfortunately my business was not wanted. Emailed multiple times with no response. Thought my old sales person may have quit. I was told to go in and sign papers for $500 maintenance cancellation refund and saw him there and ignored me blatantly Still haven t received refund check of now $100 in the mail. You guys can keep it as a parting gift and for this review. Not recommending this dealership to anyone/family or freinds in Oshkosh. I went else where the next day and bought a brand new Subaru from them. Unfortunately leaving this dealership .. very sad. They were very nice at first.

The car I bought was great quality. The service I received was not! I reached out to Oshkosh Subaru because I was interested in a car I saw listed online. I was connected with Mark Beilfuss, a sales consultant. If you are going in as a single girl to buy a car, DO NOT work with him. He was very pushy and definitely tried to take advantage of me, because he thought I didn't know what I was doing. For example, he kept trying to make me take a loan through the dealership, even thought I already told him I was going through my credit union because they had a better rate. I understand that's his job. But, when asking for the purchase agreement, so I could get my credit union's loan, he found every excuse not to send it to me. He claimed he could get a better rate, asked me to wait longer to hear back, told me he was off and out of the office, etc. Finally, within 24 hours of my appointment to buy/pick up the car, I had to call and ask someone else at Bergstrom to send me the purchase agreement. On the day I purchased the vehicle, he was rude and I ended up having to put down a bigger down payment than I was originally told because he did his math wrong. In the end, I also didn't get all the amenities that were advertised with the vehicle online, such as remote start on the key fob. But, at that point, I didn't want to deal with the BS any longer and just accepted the purchase as is. I would not recommend working with him when purchasing a car. And, will avoid the dealership, to avoid any further poor service, when buying a car in the future.

Mark was wonderful at helping me find the perfect mom cruiser that was equipped with all the safety futures but that was still stylish. The whole process was a breeze and Mark made sure of it.Brad was our Delivery Specialist after purchasing. He took time to go over all the features of our Subaru Ascent and how to use them all. I had our second appointment with him today to complete the re-delivery and make sure to answer any questions I had come up since driving our new Subaru. Over all, I m so happy with the car, with the sales service, and the follow ups after. There was never a moment where I felt uneasy about the process. Truly the best, thanks guys!

Our journey started back in January when we were in the market for a newer car. We were looking to test drive a couple different vehicles and found Bergstrom in Oshkosh. That day we worked with Gail Dix and she helped us test drive 3 or 4 cars. She was very knowledgeable about each car we tried and different features. We went home to decide between new and used. We had decided on a new car and loved working with Gail so much, we made sure to go back and order through her.Our new car arrived and we were able to schedule pick up! She was thorough with the paperwork and made sure everything went very smoothly for us. There was never a time where either of us felt uncomfortable or pressured with her.Thank you Gail for the wonderful experience! I would recommend anyone in the market for a car go see Gail Dix!
